Me and my wife stayed at Sam’s Glamping tent and it went phenomenal. The view was beautiful and the tent was super spacious, the entire vibe of the campsite was great. We felt welcomed and any issue we had was solved by our host. The campsite came with a lot of amenities that was nice to have like a propane cooktop, a cooktop for the fire pit, aswell as silverware and a pan, Another thing to note is the bathrooms and campsite in general was very well contained and clean. There is also a yeti cooler on site which is a very large cooler and was super helpful in keeping our food fresh and bugs out. The hot tub was large enough to comfortably fit 2 people and got super hot, the hot tub was also overlooking the waterfall. Sam was great, anytime any unexpected issue arose for us he went out of his way to help as much as he could, I would definitely recommend the camp site and and definitely the host he was a super down to earth guy. We had a great time and definitely will come back sometime soon. I rate the whole trip a 5/5 with everything involved.

Super cozy site with just about everything you would need provided (minus food and drink).
Having a cup of coffee early in the morning while soaking in a hot bath listening to the stream and birds is absolute heaven. A+ experience.
The site is a bit close to the road but there was little to no traffic so it wasn't an issue at all. If you're looking for total seclusion you might be a little disappointed but if you're looking for a super convenient, very comfortable and well thought out site you will be very pleased.
Sam couldn't have been a better host. Was extremely communicative and I have no doubt he would have happily helped with any requests we may have had.

Tiny camper with spring tub & brook
Sam's Rv camper was awesome! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The outdoor tub was amazing and so relaxing. The grounds were beautiful as well! Sam was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions had. We will definitely be back! We definitely recommend Sam's place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and comfortable weekend away!

Really enjoyed our weekend, listening to the sounds of the waterfall while soaking in the mineral tub!! Everything was exactly as we hope for!!! Sam was an excellent host!! It got pretty cold but the tent stayed nice and warm. Oohhh the stars we amazing twinkling through out the trees. Hope to come back again when it’s a little warmer and try out one of the other sites on this beautiful property!!

The site was great! There a are few stores on the property, but you still feel secluded. The waterfall was all frozen over for our trip and looked amazing. You could still hear the water flowing under the ice and it created some nice background noise. The outhouses were very clean and only 50 or so feet away. Some of the pics on Hipcamp show the old bell tent with a wood stove, but that's been updated with a cabin tent and propane heater, which kept things plenty warm. There's also a 2 burner propane cooking stove. All in all an excellent experience.

Loved it! Sam was very attentive when we arrived and answered all my questions. We stayed during a snow storm and we were very warm with the heating inside the RV. All the basics you need are there like cups, plates, paper towels, even a TV with Netflix. It was great. We’ll be back!

My husband and I decided to start the new year by escaping the hustle and bustle of city life, and our glamping experience was absolutely perfect. We had a short but pleasant encounter with our host, Sam, who seemed like a very chill and laid-back person. He was communicative and responsive whenever we reached out, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

A Frame Mineral Spring House
We had a wonderful and restful time staying at Sam's A-frame. Sam was friendly and easily available for any questions but gave us complete privacy. The wood fired hot tub was great and the dogs loved exploring the property. The water level in the stream was low but Sam ran the generator when we were off site so that we were fully charged.

We stayed here for one night and had such a great time. It was kind of like sleeping in a comfy art installation. The spring fed hot tub out front was truly a delight, the campfire by its side and the chilly weather made for quite the vibe. Stay here if you’re looking for a unique and reasonably priced place in the Catskills!

The ideal blend of camping and glamping, we just got home and I’ve already had many friends inquiring about my social media posts which showcased the combination of mineral spring tubs, starlink wifi and the most gorgeous, waterfall views. We can’t wait to come back and were able to truly, deeply, fully unwind (haven’t felt this way since pre 2020). A huge thanks to superhost Sam for the attentiveness, hospitality and incredible setup.

Super cute spot and Sam was great! It’s a nice 12 acre spot with 3-5 sites but the waterfall masks any sound and it feels private

we arrived 17 minutes early to Tub Mill. The host, Sam, threw a hissy and asked us to leave. I said we're only 15 minutes early. "no, you're 17 minutes early" This is the kinda thing you wanna do when you've driven a few hours to camp out in upstate. Also, the campgrounds had been completely washed out by the heavy rain and seemed in disarray. The only thing on point was the welcome sign, which wasn't up because we were 15 minutes early to check in.

This site is a rare gem that was everything as presented in the listing and more. Sam was a great host answering all of my questions. Spending overnight to the sound of the waterfall was a healing experience. Looking to return soon.

It was an incredible experience, that I would do it again, the sound of the river was so relaxing, you have your own privacy, we had a bonfire, nice bath out doors, saw a movie in doors and we slept really good with AC. I definitely will do it again, and Sam was so attentive he introduced himself and answered all my questions.
