Drift off to the sound of the creek, sheltered from the rain. Cook over the fire, play guitar and sing. This secluded campsite on an agroforestry farm, where we grow chestnuts, along with 15 types of fruit and a handful of annual vegetables. The biodiversity is vibrant, and the birding is very good. 12 minute drive from Ithaca, 8 minutes to the center of Trumansburg, 7 minute drive from Grassroots, + supermarket, pharmacy etc, 6 minutes to the lower entrance of Taughannock Falls State Park Fire pit, grate, and firewood provided. No shower available, but the creek is deep enough to dunk in. No RV hookup available. Composting toilet nearby. No buckets needed. Campsite is about 400 yards from the road; car access to within 150 feet. The bugs aren't bad at all, because there's no standing water around, but bring bug spray if they like you. If you're looking for a place for excessive or underage drug/alcohol consumption, we're not here to narc you, but please find a different campsite. Our friend Meg lives in a camper about 200 yards away, and has a friendly dog named Chaga. "We're dog friendly if your dog is friendly." Text me if you need an early check-in or late check-out. The camp was secluded and just off the agroforestry plot. Harrison was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be renting for my future visits to Ithaca - 5 stars for sure!

We enjoyed every second of our camping trip from the water so close by to the awesome campfire! It was a beautiful secluded spot surrounded by nature. We were thankful for the coverage as we prepared for rain which seemed to have passed us. We are definitely recommending to our friends and family and we’re already planning our next camping trip. Thank you Harrison for having us!

We had an amazing time. It was so private and beautiful! On top of everything - our car broke down and Harrison connected us to a mechanic who helped us in an extreme moment of need and did not overcharge!! Great people, great place.

Harrison has created a great site on his property featuring a well constructed shelter, picnic tables, fire pit, and a nice little cool water stream. We had a stormy day while there with torrential rain and high winds. Our tent stayed perfectly dry thanks to the platform shelter.

Magical place! Exactly what I was looking for. I spend 4 nights there with an early check-in and late check-out... and free wood! I could not ask for anything more. It will truly be a place I will continue to come visit bc its so close to so many state parks and hikes. I even went mountain biking in Shindagin Hollow State Forest and went hiking twice at Robert H. Herman State Park. So much to do so little time! The place is a gem and Harrison the host is so generous. Grateful to find my little sanctuary nestled in his farm.

Secluded little spot on Willow Creek. It's within minutes of numerous state parks, Cayuga, Seneca lakes. Ithica is 15 minutes aways. The covered covered picnic/stage area is nice. Even if ya just use it as a tent pad. Really enjoyed our 3 days there.

The property is exclusive. Harrison is a gracious host. My children and I had a wonderful time on the property. When asked, my children gave an 8/10 and 9/10 for their personal rating. The campsite was very nice. If you are adept at camping without electricity and water- this is the place for you. Thank you again, Harrison, for an amazing Hip Camp experience. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking to camp near Ithaca.

My partner, pup, and I will return to Harrison's again and again-- it was truly the most magical stay for our family.. Between the privacy, sound of the creek, crackling fire, and ample space to play and dance, we found the most sincere serenity. Thank you for sharing this space!

Harrison has a great camping site. My husband, daughter (4) and I enjoyed it very much! The site was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It was a very peaceful trip. We plan to visit Ithaca again so we will be looking out for this site in the future. We highly recommend!

This was by far one of the coolest camp sites we’ve ever visited! The convenience of being a short drive away from Ithaca paired with the privacy and charm of the farm was incredible. We loved the immediate access to the creek, the bonfire circle, access to firewood, and the wooden overhang/platform (which kept us dry during the rain!) The outhouse was very clean and easy to find. The creek especially though was the reason we will probably be back, this place is a must stay if you’re bringing your canine companion :)

It's in a good spot to explore the gorges in the area. There is a level deck with a lean-to and enough space to put a pretty big tent underneath. The paths around the site were clear of poison ivy. All in all I would use it again someday if I wanted to stay down there a couple days.

We loved tent camping at RambleOn Farms. The site is super private, the covered platform is a perfect place to pitch a tent, there's 2 sturdy picnic tables, and a lovely fire pit. The campsite is just a few minutes outside of Ithaca and Taughannock Falls State Park. Only hiccup we had was finding the composting toilet, but we eventually did and they were a nice setup. We would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area again!

Harrisons camping spot is perfect! The location is very close to multiple state parks as well as close to town while still feeling in the wilderness. Harrison was very helpful and kind with recomendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The spot itself is beautiful. Short walk to the compost toilet. The lean to was beautifully built and the river right next to the spot was soothing to fall asleep to. Our dogs loved staying so close to a river! Would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the creek at this hip camp. The water level was low but it was refreshing! Also, having the lean to to protect the tents from the rain was amazing.
