We have been growing grapes for 18 years. Laura grew up on the farm and her husband makes the wine. We are a family run business and offer catered picnics, tours, we grow hemp, and have an additional store in Gatlinburg. The Nolichucky River runs near the property and is great for tubing or kayaking Learn more about this land: Come stay at a beautiful rural Vineyard farm with a Winery on site! There is a pond with an island. Lots of nightlife and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Pull into our Winery to check in unless you have an rv, then park in camping area in the vineyard field and walk to Winery. You will receive a free tasting with your camping fee. Try any of our 10 estate grown wines and enjoy them by the campfire. We have one fire pit for everyone's use. We are usually very quiet since it is certainly rural and away from any major cities. We guarantee a most pleasant stay at Goodwater Vineyards

Beautiful area. I had no cell reception (Verizon) for 6-7 miles leading into the winery (so save the directions before you head in) but one or two bars once I was there. The directions were clear and the site was perfect.

Quiet Camp
We were able to come in late after dark, when we woke up we were surrounded by beautiful land, sky, and water. At night the stars are so clear and the fireflies light up the trees like Christmas lights. Magical experience, 10/10. Host instructions were clear.

Camping at Goodwater vineyard was an incredibly unique and fun experience. Laura so kindly gave us a tasting of their wines and we enjoyed an amazing night next to the grapes.

Great experience
A 12 minute drive south of the interstate, with several signs showing the way, takes you to this delightfully quiet spot next to a vineyard and a little creek with flowing water. There’s a little pond with an island gazebo holding a fire pit. While they advertise tents welcome campers must be completely self-contained, including a toilet. They advertise RVs up to 45 ft allowed but no generators. It’s essentially a huge, level grassy area next to the vineyard with a gravel road and turn-loop for heavy vehicles, a common fire pit and a common picnic table. We chose it and enjoyed it because we prize silence; we fell asleep listening to frogs and woke to birds. Oh, yeah: there’s a free 10-flight wine tasting with the $20 camping fee (so you decide which is free) and the wines were varied and good. Hosts were most welcoming and generous. We hope to see this campground again.

Loved camping at the vineyard! Got a most awesome wine tasting when we arrived. Then spent a beautiful starry night next to the vines.

Great low key spot! We stayed in our conversion van for a night. Super quiet and chill, with beautiful views of the vineyard. No facilities so perfect for folks who are self contained. Thanks, Laura!

Basic but Beautiful.
It's a big open space with vineyards as a backdrop. We were able to pitch our tents and sleep comfortably. There are no facilities (water, shower, toilets) so it is just basically a place to pitch a tent, but the surroundings are beautiful and it was perfect for our group of 15. We arrived too late (and perhaps the wrong day---Sunday) to enjoy the winery.

We loved staying at Goodwater Vineyards. Laura was lovely and greeted us when we got there. We also had the pleasure to wake up to grape picking! And met several of the family involved in the business. It was overalll a very pleasant stay.
