We had a great time meeting Steve, his goats, and especially all the pups! Great view of the mountains and fields. We really enjoyed exploring Flathead Lake, and eateries nearby.

Beautiful, quiet country location with great mountain views located between Kalispell and Bigfork. Electrical hookups worked without issue. Good cell service in the area. Goats are adorable!
Know before you go:
* The water source is a shared spigot/hose, so plan to fill the water tank in your camper when you arrive and re-fill as needed.
* There are no trees or other sources of shade at camp.

Steve’s place, named after his very happy and friendly dog, Honey, was a great spot! The views were gorgeous, the area was quiet, and the goats were pretty hilarious. Steve was a stellar host, giving us and extra amount of his time to answer our questions about the area and show us around his place. Highly recommend!!

This property is amazing and was just the relief a country girl who's far from home could ask for. I wasn’t in great shape when I was passing through, but Steve was a huge help. The dogs are all so sweet (especially Fernie) and walked the field with me and my pups every morning, noon, and night.
A really unique place nestled in a great part of the country.

Honey’s Place RV Spot
Beautiful property conveniently located to shopping and recreation. The views were incredible, the dogs were friendly and the goats were fun to watch. We only stayed for a sleepover and we wish we had more time to enjoy the property and explore the surrounding area. Thanks Dan!

We loved staying at Honey’s Place, Steve was very helpful getting our 40 ft 5 wheel to its site. So much space and the view of the mountains every morning is incredible. The drive to Glacier National Park is easy and Flat Head Lake is also very close. The cell tower about 2 blocks away gives you amazing service. The gravel road is level and we have great water access. I would highly recommend this location if you’re camping in the area. If you like hiking one of our favorites was Camp Misery Trail, the dirt road is terrible on the way up but the views on 717 are spectacular.

Exactly how Steve described it. A perfect spot if you are going to Glacier, Under the Big Sky festival or Kalispell. The horse, goats, and dogs were a wonderful addition!

Wow!! The sunrises, the sunsets, the moon rises!!! Quiet and peaceful. The baby goats are so cute and their horse companion. Glacier is 30 minutes away. Good grocery stores and even some department stores. Tasty food options. This place is a 5 stars campsite

I did have a place to set tent.
My fire pit options was burning their junk pile. Or have no fire.
The “woman” “mother” “owner of the property” did not make me feel welcome in anyway. Barely acknowledged me.
I do not actually know her name.
I did leave my tent for a day.
Some dog took my pillow.
In the end.
Zero view. Zero welcoming.!
Do not go here unless you have plans in local area. Even then. Be careful.
Selfish, unwelcoming, just don’t don’t.

I loved my stay overlooking the alfalfa field. It was the perfect location for me and my cats during our week in Kalispell. Steve was a great communicator and was also kind enough to guide me to my spot when I got lost in the rain. I hope to spend more time here next summer. It’s great being so close to Glacier!

Honey’s Place RV Spot
This was our first HipCamp experience, and the bar has been set very very high. Honey's place is outstanding, we loved every minute of it. Steve is everything a host should be. We will most definitely stay at this amazing spot every time we come to Kalispell. The location is perfect. Easy to get to Glacier, Flathead Lake, and many surrounding hikes, and other amenities. Best of all, our dog (we call him our child) was able to roam on the 20 acres, and have a blast.

What a great place, everything was perfect. A big plus for me was the animals..I enjoyed watching them daily. the site is situated so you see mountains on all sides. then there's wheat fields, alfalfa fields. Beautiful and peaceful. Steve is a very thoughtful host, always available and provided some extras for us old folks. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic hosts and site was pretty private with gorgeous views all around. Very quiet but if you’re not a dog person, wouldn’t recommend this site as there’s a few dogs that are off leash (all very friendly) but they will come visit throughout the day. They have trash, water and electric so what else do ya need?!

Beautiful place with super friendly/helpful host. We were supposed to stay 1 night but extended our stay to 3 nights. Great views and a nice level spot fo our van. We enjoyed every minute. Thanks, Steve and Cindy!

Honey’s Place RV Spot
This is an awesome camp site! Steve is an outstanding host, as are the wonderful animals at his place. He was gracious and so very accommodating! The area is stunningly beautiful, and very quiet!!! Great internet as the cell phone tower is literally 1/8 of a mile away. We are very much looking forward to returning!!

It's hard to say what was more spectacular:
The incredible mountain view? The welcome committee of neighborhood pups led by Honey herself? Waking up next to a sassy horse gang and Dwight, their fearless little leader? Steve's Midwest kindness and hospitality? The impeccably kept space to call our temporary home?
It's impossible to choose, honestly. But I can confidently say that when you add it all together, it is an unbeatable and unforgetable stay. 10000/10 will be coming again, and cannot wait until we do!

Peaceful! Picturesque! Never did see anyone or meet anyone so that was kinda wierd! Hipcamp says fill hookups so we were expecting sewer hookup so that was disappointing but also read later on that Steve did offer a black portable tank. All in all it was enjoyable!
