This is a low-key camping spot for vans and small campers. The site includes a composting toilet, fire pit, and hammocks where you can relax and unwind. A beautiful beach is located just across the main road, only a 5-minute walk away, where you can cool off and enjoy the water. This camp is located 2 minutes from the East Branch Mountain Biking Trails, 9 minutes from the Jay Mountain Trailhead, and 2 minutes from the Celmonds Pond Trailhead. It’s also just 5 minutes from the town of Keene and 12 minutes from everything Keene Valley has to offer. We live on the property and are always happy to chat, answer questions, and help make your stay enjoyable.

This is low-key van camping vans and small campers. THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE. WIFI is available in the property but it DOES NOT reach all the way to the campsite. There is a composting toilet, fire pit, and some hammocks for relaxing. There is a nice beach across the main road a 5 min walk to get cooled off. This camp is located 2 mins from the East Branch Mountain Biking Trails, 9 mins to the Jay Mountain Trailhead, 2 mins from the Clemonds Pond Trailhead. 5 mins into the town of Keene and 12 mins over to all that Keene Valley has to offer. We live on the property and are happy to chat.
