The "She Shed" Tiny House is the best bargain, unique stay getaway around! This Tiny House is made from a traditional 10'x18' shed and is solar powered! It's surprisingly spacious with a full size bathroom, kitchenette, lofted twin bed, and day bed (twin or king)! The home borders a sheep pasture, farm barn, goat pasture & chicken coop! Snakehead fishing is just a short walk away! Kyacks/creek launch on site! Minutes from Blackwater Refuge! Blackwater "She Shed"
The place is darling. Out in the country but just a short drive to the city and surrounding areas. It was a joy to open the door and see the goats and sheep only 20' away.

Cute and Cozy
Blackwater "She Shed"
I very much enjoyed my stay at the wonderful little She Shed! The tiny house was very clean and tidy, I felt comfortable immediately. It was well appointed with cool A/C, bathroom amenities, coffee, Keurig, fridge, freezer, microwave, Roku TV, toaster oven and comfortable beds. I luxuriated in lazy morning coffees under the crepe maple tree with my neighbor the goofy goat, and it was so calming to hear the sheep talk amongst themselves. Baaah! Not to mention the stars at night were spectacular. The She Shed is situated at the edge of a property management company, and while there are some large vehicles around the larger part of the property, I appreciated that the owners have made the tiny house space welcoming and private, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from it all. I would definitely stay here again but next time I’ll bring my bicycle!
