We are in the NW valley with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. When the sun goes down over the Spring Mountains and Mount Charleston beautiful colors illuminate evening clouds. We are in somewhat of a rural area, so you might see bats in the evening, and bunnies in the morning. We have even seen coyote, owl, and of course lots of geese flying between golf courses in the morning during many months of the year. We are away from the city lights, so nighttime can be quite dark, but the moon can be a spectacular site in the night sky.
Red Rock Canyon is 16 miles away. Many of our guests enjoy the scenic beauty or climbing opportunities in Red Rock. Nevada's newest state park, Ice Age Fossils State Park, is just a few miles away and offers a glimpse into prehistoric time in the region. If you enjoy ziplining then check out Slotzilla at Fremont Street or on the Las Vegas strip at the LINQ.

The camper comes with a full kitchen, a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. Dishes and utensils are provided as well as bedding and towels. Feel free to enjoy the pool, bbq and outside bathroom which has a shower, and full size washer and dryers. We are a smoke/drug free site please be respectful of this rule and violators will be asked to leave without refund. Because we are a "working hobby farm" you will see some weeds and you may even see a project or two we are working on, feel free to join in but please be understanding that in order for us to improve things it will get little messy and can take time to complete. Also, please check the weather before you book, Vegas if very hot during the summer months, if your rig doesn't have AC you will not be comfortable as night temps can be easily over 100.

The closest town for gas and food is Pahrump which is about 20 minutes away. My place is perfect if you want to get away from the city for a little bit, or if you are traveling the country in your RV, trailer, or tent. Tranqvillium was purchased in 2016 with the intention of creating Gaia Earthen Technologies Sustainable Living Educational and Research Center. Construction started in 2016 and now we have our first temporary building and working on the others. The daily operation is run by Tranqvillium, an intentional community of people who don't like to spend their money on rent and utility bills.Learn more about this land:The location is about an hour west of Las Vegas in the California Mojave Desert. Even though the lights of Vegas are visible on the Eastern horizon, above Tranqvillium there is no light pollution and the entirety of the visible part of the Milky Way is shining down on us. Tecopa Hot Springs is 30 min West from us, along with China Ranch date farm. From China ranch it's a 40 min hike through Mars like terrain to a swimming hole complete with a small waterfall, where the Amargosa River comes above ground. The ancient lake bed where Tranqvillium is located is surrounded by medium height mountains, which are perfect for rock scrambling, and the world famous Red Rock climbing site is nearby too. The place is very rugged and is recommended for experienced campers who are not taken aback by wilderness living.

We do offer horse back rides, cattle penning, cattle drives and shooting at our shooting range. You have to call reservations to book any of these activities.

The camper comes with a full kitchen, a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. Dishes and utensils are provided as well as bedding and towels. The bed is about a full size bed, maybe a bit smaller, cozy for two people to sleep in. On the property you will find a huge garden out front that you are welcome to pick from. We also have over 50 trees on the property you are welcome to walk around and enjoy. Feel free to enjoy the pool, bbq and outside bathroom which has a shower, and full size washer and dryers. We are a smoke/drug free site please be respectful of this rule and violators will be asked to leave without refund. Because we are a "working hobby farm" you will see some weeds and you may even see a project or two we are working on, feel free to join in but please be understanding that in order for us to improve things it will get little messy and can take time to complete. Also, please check the weather before you book, Vegas if very hot during the summer months, if your rig doesn't have AC you will not be comfortable as night temps can be easily over 100.

The closest town for gas and food is Pahrump which is about 20 minutes away. My place is perfect if you want to get away from the city for a little bit, or if you are traveling the country in your RV, trailer, or tent. Tranqvillium was purchased in 2016 with the intention of creating Gaia Earthen Technologies Sustainable Living Educational and Research Center. Construction started in 2016 and now we have our first temporary building and working on the others. The daily operation is run by Tranqvillium, an intentional community of people who don't like to spend their money on rent and utility bills.Learn more about this land:The location is about an hour west of Las Vegas in the California Mojave Desert. Even though the lights of Vegas are visible on the Eastern horizon, above Tranqvillium there is no light pollution and the entirety of the visible part of the Milky Way is shining down on us. Tecopa Hot Springs is 30 min West from us, along with China Ranch date farm. From China ranch it's a 40 min hike through Mars like terrain to a swimming hole complete with a small waterfall, where the Amargosa River comes above ground. The ancient lake bed where Tranqvillium is located is surrounded by medium height mountains, which are perfect for rock scrambling, and the world famous Red Rock climbing site is nearby too. The place is very rugged and is recommended for experienced campers who are not taken aback by wilderness living.

We do offer horse back rides, cattle penning, cattle drives and shooting at our shooting range. You have to call reservations to book any of these activities.

The retro camper was a perfect spot for a couple days getaway. We used it as a base camp for hiking and climbing. It was cozy and rustic and very cute. Just what you need and nothing more. The outside deck with the hammock and chairs was prefect for enjoying some fresh air and a little star gazing at night. It was just the right size for the two of us for a couple of nights. Goodsprings, NV was a cool find and we really enjoyed the Pioneer Saloon that is a short walk from the camper. We can def recommend this little RV.

I stayed for three lovely days at half pint Garden… And it was more than just a place to feel safe. It was rejuvenating, so peaceful, with an amazing sense of community and respect. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The gardens, the greenhouses, the pool, the oasis in the middle of Las Vegas! It was quiet, shady with the trees on the side of their property while still providing a great view of the night sky. We had a fire pit, propane grill, picnic tables and chairs already provided which was very nice to use. We originally got an RV spot but we were tent camping so Carlos, Irma’s husband, told us to pick any tent spot to use and it worked out really well. The bathroom and shower room was an air conditioned shed that was great to use.

Best Hipcamp ever! Emily was a wonderful host. We felt so welcome. I can’t overstate how perfect the set up is. Our van had privacy while being literal steps away from the pool and bathroom that included a shower and laundry! The amenities make this really stand out. The power and water access was better than some RV parks while being cheaper. We took a Lyft to the strip, very easy.
We will be back for sure and highly recommend to all travelers.

Emily and Nate are very friendly and accommodating. Nate was very helpful on local recommendations. We had a very busy weekend and didn’t get to spend a lot of time on site. We had use of the shower and bathroom that was right beside the outdoor pool. It was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the entire stay and highly recommend. We definitely would stay again.
