A 154 acre working ranch that has been operating over 100 years, situated in a wildlife corridor joining the Mission Mountain wilderness with the Flathead River and Bison Range. The camping site is located along 300 feet of the Mission Creek with scattered 100 year old pine trees. A nature walk to 3 walking bridges, with spectacular mountain views, an old cedar grove and a bald eagle nest is available. Access to the creek is possible from the camp site, although some areas of the ranch are off-limits due to ranch operation and private dwellings.

Quiet getaway in the pines! Welcome to the Holmestead, our own little slice of Montana that we are really excited to bring back to life and share with YOU! We are small town Kansas natives who fell in love with Montana over 15 years ago. This property is equal parts privacy and concience, you can enjoy the peace and quite of nature while also having the ability to hop over a few miles to our little town for groceries, a local beer, or to gas up your car!
The Holmestead is a rustic dry cabin on 5 acres nestled between Mill Creek and a seasonal run off stream with easy access to the highway and only a 10 min drive to Missoula. A queen bed, futon and air mattress are available for sleeping!
Family and pet friendly property with plenty of space to pitch a tent next to the cabin if you have more guests in your party (tents will be an additional fee, $10 per person in addition to the 4 person cabin max). Excellent cell service if you have Verizon or carriers that pull from those towers.
Attractions: Walking distance to forestry service roads. 15 minutes to the Missoula Airport and an additional 10 minutes to the heart of Missoula and all it has to offer. If you are looking for more adventure there is always an endless amount of recreation near, whether you want to drive 5 minutes to mountain bike or 3 hours to Glacier National Park, there is something for everyone! If you have questions about fun things to do please reach out to us!
Parking: Reserved parking for guests in the main driveway or in the clearing near the cabin.
Water: Portable toilet onsite, sealson warm shower and sink also available, we recently upgraded to a JOOLCA hot water system so guests can have running water and a warm outdoor shower. We provide 5 gal of potable water in the colder months and have running water nearby for easy refill of water containers if needed in the warmer months.

Pets allowed. We do have 2 very frienly dogs that roam the property freely, if you pet is reactive please let us know so we can monitor our dogs when letting them outside to do their business. Please be sure to pick up after your animals.

This is a non-smoking, Family friendly dry cabin. Pets are allowed as long as you clean up after them and don't allow them on the furniture. We love our fur babies!
Property is located just north of Seeley Lake Beach. Lots of room to ride bikes with trails accessible nearby. Access to Deer Creek as well. Owner will be on the property from time to time staying at their cabin, so you may see them here and there. Excellent property to set up folf nets or just enjoy the quiet scenery of deer and listen to the birds. We just ask that you keep the property clean and be respectful. Pack in pack out.

These are great sleeping cabins nestled in the trees, with easy access. They are just steps away from a large pebble beach on beautiful Flathead Lake. Flathead Lake is surrounded by Swan Range in the north, the Salish Mountains in the west and the Mission Mountains in the east. Relax on the beach chairs or bring your kayak and enjoy a great day on the Lake. Sit around the camp fire in the evening, and watch the sunset. The Lake delivers firewood daily. We live on 10 acres of mixed forest and field. In the summer we have an active blacksmithing school and flower farm here. The idea of a sustainable, self reliant lifestyle has always been part of our life and passing it down to others is a joy for us. The B4mc River Ranch is a beautiful 80 acres, located in Clinton, MT. Our ranch borders over 1 mile of the Clark Fork river. It's just a short drive down the road to get to endless miles of forest service roads and less than a mile to the Cinton Market (local grocery store).
Our 3 campsites are tucked away in the back part of the property and give you a secluded feeling, as if you were out camping in the mountains. Each campsite is only a few steps away from access to river, with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background.

The dome glamping experience was wonderful! The interior of the bison decor was very cute and the perfect set up for my two gal friends and I. Beautiful view of the plains and river, both from inside the dome and the wooden porch it sits on. The propane heater was much appreciated, and took the chill off inside the dome. Trina was a terrific host, greeting us when we first arrived and showed us to our dome. She made sure we had what we needed, and has done a great job setting up her property. Fantastic getaway for us gals!!

I ended up at Cody’s at kind of the last second and he and his wife were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space is really clean and well kept. Me and my dogs slept great. I would have booked another night but had plans for the next evening already. I highly recommend this spot - a steal for the price.

I booked at the last moment, late in the evening and Trina (and her awesome son, Steele) was there to greet us right as we arrived. They showed us to the dome and brought us a several gallon jug of water to use.
The buck dome was perfect with comfortable beds. There was a BBQ available to cook our dinner on so we didn't have to dig out our camp stoves. Clean shared portapotty and hot shower a short walk away. Trina thought of everything needed for a nice glamping stay on a gorgeous property.
The views do not disappoint and Trina was so fun to chat with and filled with fantastic recommendations for places well outside of montana that are on our itenerary. Next time we come to Montana we will be sure to book a stay.

My wife and I loved staying in the Bigfoot dome. We wish we started out road trip with this stay instead of making it our last stop so we could stay longer. The views are absolutely incredible and there were cows and deer wandering right outside. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing and the stars at night are incredible. Host is very nice and informative about things to do in the area and we'll definitely recommend and visit again.

Really enjoyed the Bison Dome! 4 of us stayed and we were very comfortable and had lots of elbow room. We were fortunate enough to enjoy an amazing thunder and lightning storm and the dome provided outstanding views of the lightning! Morning views were incredible. The deer were a bonus. We will definitely be back to check this out again. Trina is an awesome host for sure.

We loved our time at Sanctuary Farm. The farm itself is on a private road, off a minor country road in a heavily treed area - The drive there is spectacular. You know you are in for something special! The yurt was placed well away from the owner's home, which gave lots of privacy and the night sky is DARK, so perfect for stargazing. The composting sawdust outhouse was a short walk from the yurt & surprisingly pleasant - no odor or flies and plenty of ventilation. 1000 times nicer than a port-o-potty. The solar heated camp shower provided by the host worked great. Just be sure to shower in the evening after the water has had all day to heat up! The optional breakfast was delish - definitely worth the cost & we ate out for our other meals, so never used the outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed our time here & would definitely recommend it to others seeking a stay off-the-beaten path.

We stayed in the dry cabin while traveling home from our hiking trip. It was perfect! Cody and his family were very welcoming, to include his dog! The cabin itself is amazing! It’s clean and well taken care of. There is also a little seating area down by the creek to hang out and enjoy the sounds of nature. We also saw a ton of deer around. I would 10/10 stay here again.

This place is beautiful. We came to visit Glacier, and fell in love with Bigfork. The teepee was very comfortable and nearby solar shower and outdoor kitchen were lovely. We also enjoyed meeting some of the artisan students who were staying on the land during the weeklong blacksmithing course. This place is special!
