Awesome remote secluded paved lot in Banner Elk. (Please note it is best suited for Camper Vans/4x4 vehicles- especially in Winter Months. Do not recommend tow campers, nor Class A or Class C vehicles due to skinny roads and significant elevation changes). Easy access to the ski slopes, dining, shopping, App State College, Boone and Blowing Rock. And access to Profile Trail (one of Grandfather Mtn’s best hiking trails) directly from lot.Awesome location. 5 mins from Sugar Mtn Ski Area. 10 mins from Banner Elk. 15 mins to Grandfather Mtn or Boone/App State. 20 mins to Beech Mtn or Blowing Rock. So much to do between the summer and winter months including hiking, biking, tubing, rafting, 4 wheeling, horse back riding, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, alpine coaster and so much more! There is a slight slope to the lot so I recommend leveling blocks for your camper van. It’s suitable without, but more enjoyable with them.
