Stayed here with my boyfriend and our 3 dogs on our way up to ashville. two camp spots, a fire pit and a little barn where you can use the kitchen and bathroom. No one at the other spot so we started a fire and had a great time on a cold call night

Site 2 - Utopia Farm Camping
Farm living in Utopia.
This place was an awesome spot to unwind after a day of soccer in nearby Lexington or Irmo fields. The stables/living area was a very convenient luxury. Full kitchen and full bathroom right beside the camping pads were clean and better than any campground bath house. Cindy and Ray met us there and were kind and very hospitable. The fire pit was awesome cauldron like wit a vent in the bottom that was pretty much smoke free. If your in the area or find yourself needing a stop while going down I26 you can’t go wrong staying here. Also the farm animals are super cute and friendly.

Beautiful property and the most amazing and friendly hosts who treated us like family. My son is still talking about Bella and Willie and all the animals he saw! What a great lay over and our only regret is that we were only there for a day. Will definitely stop in next time we’re close!

The camping spots were excellent and the amenities were far superior to most places I've been. The kitchen and bathroom available to us was great for our group. We had a lovely time with the animals, wish we would of had more time to try their walking trail.

First Hipcamp and it was awesome!!
Cindy and her husband were super welcoming and their farm is gorgeous!!! Our site was perfect AND had electric and water! The barn was fabulous with a living and dining area, full kitchen and full bathroom! We would love to come back again.

Ausome Family Camping Experience!
We loved our experience at Utopia Farms. Campground was pristine and use of kitchen and bath is beyond what you can get at a "commercial" campsite. I recomend Utopia farm to anyone looking to get away just off the beaten path

Pure Utopia…
Everyone, don’t pass by Utopia Farms. Ray and Cindy are wonderful hosts… Thank you!
There was a welcome sign out front with my name. Such a nice touch… Ray and Cindy were awaiting my arrival. Welcomed me to use their property as I was family.
Their property is beautiful. I enjoyed a camp fire, a nice sunset…and the stars were amazing that evening. Sooooo quite. My night sleep was wonderful.
The farm animals were fun to visit and a coop of free range hens offered all the fresh eggs you’d want. It doesn’t get better than that.
I will definitely be back!

Site 3 - Utopia Farm Camping
Beautiful place and Great hosts
Cindy and Ray were both very friendly and welcoming and their little farm is a wonderful place to spend the night. We arrived about 4pm and we were the only people there for the evening but there’d still be plenty of room for a couple more. Cindy met us on arrival and showed us around the place. Our dog immediately made friends with their dogs who were very friendly. Ray made sure we had wood for the fire pit which we enjoyed very much. Space was level and access to the room in the barn with a full bath and shower was very convenient. They even sent us on our way with a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens. Excellent hospitality. Since we make the trip between VA and FL quite often I’m sure we’ll see them again.
