We spent a week at this resort. Upon arrival, we went to our site to get settled in and noted we didn’t have a picnic table (all the other sites did, and we had a Deluxe space). We let the front gate know and they said they would have one to us the next day. Once week later and no picnic table. The only other issue is the dog park. Long term/permanent residents apparently are under the impression they don’t need to pick up after their dogs. More than once we collected others waste only to return later do find more. I watched several “residents” leave the park with fresh waste present. If you happen to get a space with a parking lot light, enjoy the night long night light!

What a great stay! Although the sites are somewhat close together, they’re very usable and easy to access. We felt very safe and the pool area was impeccably clean! Friendly staff, reasonable rates, and nice amenities makes this our new ‘go to’ place when in Vegas.

We enjoyed our time here. The pool was nice to enjoy on these hot September days and we appreciated having electricity. The bathrooms were very clean. So was the laundry room. It's about 20 minutes from the strip. We'd stay here again.

A Secure Stay

A great place in busy Las Vegas to “duck in “ for a night or two. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the grounds well kept in spite of long term renters who’ve collected more than their rigs can hold. The neighborhood isn’t the best in Las Vegas, however, the security at the resort is good, entrance is monitored 24/7.

This resort is gross!

The site is completely asphalt without any vegetation, gravel or grass. No shade at all. We were not able to sit outside of the camper since the asphalt increased the temperature outside by 10-15 degrees. Walk to pool was too far away. Our view in front of our camper was the dumpster. UGH

We had a great stay at this RV resort. The full hook ups were easy to use, the grounds were clean, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! It was quiet, extremely well maintained, close to all of the Las Vegas attractions that we wanted to see and fully staffed. We loved the nice laundry facility and the clubhouse area. While we were there, there was a potluck/cookout that was a lot of fun. We were able to have some packages shipped to the office to stock up on supplies, which was a huge help to us since we are always on the road. We definitely hope to stay again when we are back in Las Vegas!

The amenities were good, they kept the bathrooms cleaned up. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but my wife I never felt unsafe while in the park. I guess my only gripe, (if you could even call it that) was as far as I could tell they only had one urinal and one toilet in the bathroom. During a busy time this could be an issue. Especially if there is a decent amount of people at the pool area. Again I’m splitting hairs and we really enjoyed our time here. They had friendly staff, and really seem to take care of the park. This will be our go to spot for our future camper van Vegas trips!

Enjoyable Thanksgiving stay

Pleasantly surprised by how well organized, secure, and clean this park was. The office staff accepts mail and packages. The entrance is staffed 24/7. Yes, it's asphalt with fairly snug sites but it's an urban park so get used to it. But there are lots of palm trees to green things up and several dog runs plus a big public dog park not 2 miles away.

Peace and Security in Vegas

NOTE: Name booked with hipcamp may be different than your actual name (mine was) so if they do not have you on their list, double check the name in the hipcamp app under the booking. If your concern is having a quiet and peaceful RV park in Vegas that also has 24/7 security, this is it. When my wife and I were there, we actually left the RV for over 24 hours while we watched the sunset in Santa Monica. Not once did I feel the need to check the security systems in place on the RV. When we came back later on (1 am) the security guard on duty stood right up and ready. A pretty safe and quiet place. The price is actually good with all hookups and being in Vegas as well. Think we paid $45 daily for out 23ft RV? Planned on staying 2 nights and we stayed 5 instead. Not bad at all.

In the hustle and bustle that is Las Vegas this was an oasis of peace. While the term « resort » may be exaggerated, it’s clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Close to services and the strip.

We enjoyed the pool, that is conveniently located near the laundry area. Lovely setting with palm trees, flowering shrubs and well maintained grounds. The entry area was convenient but the noise from busy S.Nellis blvd traffic was ever present. Overall great retreat.

Very clean restrooms and nice pool facility. The site was right by the front gate, which was fine, but there was a lot of dried up dog feces at our spot, which means they don’t clean it after the previous camper leaves.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! The site is beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking. I would love to try staying at each of their glamping sites next time I come out. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying there.
