Clear Beautiful Water

This piece of property had the elements I needed to relax after a long overdue planned vacation. The camp host was phenomenal at communicating and offered numerous local options in the area to eat at. They have 7 sites and we stayed at site #3 the deck offered a beautiful view of the water. Several communal sites with BBQ and pub style seating. The outdoor lights at night were so nice to have when night swimming. Had two dogs who loved swimming in the lake. Very well maintained property the owners truly take pride in this camp and it shows. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to reconnect with Mother Nature!

Best Camping on Flathead Lake

This location amazing! We had site #7 right next to the Lake, it felt private, had amazing views, and was equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and will have great memories of this place! The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries on amenities and keep the site immaculate! The location is well situated for adventures, we recommend kayaking to Wild Horse Island and visiting nearby Lakeside for Groceries and dining out!

What an absolute gem of a spot. We are already planning to come back next summer. The site was clean, every site has something special. Easy water access. Peace. Gorgeous views. What more could you want!

Absolutely loved this site! My best 3 girl pals and myself ventured through Glacier National Park for our 2nd day of our adventures. We drove to this site later in the day, backed our camper van right down next to the water and cooked an amazing dinner not expecting the beauty it offered once we woke up the next morning when there was light!!! The host was very accommodating!

Gem of a campsite on Flathead Lake!

Incredible find at Camp Kapapa! Since I know about it now I am already planning my next trip back where I can stay for longer. This place is a jewel among the shores of Flathead Lake! So peaceful, relaxing, with lots to do on the water. I loved kayaking with my morning coffee! The campsites were beautifully maintained and the camp owners are so helpful and friendly. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who loves to camp!

Amazing spot right on Flathead Lake - dry camping but with unexpected amenities like hand wash stations by the porta poties and shower tents. We had a wonderful time here for 5 nights of swimming and playing. Keya is a great communicative host and went the extra mile for us - thank you!

Cool small, prvt lakefront camping!

We only spent one night at this small, quirky private lakefront campground but we thoroughly enjoyed it! It was so nice to have our own space with a lake view and then be able to jump off the pier and swim in a beautiful crystal clean lake. Communication was awesome and they were very kind! We will stay here again if we return this way sometime.

This land is amazing. The lake is fantastic. We were lucky to have the whole campground. With 90+ degree days we walked just steps to the clear water and cooled off with a swim. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Please respect the high fire danger in the summer! The platforms are so nice to just hang on when you are not swimming.

This was a super special spot right on a quiet part of the lake. The communication from the camp hosts was great, and we really enjoyed staying at #7. We did get lucky and had the whole camp to ourselves, but #7 felt pretty private even if other people were staying there with us. Our kids really enjoyed the obstacle course and the play equipment! We all loved swimming off the dock and caught some big fish on our second evening. Thank you for a great stay at Flathead!

This was our second stay at Camp Kapapa and will not be our last! Easy access in/out, clean and well maintained sites, and lots of nice ammenities. This is such a great location on Flathead Lake - right on the water and not overly populated. We love it here!!

This campground is amazing - the lake, the views and the location. The hosts are very kind and helpful as well making the experience even more special. We spent the 4th of July here and honestly it felt magical. We hope to come back soon!

This a beautiful property! The water was very clean and clear for swimming or water recreation. The community areas to eat, gather and have a fire are very fun! The hosts were absolutely above and beyond accommodating and helpful! There were practically no bugs. They did a great job about watching for bears, educating all the campers and providing bear spray. It felt very safe. The property is very easy to find and within a short distance to a ton of hiking, water sports, little towns to explore and restaurants!

Road tripped from MN!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The host was very friendly, he spent time telling us about his story with getting the campsite up and running, he showed us around and was all together very hospitable. The campsite was very nicely setup, not much privacy but the neighbors were also very friendly when we were there. Flathead lake was such a beautiful lake and my friend and I had fun swimming with a Mountain View!

This was the best campsite! The water is clear and clean and perfect for swimming! It was like a private oasis. Louis and Keys have thought of everything- from communal hang out spaces and grill to camp showers and sink. So kind. We will definitely be back!

10 out of 5 stars!!! Louie and Keya and their family have built an awesome lakeside getaway that is BEAUTIFUL and easily accessible. They’re very attentive and caring, the rates are reasonable, and the grounds are very well kept. We will be back and will definitely recommend to others!!

Dream Camping Spot!

Camping here was such a magical experience! We were only passing through so it was only for a night, but it was one of the best camping experiences I have ever had. The land is kept so well and the hosts have such gentle, sweet souls. We felt at home immediately and we are 100% coming back for a longer stay! We had site #4 and it came with so many great things to use and was perfectly flat for the tent. We could see the lake and could walk down for a dip whenever we wanted, and we watched the moon rise over the mountains at night from the dock. I feel so lucky to have stayed here!
