My husband and I bought 3 acres of land and built our retirement home 16 years ago. We have chickens, fruit trees and a giant garden, and have 4 campsites in the wooded area of our property. We are excited to offer bathrooms and hot showers!
Each campsite also has its own picnic table and there is a communal fire pit.
We have a beautiful piece of property with the Columbia mountain range in our back yard.
Great views, wildlife, garden, chickens. Situated on a dead end dirt road that is very peaceful and quiet. Hiking and water sports are also close by and we are only 6 miles from town.
We are 20 miles to Glacier National Park, where the beauty and activities are endless.
I have plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and activity ideas while visiting.

Nestled on 60 acres you'll find a private campground in a cottonwood grove just across a log bridge over Miner creek. Across the gravel driveway you'll find a second campground that is tucked back in a secluded cottonwood grove, and further down the driveway, you'll find the 3rd campsite. The campgrounds are 5 minutes to the charming historic downtown of Livingston and the Yellowstone River, 20 minutes to Bozeman, 20 mins to Pine Creek Lodge and an hour to Yellowstone National Park. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly to other dogs. Our dogs freely roam the property.
**All sites share an outhouse located in the parking area by the trail to camp #2. It is only onsite from May 15 to Oct 15.
#1: "Creekside Oasis" campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, a hammock, solar lighting, and a small portable charcoal grill. Although you can car camp at # 1, please note that the camper spot is just off the gravel driveway, and not across the creek where the tent site, picnic table and fire pit are located.
#2: "Off the Beaten Path" campsite requires a short 1-2 minute walk on a tight, uneven path through the trees. It is a small campsite with a fire ring, 2 camp chairs and solar lighting. Do NOT rent this tent site if you need to be close to your car. This site is not on the creek. Creek access is down a trail to the left off the parking area.
#3: "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite is a 2-3 minute walk from the parking spot on an uneven, tight trail through the trees. It has a fire ring, two camp chairs, solar lighting, and a small portable grill. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready to explore and do not need to be close to your car. Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in campsite #1. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access.
*For all sites we recommend storing your food in your vehicle overnight.
*For all sites you need to bring your own firewood and charcoal.

Resting in the foothills of the sapphire mountains, just outside the town of Stevensville Montana, this beautiful 20 acre property is conveniently located halfway between Hamilton and Missoula; it is also a good midway point between Yellowstone and Glacier national parks. The outdoor activities are endless. Biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, hunting, trail riding, snow skiing and more are all within reach. Deer, turkey, osprey, killdeer, nighthawks, and eagles frequent the property as well as the occasional elk herd; and the Lee Metcalf wildlife refuge is about 15 minutes away.
The property sits about 400’ above the valley floor; giving spectacular panoramic views of the bitterroot valley and mountains, as well as incredible sunsets.
The paved road ends about 1 mile before the property, the remaining mile is a gravel road. There is also a one lane bridge right before you get to the property. Firewood is available for use at no charge. Sewer hookup has not been run to the site yet but if you have a portable tank, or want to pull the camper over to the house, it can be dumped as needed beside the garage; just ask and I can show you where the pipe is. There is a nema 14-50 hookup providing 50 amp power at the site; if needed I do have a 50 to 30 amp adapter you can borrow during your stay. Water hookup is also available at the site, but may be limited in freezing weather. If temperatures are to cold we can turn on the water to fill your tank as needed and then blow the line back out. If you need to borrow a potable water hose let me know as i keep those in the garage unless needed. There is a non-potable water hose that is available at the site, with a spray nozzle, incase you need to rinse or wash off gear, vehicles, etc. SpaceX Starlink high speed internet is available via WiFi. You can also charge your electric vehicle, if needed, with the power at the campsite or I have another nema 14-50 plug available at the garage of the main house. Be sure to let me know if you will need the plug at the garage so I can make sure it is accessible. If you have other questions feel free to contact me and I will do my best to answer them.

Sites are small but allow plenty of space for smaller campers, vehicles, tents and all sites include a picnic table and access to a water spigot for clean, potable water. We allow pets as well! An ideal location for those looking to explore all the Flathead Valley has to offer.
The 1.25 acre yard is on the end of a normally quiet street. The spots are plenty shady and cool given all of the tree coverage in the yard. Spots are all fairly flat and the perfect sizes for a group of tents or a small camper and some vehicles. Between sites 2 and 3 are hammocks set up for guests to use. There is a playground near by across the street at the old school for kids to enjoy.
UPDATE: There will be a porta potty on site coming soon, starting May 2026! We are working on getting more amenities to these sites in the near future. :)
We do allow pets at this time but they must be leashed and looked after responsibly. There are other pets at this property as well as at surrounding neighbor's homes so please exercise caution and make sure pets are well behaved and polite guests. Thank you!

1 1/2 miles from Lakeside, a haven for boaters, swimmers, and not much further to Helena National Forest, and York. Lakeside offers a gas station, convenience store, and wonderful bar/restaurant. Several boat launches and walking paths are also in the area.

Experience a beautiful Prairie setting with awesome sunsets, chickens, roosters, horses, guinea fowl, a herford steer, and stunning views of Hauser Lake and several mountain ranges.
Talk to Granny Julie about our horses, chickens, guinea fowl, and other fun stuff to view at the farm! Animals do make noise, and we do have roosters. Guinea Fowl are watchdogs and alert to danger, so they can be noisy from time to time. The horse likes to let us know she wants treats. :) We are a family farm, so children do visit Granny; please drive accordingly.

Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in campsite #1. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access.

Resting in the foothills of the sapphire mountains, just outside the town of Stevensville Montana, this beautiful 20 acre property is conveniently located halfway between Hamilton and Missoula; it is also a good midway point between Yellowstone and Glacier national parks. The outdoor activities are endless. Biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, hunting, trail riding, snow skiing and more are all within reach. Deer, turkey, osprey, killdeer, nighthawks, and eagles frequent the property as well as the occasional elk herd; and the Lee Metcalf wildlife refuge is about 15 minutes away.
The property sits about 400’ above the valley floor; giving spectacular panoramic views of the bitterroot valley and mountains, as well as incredible sunsets.
The paved road ends about 1 mile before the property, the remaining mile is a gravel road. There is also a one lane bridge right before you get to the property. Firewood is available for use at no charge. Sewer hookup has not been run to the site yet but if you have a portable tank, or want to pull the camper over to the house, it can be dumped as needed beside the garage; just ask and I can show you where the pipe is. There is a nema 14-50 hookup providing 50 amp power at the site; if needed I do have a 50 to 30 amp adapter you can borrow during your stay. Water hookup is also available at the site, but may be limited in freezing weather. If temperatures are to cold we can turn on the water to fill your tank as needed and then blow the line back out. If you need to borrow a potable water hose let me know as i keep those in the garage unless needed. There is a non-potable water hose that is available at the site, with a spray nozzle, incase you need to rinse or wash off gear, vehicles, etc. SpaceX Starlink high speed internet is available via WiFi. You can also charge your electric vehicle, if needed, with the power at the campsite or I have another nema 14-50 plug available at the garage of the main house. Be sure to let me know if you will need the plug at the garage so I can make sure it is accessible. If you have other questions feel free to contact me and I will do my best to answer them.

Sites are small but allow plenty of space for smaller campers, vehicles, tents and all sites include a picnic table and access to a water spigot for clean, potable water. We allow pets as well! An ideal location for those looking to explore all the Flathead Valley has to offer.
The 1.25 acre yard is on the end of a normally quiet street. The spots are plenty shady and cool given all of the tree coverage in the yard. Spots are all fairly flat and the perfect sizes for a group of tents or a small camper and some vehicles. Between sites 2 and 3 are hammocks set up for guests to use. There is a playground near by across the street at the old school for kids to enjoy.
UPDATE: There will be a porta potty on site coming soon, starting May 2026! We are working on getting more amenities to these sites in the near future. :)
We do allow pets at this time but they must be leashed and looked after responsibly. There are other pets at this property as well as at surrounding neighbor's homes so please exercise caution and make sure pets are well behaved and polite guests. Thank you!

Experience a beautiful Prairie setting with awesome sunsets, chickens, roosters, horses, guinea fowl, a herford steer, and stunning views of Hauser Lake and several mountain ranges.
Talk to Granny Julie about our horses, chickens, guinea fowl, and other fun stuff to view at the farm! Animals do make noise, and we do have roosters. Guinea Fowl are watchdogs and alert to danger, so they can be noisy from time to time. The horse likes to let us know she wants treats. :) We are a family farm, so children do visit Granny; please drive accordingly.

We had a conference in town and this was a great place to stay. Wyatt was very friendly upon arrival. Set up was easy and spots were nice and level. We didn't spend much time there, mainly to sleep. One downside is the light over the two camp areas is extremely bright and was right over our bedroom area. It was difficult to block out the light. I understand the need for light for safety, but dimming it a bit somehow would be helpful.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with.
I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

Northwestern Montana's Glacier Country is characterized by massive forests, craggy peaks, and long expanses of wilderness, with plenty of wildlife to boot. It's also home to Glacier National Park, where you'll find hundreds of miles of hiking trails along with tons of developed and backcountry camping options.
Southwest Montana
In the heart of Montana's Big Sky country, just west of Yellowstone National Park, this region is characterized by cute towns (notably Butte and Helena), historic ghost towns (a remnant of the region's historic mining industry), and relaxing hot springs. Summer activities include fishing, horseback riding, and camping, while spots such as Showdown Mountain, Teton Pass Ski Resort, and Bear Paw Ski Bowl offer skiing and snowboarding. The region also has plenty of state parks, including Sluice Boxes State Park, Giant Springs State Park, and First Peoples Buffalo State Park.
Eastern Montana
Vast and expansive, eastern Montana features sparse landscapes dotted with the occasional herd of cattle, and plenty of room to get out and explore. You can take in views of the Badlands from Makoshika State Park or the Badlands Wilderness Study Area, or camp under the open sky in the expansive Custer National Forest. If you'd like to get out on the water, the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area is the place to go, with boat rentals available.
