Fire pit, outdoor chairs and tables provided. 70 ft of shoreline. No dock. No boat access. No electricity yet. Boondocking or bring a generator. Kayak, paddle boat, inflatable fishing boat, fishing poles, gigantic foam float and life jackets available for use. No other guests permitted. Enjoy a simple, quiet, getaway. Property is in a cove with private homes. Property driveway is 8ft wide and curves tightly through trees. Pets permitted, but the property doesn't have a fence and there are friendly neighbor dogs that wander around. More photos to come, new property, work in progress!
