Adorable Comfortable Camper
We truly enjoyed camping in this trailer. The sounds of the wildlife in the morning and evening was beautiful! Coyotes, birds, rooster. You can see the stars as you are away from city lights. The camper is decorated and kept up well. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The outdoor shower was a treat. We had everything we needed!

Desert Glamping Gem
Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again. Clean, well equipped and super cute set up! Lying in the hammock to watch the desert sunset and star gaze was a highlight.

Unique site in Goodsprings
The RV camper was exactly as described, cute little camper in a ‘live’ ghost town. It was nice to spend time on the balcony area in the evening and have breakfast outside early in the morning before the heat begins. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning and walk to the Pioneer Saloon for dinner. Walked around town as well which had a self guided walking tour. Would recommend! Thanks for the great stay!

Cute little retro camper 😍

This spot is so cute and has absolutely everything you need for a glamping experience! Nice out door area to enjoy the Nevada sun with a beautiful view, fire pit for night time drinks around the fire and comfortable soft bed. I’m 5’6 and my husband is 5’11 - I fit perfectly on the bed but he slept on the outside so his feet could dangle a little when he stretched out so if you are well over 6 foot maybe pitch a tent in the outdoor spot and let the short people have the bed 😂
It was close to seven magic mountains attraction also which was super nice and the host was very helpful and informative! Absolutely loved it and would stay again if I’m in the area.

Great little camper
This lil camper was perfect for what we needed. Very small space inside but we really just needed a place to sleep and a quiet space away from the action in Vegas. It was a beautiful place to wake up. Good AC and heat for hot mornings and cold evenings. Heather and Colton were very accommodating and helpful when we had an issue with the door. The camper itself maybe could have used a little love, but overall we had an amazing time there. Goodsprings is a beautiful place. Highly recommend if you are going to Vegas, but don’t want to be staying in the middle of it all.

This is a great listing with great views! It was easy to find and get settled! We wanted to get out of Las Vegas on our trip and Heather’s camper is perfect! It’s not too far from the city, but is quiet. 100% recommend it!

Loved It!
We loved the entire experience! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The property is a block away from the Pioneer Saloon, a great place to eat and grab a few drinks. At night, you can see the glow of Las Vegas beaming from behind the mountain behind the Pioneer Saloon. Heather, our host, bent over backwards to accommodate our last second reservation. She did a great job. We had a wonderful experience! We had a fire in the fire pit just off the deck that overlooks the Pioneer Saloon and glow of Las Vegas in the background. One of our three slept in the camper and two of us set up cots and slept on the deck under the stars. Can't wait to come back.

Everything was as described, place was clean, easy access to hikes & groovy desert landscapes. Live music at Pioneer Saloon across the street ends at 10pm. Would love to hang out here again sometime.

Goodsprings & Good Views
Altogether we enjoyed our visit to the little town of Goodsprings, certainly a fun spot to tour around. We highly recommend visiting the small Museum and the famous Pioneer Saloon. Unfortunately, we arrived late and the location was not the easiest to find in the dark; definitely arrive before sundown or ask for more clear directions in advance! Overall, the trailer was well set up with a comfortable bed if you are of a shorter stature, the outdoor shower was refreshing in February and it was great to enjoy the outdoor space with an amazing view by the fire. Great place to relax and recharge, do not miss a chance for to try the trail by the fire station.

Great evening at the Retro Trailer
Our stay in the retro trailer was utterly delightful. The trailer was clean, cozy and inviting. Goodsprings is the perfect rural down-home alternative of the blaze and bling of Vegas, which sits just 35 miles away. Dinner at the historic Pioneer Saloon was delicious, and felt like an authentic piece of NV mining past.
We Highly recommend the retro trailer to others.

Sunlit Hillside Fun!
This was the third stop on my best friend's 7-state 30th birthday road trip in February, and we arrived after dark, but that was no trouble at all thanks to the pleasant lighting and our hosts having set everything up for us so nicely! The camper is small - as expected - but really fun and comfy once you get used to maneuvering, hehe. The interior, deck, shower, and general surroundings all seemed immaculately clean (given the dusty terrain, I was extra impressed), and the tasty drinks were greatly appreciated. The bed looked tiny at first, but once you're actually set up in it, it has plenty of space, and provided one of if not the comfiest and most restful sleeps of our expedition. Waking up just after sunrise and seeing the landscape for the first time was glorious; the desert stretches away so far that it feels like looking out over the ocean. The outdoor shower combined with the Winter wind was, hehe, invigorating and - to my pal's delight - inspired me to bathe so quickly that she didn't have to wait around for me at all; it really was amusing, though, and thanks to the sunshine and the cozy towels provided by our hosts, I was warm and dry real quick. Sadly, we didn't have time to hang around, but this would be a lovely place to do so, and we fully recommend staying here!
P.S. Ah, and my pal left her binoculars - on purpose - for future guests, because it was such a great vantage point from which to use them!

A sleepy surprise!

Perfect weekend in a perfectly authentic little retro camper! Wasn’t sure what to expect from this little town. Peace and rest was what my dog and I needed since vet’s diagnosis. The vibe I n this town was perfect, a safe calming environment. With an Old running saloon, to get a little crazy if one’s thirsty. Even though we were content to chill in our cozy camper.

An aesthetically-pleasing camper with a functional toilet and kitchen appliances. Definitely no complaints there. The view in the morning was spectacular (and nostalgic for me). It felt private and unique, and the instructions from the host were thorough.

My Retro RV Experience

It wasn't as isolated as I thought considering it was directly in front of another house and surrounding structures but it was secluded. I almost didn't find it. It was extremely quaint and well equipped with necessary amenities. The trailer itself was extremely small. If I was a little larger in frame I wouldn't have been able to use the restroom. And I hit my head on the cabinet a couple times going in and out until I remembered to duck, but it was comfortable all in all. There's plenty of room outside the camper on the deck. And plenty of space for a tent if additional people wanted to stay. Just don't forget to bring the tent like I did. But the host was accommodating and provided me one and in record time. The local saloon across the street had a live band that provided acoustics I could hear from the trailer which was nice. And I didn't have to walk far to enjoy the local feel. Heather, the host, responded to every question, concern, and request very promptly. I had to end my trip early due to no fault of Hipcamp and would definitely return and request to others. The scenery was beautiful if you looked past the immediate area and over to the mountains which were so close you could walk to. And you needed anything there was a store a close drive away.

We had an awesome stay at the trailer! It had everything we needed, and is super secluded despite being about 30-40 minutes outside of Las Vegas. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend adventure or just passing through for a night.

Amazing and great spot, about 30 outside of vegas which was perfect for us since we love to have our space. Great amenities, cozy bed, full kitchen and great decor. Would definitely go again and recommend!

Perfect weekend away
We really enjoyed our stay at the retro RV. Sitting outside, hanging in the hammock, grilling and making s'more. You can hear the live band playing at Pioneer Saloon from the deck. Everyone we met was very friendly and provided a little history lesson about the town. We drove up mount Patosi and we were able to see a couple beautiful wild horses. We will definitely recommend this place for a solo getaway or a couples weekend. The host had an excellent response time to any questions we had, the communication was clear and she was very accommodating to our last minute request to purchase fire wood. I recommend buying a s'more kit. It was super cute. We love photography and Goodsprings did not disappoint.
