Hidden Haven Mountain Lot
This site is a sloped parking lot. There was loud music and cars coming and going from the nearby condo all night. We were also paid a visit by HOA letting us know we weren’t supposed to be there.
The location is very convenient though, and it is surrounded by trees.

If you love camping and being close to attractions and activities I would say you have found a gem here!! This is a great place to stay with and RV and we will totally come back when we are wanting to be close by to experiences in Banner Elk! It was a very windy experience for us as there were 50+ mph winds and wind advisories part of the time we were camping, and as this is a paved area, it was hard to stake our tents down. We loved being close to trails, having our dogs with us, the fire pit (when it wasn't too windy) and exploring. We did not love being as close to people as we were or the lights that made it hard to enjoy the stars. Overall this was a great experience and the host was WONDERFUL to work with!

We were in town for a wedding in Banner Elk, and this spot was perfect! It was about 6–8 minutes from Grandfather Winery and 10–15 minutes from Banner Elk, so it made getting to our events super easy. The site was paved, surrounded by trees for privacy, and even had a chain so we could block off the entrance—nice for peace of mind. We even saw some deer wandering through! Overall, an excellent stay and Ted was very responsive while booking!

Hidden Haven Mountain Lot
We found this spot last minute camping around Boone and were SO happy we found it! This site felt very private and was exactly as you see in pictures in other reviews. 100% will be booking again when we’re in the area. Thanks to Ted for accepting our last minute booking and responding quickly for a smooth stay!

We loved tent camping here! Very nice having space for your car next to the tent. Very spacious and private with a fire pit and picnic table. Lights around the trees were a lovely touch!

We loved tent camping on this lot. Super close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Very clean table and fire pit area. Nice touch with lights on trees and along the entrance way. Saw some sweet deer!

This is such a cute spot. Perfect place time to unwind and reset. It's very conveniently located with so many attractions near by. Definitely booking it again!
