Escape to the serene beauty of Daycholah Center, a hidden gem nestled along the shores of Green Lake, Wisconsin. Our cozy, glamping-style woods cabins offer a peaceful retreat surrounded by trees, trails, and lake views—perfect for unplugging while still enjoying simple comforts. Each 500-square-foot cabin is thoughtfully furnished with: • One queen bed and two bunk beds (sleeps up to 6) • Table and chairs for meals, games, or morning coffee • A comfy recliner for relaxing after a day outdoors • Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for easy meals and snacks Please note: These are dry cabins—there is no running water or bathroom inside. Guests have access to a nearby bathhouse with multiple showers, sinks, and restrooms. Outdoor amenities and property highlights: • Shared fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars • Walking trails throughout our 22-acre lakeside property • Direct access to the Green Lake bike trail via Spring Grove Road—ride straight from camp • Beautiful lake views, plus opportunities for swimming, fishing, and kayaking nearby Boating: You’re welcome to bring your boat! Launch at Sunset Beach on County Road A. Once on Green Lake, you may tie up at our dock (when the dock is in the water) with advance notice. Other things to note: Daycholah Center is a working retreat center. At times, you may have the property entirely to yourself, or there may be a retreat group onsite. While we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the full property, retreat groups are asked to respect cabin guests’ space and privacy. Whether you're planning a quiet weekend getaway, a family adventure, or a laid-back group stay, our cabins offer a simple, peaceful base to experience the natural beauty of Green Lake. Come slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy camp life at Daycholah.

Two Adirondack chairs on the front porch provide a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. While Birch Cabin does not have running water or a bathroom, guests have access to a newly renovated bathhouse just a short walk away. The bathhouse features clean, modern showers, toilets, and sinks for both men and women. Gather around the new fire ring in the woods cabin circle to enjoy evenings under the stars. Birch Cabin is one of four glamping cabins in this peaceful setting, offering a secluded yet communal atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Cedar Cabin at Daycholah Center!
Peaceful Getaway on Beautiful Green Lake 🌿 We loved our stay at this cozy cabin on Green Lake! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The hosts thought of everything — from a welcoming coffee and snack basket to fire pits already prepped for us. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, walking the peaceful paths, and relaxing under the stars at night. The property is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. A wonderful mix of comfort and nature — we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Jaime

Perfect family weekend getaway

Birch Cabin at Daycholah Center!
Cabin and amenities were clean and as depicted. We were comfortable as a family of four at the cabin and campground. We enjoyed having the fire pit and chairs (we didn’t find matches but brought our own). The weather didn’t cooperate but the dock and kayaks were really neat and we wish we had stayed an extra day. We thought the grounds and chapel were great and we anticipate coming back again :)
