The views are absolutely beautiful! A great place to camp, bird and nature watch, and have smores by the campfire. Very private and the bathroom accommodations were clean. Highly recommend but don’t forget your bug spray!

We had a great time at Elliott’s place! Exactly what we expected. Porta John was clean and much appreciated. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. We were prepared for bugs, but not many at this time of year. Wonderful time and highly recommend!

22 ft campervan
The site was lovely! It felt private and the portapot was very clean. Our dogs loved roaming the yard and sniffing out the fresh deer and fox prints in the sand. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to get out on the water. Cambridge is a cute little town not far away for yummy drinks and holiday festivities. We also took a drive down to hooper island and enjoyed cruising through the sleepy coastal villages. Thanks for having us!

Amazing camping spot right on the bay… We were there just before thxgvn after a long dry spell… so there were not mosquitos or flies to worry about… but it seems that is the general theme.
We camped in a 25’ travel trailer and had no issues pulling in and setting up. Super flat site.

I really like this spot! Clean, well maintained, kayaks and just beautiful. I camp alone and felt comfortable enough even with the cars that drove by. I got eaten alive by some chiggars. So definitely bring you bug spray. Communication was good as well.

Completely private spot with only a moment's glance from passing traffic. Lots of flat area to set up camp or park whatever. Reading other reviews prepared us for the bugs, so they were tolerable. Don’t forget the spray, though. Those flies bite hard. The only annoyance was some guy in a trawler boat playing twangy country music kept stalking the camp. It kept us from wanting to take the kayaks out then.

Staying at Parsons landing was super fun. The parcel is kept well maintained is spacious for kids and pets to play. Easy access to water for kayaking. They keep 2 kayaks for guests use. Portable toilet is very clean and stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Surprisingly nights were very chilly in July. The mosquitoes were not super bad as it got colder during the night. We will definitely keep this property as a favorite!

Second time coming to this spot. Great little area for a relaxing getaway. Very clean porta John. Great views and calm water for paddling around. Lots of wildlife. Saw a bald eagle which was really neat.

The accommodations were exceptional, and the host was extremely hospitable. Communication was prompt and efficient, and all amenities were of the highest quality. I had a wonderful time, although there were some insects present, so it is advisable to be prepared for that. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future.

Very private. I never saw another person the 4 days I was there. Beautiful sunsets and views. There is a road right next to the camp but there really isn’t much traffic at all, especially at night. It was never an issue for me. Biggest problem is massive amount of mosquitoes. But that’s nothing wearing long sleeved shirts and regular applications of insect repellents can’t handle. I’m very happy with the site and plan on returning in a few months.
