This property is located near major thoroughfares to conveniently access all the local activities. Some of the closest attractions are the Shenandoah river, Cool Springs Park for biking and bird watching & Civil War History. The camp site is walking distance to the Bears Den and Ravens Rock trailheads. There are small businesses for local food and entertainment and AT trail supplies all with in walking distance. Within a 5-10 mile radius you will find many breweries and wineries for day and evening time entertainment. Historical Winchester and Leesburg are each a 25 min drive. The campsites are level and come with separate eating area. The campsite has pond views and fire circle for cooking. You will be located in walking distance to a quaint area of Bluemont called Pine Grove. Check out the Pine Grove Diner and the Horseshoe Curve Bar for good vittles, libations and awesome entertainment at the Horseshoe Thursday-Saturday. There are many brewery's and wineries to mention within just a couple mins drive. The Shenandoah river and public boat access is 3 miles away for river fun and fishing. However, the property does have an 1 acre stocked pond for catch and release. Bring all your outdoor equipment!! We have it all here in Pine Grove!!

My family and I had a great stay! We enjoyed a brewery near by, slept well, and followed it up with some AT hiking. Good first camping trip for my toddler!

What a nice spot. Camping area was level and cozy. Having firewood next to the fire was a nice plus. We walked down to the diner for breakfast which was also a delight. Heartily recommend this spot!

Peaceful place in the woods to spend the night. I chose car camping for this trip, but this place would be great for tent camping because of the level pad. East to find, and a really nice walking trail very close to the campsite. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Had a great time at Lucky duck Margaret is great to work with always communicates with you nice and private. We always do the bike ride on the WOD and then come back and enjoy time on the mountain highly recommend.

This place was calm and beautiful and excellent. Just what we needed. Clean and calm, great host, and super convenient. Responsive host, lovely people, beautiful ducks and pond.

First of all Margaret was awesome ...responsive to and questions and very helpful .. love the location. It was very private and close to where we wanna do hang out and enjoy the area of Bluemont.
