What an adorable place. Looking out at all the stars was my favorite. We don't see that in city. The bed was extremely comfy and we loves playing in the creek! Danielle was super accommodating and kind. I will definitely be back!

The Hippie Hut is a fantastic campsite. My brother and I loved not having to set anything up because the tent and cots were already out, all we had to do was unroll our sleeping bags! The picnic table and chairs were an added bonus. Loved the location as we used the campsite as a base camp to take a day hike up to Hibox Lake. There are so many trails to explore that we will be back for sure. Thank you Danielle for hosting us!

We had the pasture to ourselves and enjoyed watching the wind in the trees. Though it was a bit too windy for a fire that night, there’s a nice large gravel area with a fire pit and 2 chairs. The kitchen shed was perfect for our needs. Never had to bring out my own gear. Used the electric griddle for any cooking. The bed in the yurt was very comfortable and there was lots of space for additional people if necessary. You could hear the vehicles on the highway, but it was not intrusive. Very clean Porta potty with a mini pump-sink inside. Nice new badminton net, rackets, and birdies with real feathers! Would definitely stay again.

Danielle was great with communication. Directions and explanation of the stay were spot on. The tent was well appointed and comfortable for our family of 4. We had a sorry but sweet stay. Thank you Danielle and family.

Wonderful tent camping in a great location! The tent is large and clean. It was great having a side kitchen to cook and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great campsite and fantastic location, close to Leavenworth and Cle Elum. The accommodations provided exceeded expectations, very comfortable for a group of 5 adults. Felt secluded and relaxing, though right off the highway for easy access. Danielle was a great host and was available to help when we needed it. I wish we had stayed more than one night!

Our stay here was short but amazing. We wanted something where we didnt need to bring all of our camping stuff and set things up and this was just the thing. The beds were comfortable there was ample lighting provided but also little fairy lights and stuff like that if you just wanted a little bit. The Host told me to just bring something to cook on and she wasn't kidding! They have a table, little mini fridge, silverware, cups, plates, foil, paper towels, etc. They literally thought of everything. Also there is so much less light pollution out here so we could see so many stars 🌟 would 100% stay again. Just the perfect amount of glamping!

My friends & I - first time users of HipCamp- stayed here for a weekend and had a lovely time!
I loved the convenience of this camp spot with all the amenities already set up and accessible. When you only have a couple days to enjoy being in adventure mode, i can’t tell you how much more relaxed I felt not having to worry about pitching a tent and packing every last thing I might need! The hosts have thoughtfully provided a beautiful dome tent with a mattress, fresh bedding, extra cots, flashlights and twinkle lights for ambiance! There was hot/ cold water, a kitchen shed with all the basic supplies, and a mini fridge! We really got the most out of our weekend since the campsite was just “ready to go!” It really felt like a little outdoor hotel, under the starts and next to a creek!
The location was great. It was easy to find, and a quick drive to the Cle Elum area lakes and recreation that we came for.
The camp site was tucked in the back of the hosts property behind a few homes. I really appreciated being back there and away from the busy road, and being close to the hosts home made me feel safe since I was there by myself for the first night. It’s far enough behind to have a sense of privacy and space to breathe in nature, though.
If you love camping but want to relax and enjoy the glamping experience for a change, I 10/10 recommend Danielle’s Hipcamp!!!
