This is a decade -long dream come true for us to finally have a place to host others! We came across it through a conversation on a plane with a local Community Queen and she had some land available that wasn’t even on the market! It was a serendipitous meeting to say the least- we love the area and the community has been so very welcoming. We plan to farm it this coming year to offer fresh produce as per of campers’ stay as well as a Woofing program ❤️ It’s a fun old farm that we’ve decided to call home⛺️ Learn more about this land: We welcome any and all who love to be outside! The property is 100 acres of forest, trails, and open fields. There’s a small creek running under the bridge and plenty of hiking on the property. The surrounding area has three rivers within a 10 minute drive; Clouds Creek, Caney Creek and Holston River. There’s also the local downtown which has a well-kept Arboretum, some amazing eats and sweet antique stores for unique finds! Cant wait to host you!
