Wonderful host, beautiful ranch
The most gracious and kind hosts - Glenda and her grandson went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had every need met. They provided fishing poles, dug up some worms for us to use, gave us a rope to let me and the kids lasso a dummy bull, and because there was concern about space they parked their rv camper next to the tiny house in case we wanted to use it. They even let us follow along with them and watch them manage their cattle, giving so much interesting info as we went. A great time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The place was beautifully maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean, cozy, and had a lovely atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The most magical time.
I had such a wonderful time at the ranch. I slept under the stars with the longhorns and was met and guided by Glenda, her grandson and the pups. The entire experience was so special and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful escape. It was the perfect experience for a birthday evening. I camped in my car, had a fire and felt safe.

A Perfect Getaway!
Glenda is a dream of a host! We rented Grandma’s Tiny House and booked the behind the scenes tour and breakfast. Well worth it! We learned so much about ranch life and had a blast hand feeding the longhorns! The stars at night were the most brilliant I had ever seen and breakfast (sausage biscuits, coffee and fruit) being delivered right to us in the morning was a dream! We were two moms looking to escape from our families for a weekend and now we can’t wait to bring them back for a day trip to experience it all as well!

Camping with long horns!
We loved camping in our class C here! We got way more than we imagined. Glenda and her family treated us like family and the steaks were delicious! Oh and the cherry tomatoes made my salad a perfect complement. Casey took us for a ride exploring the ranch and it was so much fun! He let us pet the bulls and took us to the pond and told stories about the property. Some of the steers came right up to our camper that evening to visit! We can’t wait to visit again and stay longer. Oh and go by Glenda’s direction not your gps. It can throw you off a little.

Beautiful land and cabin❤️It is so peaceful here! The cabin is very clean and cozy. We were visited by puppies and the longhorns are literally right there but separated by a fence. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful ranch, very quiet & peaceful. The family is so kind. I would not advertise the cottage as accommodations for 4 people. The pull out bed would comfortably sleep 1 adult (it is a twin/single bed). It's nice that the queen size air mattress is available, but make sure you have a pump & extension cord (thankfully we had both) Hopefully the water situation is fixed, as there was no water in the morning for using the bathroom, making coffee or taking a shower. If boondocking or camping, I would recommended this location, but I wouldn't recommend the cottage unless you are comfortable sleeping on a twin/single mattress.

Glenda and her husband were very accommodating and friendly. They waited up for our late after dark arrival and guided us to the tiny house. The site was very quiet and relaxing and there is a beautiful view of their land from the porch. It's a great site for a couple seeking a quiet, restful stay on land owned by good people.

Don’t hesitate, book it!
The space was private with a fire ring. Glenda was a fabulous host, bought some good steak and had a land tour. She met us at the gate and walked us into the site. Close proximity to Pawkuska made for a good day of sight seeing.

Glenda was an awesome host. Her grandson took us fishing and to feed the longhorns which my 6 year old loved (and me too). It was quiet and perfect weather for a camp out.

Welcoming and an AMAZING hostess!!!
12/10 experience here!!! Mrs. Glenda was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful! I came here with my younger brother and we were able to camp, fish, and then feed the Longhorns! Mrs. Glenda checked on us while we were fishing and offered for us to help here feed the cattle which was so fun! We were treated like family yet taken care of like guests, it was truly a greater experience than I could have expected and I will definitely be coming back!

Camp with Longhorns!
Me and my family camped here for spring break. We wanted to get away from the busyness of every day city life. Glenda’s ranch did not disappoint! We had 160 acres to ourselves, and the kids were able to go off and explore safely. The longhorns would often come through our site while they made their rounds grazing. Glenda was a very kind host and even showed us around and gave us the rundown of her land. If you can, order the hot breakfast. It was delicious! Communication was spotty but I think that is mainly due to limited cell service. Once we would hear from her she was very thorough and helpful. The nearest Walmart is about 45 minutes but there is a dollar store and local store that are closer so be prepared if you were to need to run into town for something. Glenda does have a lot of items on hand that saved us a few trips. Also make sure you are able to take your trash with you as they do not have a dumpster on site. Not a problem for us but just a heads up to help others for planning ahead! All in all this was an awesome get away with beautiful weather, animal watching and no city noise. Just the birds chirping and the breeze whipping by. We have so many photos and memories from this trip. Thank you for sharing your land with us! The kids are ready to come back!

It was so much fun staying at the ranch! We got to interact with the animals which was a total trip for me! The long horn ate "cow cookies" right out of our hands. The horse that was there was sweet as could be. Nothing like that oklahoma sky for stargazing! Glenda made us feel right at home!

The good- Site is very private with lots of space to wander. Host is nice and responsive. Many different parking options.
Things to consider- If in an RV you will need to scout a spot or do significant leveling in a field. GPS does not take you to the proper location and no place to turn around with a large rig. Ended up making a 15 mile loop. NO Verizon service for us close to get in touch with the host. If you have a large rig be sure to approach the property from the North entrance to 4151.

Amazing campsite
Glenda and her family are very generous people sharing their beautiful land with guests. We always buy their longhorn beef to cook burgers on our campfire - super yummy! Ponds with lots of fish, land to explore, stars to gaze!

Country Grassland Camping.
Best host and camping space ever. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and back country experience, this is your place. Glenda personally showed us several options to make sure we found at a place where we would enjoy our stay; hundreds of acres to choose from. We chose CJ Playground. Grassed was mowed, nice fire pit, shade trees, and wide open space to hike. Night sky star show was incredible. Plenty of firewood around the area. No cell service at the site, which made it even better. However, you can hike up the hill and get 3 bars. Bonus: Glenda advertised steaks and produce. She definitely delivered. She pre soaked the corn cob with husks for our fire, pre cooked the sweet potato and wrapped it in tinfoil, and had the strip steaks thawed for cooking. Next time we visit we will plan a multi day stay.

We had a great time at Glenda’s place. She was so communicative, the site was beautiful and peaceful, and she was so willing to show us around! We got to meet all her long horn cattle and she even let us feed them! What a cool experience!

We loved camping at the ranch! Glenda was the most helpful and kind host. She showed us the best spot next to the pond as no one else was camping that night. The property is beautiful, and it is so special to be camping in the pasture with the longhorns! We even got to go feed them with Glenda and her family, where she taught us so much about the cows and the ranch. The weather was a bit rainy and we still had a fantastic time. Very good location close to the nature preserve where we saw the buffalo. Her dogs are also the sweetest. We recommend coming in the spring because there are so many newborn calves. We stopped here on a cross country road trip, and so far was the most wonderful place we have stayed!

We stayed in Grandma's tiny house over a spring break road trip and it was a lovely experience! It wasn't too far off the beaten path, so directions there weren't a struggle, but it's secluded enough to provide an adventure.
The ranch is expansive and offers gorgeous views in all directions.
Glenda and her family were very hospitable and gave us a ranch tour, which was amazing, informative, and our favorite part of our Oklahoma road trip. We got to see GIANT Texas Longhorns out on the range as well as Angus, while we enjoyed the rolling, rocky geology of Northern Oklahoma.
10 out 10, would recommend!!

Camping with animals!
I love camping on Glenda’s land! There was so much to do! You could go hiking, drive to local shops/restaurants, feed the longhorns, and much more! There are local animal parks near by where you can see Bison. Just on her property alone we were able to see her animals, as well as, wild coyote and hogs. Glenda was a very welcoming and helpful host! She brought us homemade breakfast in bed, gave us a tour, allowed us to work as much or little along side her, and would help us out with anything we needed! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
