Great campground! It’s was clean and quiet, the bathroom and shower was extremely clean. There were grills and tables you could use a nice place to sit out of the sun for a bit. It was so close to Glacier and Whitefish, I would absolutely stay here again!

TENT Site 5 - Glacier Acres
The property offers a stunning view and is well-maintained and beautiful. The added showers are a great feature. I highly recommend it!
If you want an easy place to camp this is perfect! Super clean bathrooms, showers, place to wash your dishes, grills, a fire, yard games and the campsites are super flat which makes things easier. Also saw pretty views a got to meet a couple animals.
Coming from another HipCamp that was a very difficult experience for us, this one was a complete and total delight in so many ways. We did a video of this review of this location on our channel. You can watch it at Mile High Beach on You Tube and InstaGram.
Here is what worked for us:
• Awesome basecamp location for Glacier National Park and the surrounding cities (Kallispell, WhiteFish, Columbia Falls & BigFork)
• Great communication with the Host (ahead of our visit, and while we were there for fire bans, etc..)
• Incredibly thoughtful layout, amenities (bbqs, shower room, WIFI, community pit, wildflowers)
Here are the things that did not work:
• While big rig friendly, some tight turns for a rig our size
• Long drive from East entrances to Glacier National Park
• Road Noise (not really a challenge for us, but for some people this might be an issue)
• No shade for the RV spot.
We’d love to see options for at least a few other RVs, so we could be friends!
We would absolutely come back to this spot again!

Owner was rude to me and was constantly checking out our campsite giving us no privacy when we were there. The amount of people attending the campsite were very unclear and led to the owner being passive aggressive to us. Camp-sight was also very noisy.

Our time at Glacier Acres was exactly what we needed for our trip! The luxury of the bathroom with AC was a treat to combat the high 90 degree days. We also loved the outdoor shower, but it may be helpful to have some bug control in that area and night lighting for evening showers.

TENT Site 4 - Glacier Acres
This was my second time staying here, and I will be coming back in the future! We had a wonderful tent site with horses near by, grills near and a great outdoor shower with warm running water. They had plenty of hangout spots and an area to wash dishes which came very helpful with tent camping. Love it!

TENT Site 1 - Glacier Acres
Our stay was incredible! The restroom and shower were fantastic and spotless. It was an open area. Glacier National Park and Whitefish were both easy to access. Mitch was always quick to respond.
My crew loved this little site for what it is! Very minimal camp sites but the communal fire place, flushing toilets, and shower (both in and outdoor!) make up for it!
This is the perfect spot to camp if you’re looking for somewhere safe and accommodating while adventuring what the area has to offer.
P.S. Tell the horses I say hi! They respond well to love, respect, and ear scratches

Nice view. Very clean. Close to everything. Great base camp
We stayed here for our visit to GNP and really enjoyed Mitch’s property! Well maintained, the shower house was very clean and we appreciated the extra touches with the wash station, multiple grills and nice lighting throughout.
Also, for anyone new to tent camping or not wanting to feel too remote, this is perfect. Very safe.
I’d happily stay at Mitch’s property again and definitely recommend.
What a great little spot!! I almost don’t want to leave a good review so it’s not booked next time I need a spot.
The location is perfect!! It was super clean, and the signs made it so easy to find my spot. The listing said there’s a little road noise, but I’m a light sleeper and didn’t hear a thing. I have nothing bad to say, no improvements need to be made. Just an all around great place to park my trailer and get a great nights sleep!

This was a perfect spot for us. We have a pickup camper and dog, this was very reasonably priced for how close it is to GNP west entrance. The bathroom is very clean!! We enjoyed the one night we stayed here, if we were to do it again, we would stay here for more than one night! Overall, great experience. One of my favorite Hipcamp places we have stayed.
This is a new and clean campsite. I highly recommend it for those who want to stay 20 minutes driving to the Glacier National Park west entrance. Allowed us to fit 4 people comfortably (2 tents and 2 cars). Bathroom, gas grills, and public space are all very well maintained. It is close to the main road so you'll hear some cars passing by in the distance and you may need to bring some earplugs if you are sensitive to what is equivalent to background noise.

TENT Site 3 - Glacier Acres
We loved staying at the spot! It had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the bath house is very nice. The only thing we didn’t know about going to this spot is that it’s pretty close to a main road that has frequent traffic, however, that would not stop me from staying here again!!
The space is so well done, so many thoughtful touches ( baby changing station even)! The outdoor shower was beautiful and water was hot. There’s an indoor showroom in the enclosed family bathroom that has heat and A/C.
Common areas are so well thought out: outside wash station for dishes, ton of propane bbqs, picnic benches, really well done and thought out. We never met the host because everything was so easy marked you didn’t have to.
There is some road noise, cleverly the rvs are closest to the road and once inside our camper van we couldn’t hear it. The tents are at the back of the property, getting them far away from the road.
If you get a chance, totally book it. The locations amazing and the set up I’ve not seen it’s equal.

We loved our 2 week stay at Glacier Acres! Everything from the immaculate property, the view, the proximity to GNP, the friendly host, and the convenience to shopping.. I could go on and on!
We stayed in one of the RV spots which yes, it's close to the highway and you do hear traffic but we were able to tune it out after day 2 and we used our noise machine at night so it wasn't a problem at all. Thank you, Mitch for sharing your beautiful space with us!
Lovely spot, the shower room was very clean and the amenities were great! One thing to keep in mind is the noise from the road however we just used some ear plugs and were fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Super, super well maintained grounds. I arrived ridiculously late at night so it was just shy of pitch black, but the paths, signage and strategic lighting made all the difference. I will say the tent sites are closer together than I’d have thought, but all of the amenities made up for it. In particular, the shower/restroom was super, super clean and well put together. Definitely way nicer than the typical, very basic camping digs. I would absolutely stay again and longer in the future

Be explicit with the rules for your RV sites. If you dont want predator 3500 quiet generators running after 11pm when its 80 degrees outside and kids are sleeping just say that EXPLICITLY in the rules, dont say generators "preferred" 7am-11pm, as it currently states in the rules. Banging on camper doors at 12am and barking about quiet hours for a generator running and waking little ones up is not a good way to handle rule discrepencies, especially for a contactless experience, neither is it a good customer facing look for your business. Maybe introduce yourself as the camp host for starters. . I wont be staying here again. Terrible customer service.

The entire facility was very clean and manicured and I felt safe. My site #5 was quite sufficient for just parking so I could go exploring…nice proximity to Glacier National Park. No office onsite tho so be sure you know what spot is yours before you get there. There was a snapfoo I think because I didn’t get a follow up message from them after registering but luckily someone happened to be there to direct me to my site.
