We are in the heart of historic Valle Crucis, North Carolina. This is the campsite only. RV not included.Glamp in our 20-foot camper in the heart of historic Valle Crucis. You'll have a full hookup, AC, hot water and your own section of the yard with a mountain view. This camper is one mile from the original Mast General Store, Valle Crucis Park, the Watauga River and many hikes including a waterfall. Located 8 miles to both Boone & Banner Elk. We are close to 3 ski resorts, Rocky Knob Bike Park (mountain biking), Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The space Location, location, location! We have an awesome view in the Valle and are within walking distance to the Valle County Fair, which takes place on the 3rd Saturday in October. Cozy, new camper with all that you need. We have an outdoor shower behind the camper with a privacy fence and a fire pit at the edge of the property, a short distance down the gravel road for your use. RV mattress has been upgraded to a comfortable memory foam Pressure Relief Mattress. The dinette area converts to a 2nd bed. The bedding for the 2nd bed will be in the camper if you request it. I clean with natural products and wash with scent-free detergent. We flush and treat the holding tank before each guest and supply you with special, quick composting RV toilet paper which breaks down well. With tank treatment, a good tank flushing, and quick composting paper, there is never a smelly tank. Leaving water in the toilet bowl also creates a seal, so smells never seep into your living space. Have no fear, you won't feel like you're living in an outhouse :) You will have Wifi, but because we are in a tiny mountain town, cellular service can be spotty. We suggest you come and unplug! If you have AT&T, I can add your number to my microcell so you will get phone calls with no problem. Our TV is a smart TV, not live TV or cable. Guest access You have a private seating area in front of the camper as well as a grassy section of the yard with a fire pit (1 bundle of wood supplied, more available for purchase). You may also walk down the road a tiny bit and enjoy the mountain view and sunset, take our camp chairs. Feel free to wander down to the path behind our house and check out the bonsai garden.  Other things to note Check yourself in with the keypad. Parking for 1 car is in front of the camper, more parking if necessary can be made available on the property. A 3-point turn is necessary when leaving the parking spot. If you have a 2nd car you will need to park it in our driveway and walk up to the campsite. Just let us know if you are bringing a 2nd car so we may tell you where to park.  Cellular Service: You will have Wifi, but because we are in a tiny mountain town, cellular service can be spotty. REPLACEMENT KEY FEES: If the key is lost, we require a $10 replacement fee. A $10 replacement fee will be requested. We are happy to host guests of all ages but feel most comfortable having guests 7 years and older. The camper has potential dangerous parts and situations for smaller children. If guests are bringing children, we can discuss it before booking. I want to let guests make a more informed decision about whether our place is a good fit.
