Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit on each RV spot. Each pad is rented at $32 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

We have 2 canvas tents, 1 log cabin, and 2 bring your own tent sites along the Snake River in Swan Valley Idaho. Access to some of the best trout fishing in the U.S. is just steps from your stay. Mountain views with nesting Osprey. Elk and deer also wander the property. Horseback riding and boat rentals are available nearby. One-hour drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Teton Park, and two hours to Yellowstone. Also attractions in our valley are Falls creek falls, an assume view just steps from your car you can stand on top of a wide spread waterfall dropping into the snake river. Just a couple miles from camp is Palisades creek trailhead, a wonderful hike along a wide creek through the forest with multiple foot bridges crossing the creek and leading to 2 mountain lakes. we have seen a family of moose at the lower lake 2 out of 3 times we hiked it. A trail to the right just before the lake brings you to an out cropping of rocks giving you an elevated view. And of course Palisades reservoir, a 20 mile long stretch of water is just 3 miles from camp. The dam keeps the water flow of the snake at optimal flow all season.

Camper trailer-- 16' vintage camper Little Buffy that sleeps 2 and has a mini-kitchenette and guests use the Loo-uvre Restroom/Shower House close by.
New to the Lodge is Adirondack-style "The Bunkie" that sleeps 6 or 7 plus has a desk, microwave and fridge.
All bed and bath linens are provided in all of our rooms. Firepits are a-plenty!
Our Inn also has great tent sites, plus both 30 amp and 50 amp RV/Camper sites with water and electric, a firepit and picnic table each, plus a fee dump station. We are currently planning/building another shower/restroom house and a laundry mat. There is a fee dump station on site.
With over ten acres of property to play at and stroll, your stay will be one of fun, peace and quiet. Our RV & Camp is fun! We have our famous Borrow Barn with loads of complementary activities including a 9 hole disc golf course with maps/disc/scorecards, free pedal boats, Little Free Library #69967, volleyball, tetherball, badminton, board games and more, plus our cruiser bicycles in our Bike Corral are for guests to enjoy on property also. Children must be watched always and very closely-- enjoy being with your children on the property.

We are located in the Heise-Kelly Canyon of southeast Idaho with fabulous sunrises and sunsets.
We are very close to hiking, hot springs, rapelling, 200+ miles of ATV and SxS trails, golf, mini-golf, a driving range, skiing, ice cream parlor and two restaurants, and the mighty Snake River corridor right across the road. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. We are 20 minutes from Bear World in Rexburg, and less than two hours from Grand Teton Park and Yellowstone National Park regardless of which of the four routes that you take, with each route including a beautiful waterfall. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside.

Come to our riverside getaway at Teton Corners. This 3 acre peninsula into the Teton River provides amazing trout fishing right from your tent door (licenses issued just 1 mile down the road). This gorgeous nature area is minutes from town, with easy access to HWY20 and HWY33. Deer, moose, bald eagles and osprey frequent the area year round, as well as beaver, waterfowl and night owls. RV dumps right down the road, as well as a 27 hole golf course, if that's your thing. Or just relax, dip your feet in the Teton River and listen to the water pass by.

We are located at 205 White Pines Avenue, Ashton, Idaho 83420, kitty corner to the lodge. Most sites are pull-through, but we never have an issue with guests pulling in or out of our perimeter spots, as we can take up to 66-foot rigs. Sites have full hook-ups including water, sewer, and power with both 50-amp + 30-amp options.
At this time, sites do not offer cable TV. However, guests can watch cable TV in the hotel lobby. Dedicated bathrooms/showers are not available.Please see our community accommodations information below for any bathroom/laundromat needs.

A few basic supplies are provided for your convenience; however, we recommend bringing any personal items you may need for your stay.

The Shoshone and Nez Perce Native American tribes spent their summers in this area hunting and fishing the many streams in this valley. Trapper's used the area until the U.S. market collapse of the beaver skin top-hat in the late 1830's. Mormon pioneers began settling here in the 1890's. My great-grandparents settled in Teton Valley after moving from Nebraska in 1917. They farmed this land; growing potatoes, barley and hay. Today we raise alfalfa/grass hay that we feed to our horses. In the bottom of our field south of the campsite is Trail Creek, which is the headwaters of the Teton River. It flows out of the southern Teton mountain range in Wyoming and into Idaho. This water eventually joins the mighty Snake River near Rexburg, Idaho as it continues it's journey to the pacific ocean. Summer's here are usually warm sunny days with cool, chilly nights. Granite Creek Ranch is a 4th generation working cattle and horse ranch established in 1921 operated by the same family for over a century. Meadows, crop fields and forested mountains cover the ranch. 230 pairs of cows and two dozen horses call it home along with herds of Elk, Mule and Whitetail Deer, Moose, Coyotes, Redtail Hawks, Bald Eagles, Cranes and many other bird species. This is a beautiful peaceful place where I like to go to spend time away from the noise of the world and recharge and enjoy all the things of nature, float and fish the river and lakes walk through the trees and wild flowers. It is close to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park. This land has been in my family for nearly 50 years and my parents wanted to keep it in a primitive state but we will be adding a few updates in the coming yearsLearn more about this land:(#1)From Ashton Idaho follow Highway 20 about 30 miles to Yale-Kilgore Rd,(#2)From W.Yellowstone it is about 26 miles to Elk Creek #1 take a left turn and #2 a right turn follow this road until you cross McRae bridge then continue to a right turn onto Yale Creek Road then left at the split in the road onto Hotel Creek then right on S. Beaver Springs Rd. then a right on Glen tree Road continue along Glen tree and take a left on Wooded Ln, up this lane approximately 2 to 3 blocks the property is on the right marked with orange fence posts, it is a primitive camp site horse shoe around a fire pit. Please don’t burn garbage or cut down any trees. The road is very bumpy please take it slow. 4166 Wooded Ln.

This place felt secluded and very peaceful, even though there were a few homes in the vicinity. Mike is extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to return when we can and spend more time in Island Park and not just Yellowstone.

What a find!!!! First let’s start w Joy- what an amazing space she has! She also really makes it a priority to make you feel welcome and if you need local recommendations, she is a great resource!
We spent our evenings staring at the beautiful Tetons after enjoying the sauna and cold plunge.

Amazing site. Easy to find. Greeted by the hosts immediately and they answered all my questions. The camp community area was as advertised and more. The bathroom and shower were a welcome site. I would highly recommend and will easily be back to their spot!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We cannot say enough about the 4 camphost. Woody, Erica, Jeff and Anissa were so thoughtful and a blast to be around. We left with new friends, no doubt. We were able to briefly meet Bryce (owner) and he was very kind. The site was fantastic. We camped for 3 nights of Site 9. The views of the mountain were great. Swan Valley is a sweet little place...book your stay and then sit back and relax. You will be happy that you chose this place. Looking forward to a return visit.

We LOVED our stay here. We were at site 1 and it was amazing. It was spacious, private, great tree coverage, had a big grassy area behind it, and was exactly what we were looking for. This camping area feels tucked away and we didn’t have to worry about car traffic for our dogs. Mike was helpful, responsive, and a great host. There’s a river that’s a short walk away— it was beautiful and our favorite part!

Weekend Trip to Snake River RV Park & Campground
Super cute tiny cabins. Didn’t know what to expect for trailer park camping, but was pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms were well kept, the staff were friendly, there is a nice set up of table/grill/fire pit for each tenant, and they had some fun little add ons like pool/hot tub/playground/chess set/etc. Best part though was how close it was to everything in town, but it also felt a bit removed.

Beautiful spot. There are other campers around but the spots are distant enough that you aren't heating everyone else's noise which was important to me. We enjoyed fishing off the bank (didn't catch anything) and enjoying the magnificent view. Mike was also very friendly. Very worth it!

Weekend Trip to Teton Painted Tipi
The tipi was comfortable and the views across the road were beautiful. Saw elk grazing. Directions were clear and host was responsive. You are basically in someone’s yard but the neighbors have mules so that was pretty cool!

Beautiful place. So calm and serene The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The hosts / managers were very friendlly and welcoming. The bathroom was very clean but there is only one toilet which is inside the bathroom. We were told the owners are planning to add more restrooms. Hoping that it is added soon because we would love to go back.

We had such a great experience! It was very quiet and peaceful. An easy 30 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, and even a historical railroad hike walking distance from the campsite! Would stay here again!

This was a great campground at a very reasonable rate with breakfast included. The campground host, Mr. Milkbone was very popular with my dogs! The location was great and I had fun renting the e-bikes and riding to the town up the way for lunch. Would absolutely stay here again.
