Molly is an exceptional and thoughtful host. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had our own space far from the other campsite so you’re not on top of each other. Having a flush toilet and a sink to wash your hands within walking distance made camping very comfortable.

Orchard Camping at Sundial Farm
This was my 4th time here but the first winter camp. Molly was a great host as usual, and I always enjoy camping here. The regular campsite near the orchard was hard to access due to ice and snow, but Molly directed me to another spot that's more accessible. My dog and I had a great time :)

This is a lovely farm in a beautiful part of New York State. There are lots of options for camp sites, and Molly is very helpful in selecting the perfect spot. We winter camped, and will return to enjoy all the seasons!

Lovely little spot tucked away within the farm. Everything was as advertised. Great hiking and nature nearby, quick drive to Tarrytown to explore.
Molly was so lovely - will definitely be back!

What an amazing campsite! We stayed here with a group of friends for our kid's birthday. The farm is gorgeous and Molly was incredibly helpful. We just got home and are already talking about a return trip.

What an awesome location! Beautiful land and an accommodating host. Molly met us at the entrance and led us to the location. Due to recent rains, we were moved to a better location that was dry and level. Several member of the farm stopped by in the morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We loved staying at Molly's farm! It is about a 40 minute (hilly) ride from the MTA Croton On Hudson stop and only a few miles from the Empire State Trail. Molly was kind and welcoming, providing us with a table, firewood, and camp chairs. When our firewood became damp from the rain, she and her mom went out of their way to help us get some dry wood. Overall I would highly recommend!

Lovely place, lovely people.
Molly was beyond accommodating.
She was very helpful, always available, and quick to offer help if needed.
The farm is a lovely place.
At night there is road noise and the occasional airplane noise. If you are coming from the city you won't even notice it.

We had a wonderful stay on the farm as part of a weekend bikepacking trip. It was so cool to stay right in the middle of the orchard, and Molly provided us with all the amenities we needed, including a cozy lil fire pit and camp chairs. She was also so responsive about all our questions, even providing us with a butane torch when we ran out of matches. Very conveniently located too, about a 15 min ride off the Empire State Trail. Will definitely be back!

Molly was a great host! Friendly and accommodating. Campsite is cute and cozy by an apple orchard, with a full fire-pit, table and available chairs. My family and I had a great first camping experience.

Such a nice spot for a stopover from the Empire State trail. Grab food when you get off the trail so when you get there you can settle in and stay. Molly is incredibly sweet and responsive! Yes you can hear traffic in the distance but you feel totally away from things anyway.

Tent site in a field next to a pond. Elevated platform was big enough for three to man tents . Water supplied was a plus.

It is a nice wooded area on the farm with a wonderful host. Flowers were blooming, but there was a bit of traffic noise. But it was easy to get to and a very beautiful site

We had an amazing stay! We came for a girls trip and found a great camping spot at Sundial Farm. It was a great site close to so much to see. NYC is about 40 minutes and close to great trails. Molly was very nice and accommodating when we got there later than expected. Our dog was welcome which was one reason we were looking for a camp site. It was easy to find and absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend coming to see the farm even if its for the markets on the land!

This is my second stay with my dog in the apple orchard. We so enjoyed our first stay last spring that I was eager to return. Molly is a wonderful host - communication was easy and her responses were immediate. She seemed determined to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we attempted to hike to Tea Town and couldn't find the way, Molly jumped in her car to help us (I definitely recommend visiting Tea Town, by the way). At the campsite in the orchard is a large firepit and more than enough wood for a long evening fire. The road noise did not bother me; it was more like white noise, but it is significant. I felt safe and the site felt private and my dog had off leash freedom to roam around the campsite area (I put her on a leash when we neared the farm). The campsite is really pretty in the spring. Apples on the ground on this October trip made it more difficult to find a good spot to pitch a tent. Prior to our arrival, Molly kindly offered an alternate site away from the apples if I thought my dog eating the apples would be a problem. Luckily she wasn't interested in them and I found an apple-free place for my tent and we enjoyed our stay.

Woke up to beautiful views of Sundial Farm and loved exploring the property. A great place to experience the fall leaves, the festive pumpkin patch animals on the farm added to the fun! Molly was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us out of a jam and make us feel welcome. Would 10/10 recommend booking a visit!

Beautiful farm! lots of space to set up, secluded from the public part of the farm where visitors come for the farm stand. Molly was so kind and helpful and showed us to the site even though we couldn’t be there until past dark. Would gladly stay again!

Orchard Camping at Sundial Farm
A group of 4 people and 1 dog had a great time at Molly’s campsite. We were initially worried about heavy rain when we got there, but Molly made sure that we were safe and had enough equipment to cover our tents. She even helped us to move our luggage using her cart due to the muddy road. Plus, it was nice to have a clean bathroom nearby and the farm store & local brewery’s pop-up store were a bonus. You can hear car sounds as the site is near the highway, but it did not bother us at all.

We had such a lovely time camping here with our toddler! Private area, easy access to toilet at the barn if needed. Animals and orchard really fun to walk around. Nice shady picnic area by barn. Farm shop was a huge bonus - we saw from other reviews that it had lots of great local, organic food, so we decided not to bring much with us. We feasted on sausages, eggs, veggies, fruit, and milk from there for all of our meals!

This was our second time camping here and we had a great time. For the car-less, the farm is an easy 10-minute cab ride from the Croton-Harmon train station. Molly was a great host as usual; we'll be back :)
