40 minutes north of Manhattan on the southern edge of Harriman State Park this unique fully restored, historic 1954 Airstream Cruiser comes equipped with all the functionality of the modern world. Perched beside a stream and under a purposely built pavilion the Airstream dream comes alive with its own private patio, fire pit, and barn. With exclusive use of our inground heated pool from June to September guests of the Airstream can relax and swim after a hike in the woods.No need to pitch a tent! The Airstream features a super comfortable private bedroom and a cozy living space up front, along with Wi-Fi, TV, a full kitchen, washer/dryer unit, full bathroom with a composting toilet, A/C, heat, grill, picnic table, and outdoor sitting areas. The Airstream is set on the grounds of a historic home and gardens, directly across from the 52,000-acre Harriman State Park with seven lakes and hundreds of miles of trails — including the Appalachian Trail! There is also a heated in-ground pool for swimming and relaxing, plus a pool house with a flushing toilet available during the warmer months. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. Because our vintage Airstream is a unique space located on our personal property, we welcome guests with established positive reviews on their Hipcamp profile.

When i tell you Suzanne made us feel welcomed from the moment arrived, we couldn't of asked for a better Host. She greeted us at the entrance and gave us the grand tour. The land was so green , serene, and just perfect. There was a fire pit with chairs and limitless wood. The camper had a overhead shelter with a picnic table, char broiler , bean bag , and 2 seater lounge area. And not far is the swimming pool.
