Had a great 2 nights stay .
Was rainy both days I stayed but had a nice relaxing time nonetheless .
Was a little worried that the ground might get waterlogged with all the rain and be hard to drive on , but it was nice and firm and with nicely mowed grass , was easy to drive my van in and out .

Nice outhouse … bring your own plastic bags to line toilet and pack your waste out .
Hear a few cars going by occasionally on the quite country road , but not at all bothersome.
Hear cows mooing from the neighboring property .
Friendly horses and donkey come up to the fences to be petted if you take a walk along the road.
Make sure to walk across the footbridge over the river only a short walk away .
Delightful stay … look forward to returning .

We had a great stay here. The campsite was quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the feeling of being secluded while still having the river and trails nearby to explore. It was the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy a few quiet nights outdoors. Jen was a great host- very responsive and kind. Had a clean and lovely property- bonus points for a pit toilet that had 0 odor! Short walk to the river with a fun rope bridge. Not too far from town, but still secluded and nice. Myself and my daughter had lots of fun!

My dog and I loved camping at wineberry grove. I even got to eat a few wineberries. It was very private. I never saw another person but felt very safe. We enjoyed the river and the property's nicely mowed path through the woods.

Very quiet in the country surrounded by small farms with cows, horses, cross the road and your at the river. Go slow pass the bridge the entrance is on the right. We passed it and had to back track. Wonderful place to get away from a busy life

The site was really easy to get to with the given coordinates and directions, and the setup was awesome. It’s also a really easy drive back into town if you forget something (like I did). Being tucked into a little wooded spot was just the right amount of privacy, especially since our dog could explore off leash. We walked the little path thru the woods and saw the neighbor’s horses, and even had a bald eagle fly right over camp on our second night. The pit bathroom setup is plenty comfortable and effective. The established fire ring is really helpful, as is the included picnic table. Having the mountains as a backdrop for camp is awesome in the sunrise/sunset light. The water/foot bridge is a really easy 2-3 minute walk, and the water was a blast to sit in all day long. This was our first Hipcamp trip and it set a really high bar - we will definitely be back!

This is a great quiet, secluded spot. There are horses and cows just around the corner as well as a beautiful suspension bridge just calling to be explored. Having my dog off leash on the site was fun for both of us. Plenty of room to throw a ball and not worry about traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our one night stay! We had plenty of space for our family of five to run around and it was nice having the bathroom. My kids loved walking the short distance to the suspension bridge and crossing it multiple times. The view was lovely too. The Food Lion was only 10 minutes away when I realized we forgot something. The little downtown of Strasburg was adorable.

Great little private spot in the middle of nature! Directions on how to find the Hipcamp were clear and concise. We enjoyed the sweet little trail through the woods to see the beautiful farmland and mountains. It was great to experience the footbridge as well!

We loved getting a weekend getaway at Jen’s property. Quiet beautiful views and secluded. It was nice and cozy. Our dogs loved it too as we could feel safe letting them off leash. Highly recommend. We plan to stay again this fall.

What a beautiful, well maintained, private campsite! We camped with our dog who absolutely loved it here. The pedestrian suspension bridge just across from the site is a must-do. Due to the time of year, there was a lack of leaves on the trees which meant we could see some houses behind the site - but we still felt a sense of privacy, and that definitely won’t be a problem when the leaves grow back. We’ll be back!

Stay was great! Campsite is spacious. Nice fire pit and table to hangout at. Near a bunch of farmland with horses and cows and such which was pretty fun. Very short walk to the cool hanging bridge nearby. Also the bathroom setup exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend!
