Loved this place. It is so idyllic. Nearby are the Farmers Daughter restaurant, with excellent pancakes. And it is the home of the jolly green giant! Soooo nice!

A great spot close enough to the highway to be convenient, far enough to be peaceful. Enjoyed the friendly canine company of “Emma” and “Lady” and that of the lovely host.

Chelsey was a great host. Very helpful. I had a short one-night stay passing through town. It was nice to avoid the busy campgrounds. Very reasonably priced and a pleasant stay.

Site 2 - Happy Camping, Snapshot Farm
The site was easy to find, easy to navigate, private and close to the freeway. Chelsey greeted us upon arrival and was very kind and thoughtful. I camped in my teardrop trailer with my aunt and dog. We had a lovely evening walking the dog on the property and reading near the pond. We were on a cross country road trip and planned for one night stays using the road trip feature on HipCamp. I recommend this site.

Chelsey has a beautiful farm and is a great host. It was a great place for a quick overnight stop. My spot was right in front of the house so I think I personally would feel a little awkward staying too long. Being a dirty camper sitting there as the farm went to work and the family went about their day to day routine. For the evening I was there it was perfect, quick off the road/interstate and easy to find.

Chelsey's home and farm is what I would describe as an all American farmhouse. When you enter through the driveway it's jaw dropping beautiful. Chelsey and her family were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The view was just perfect, especially in the morning and evenings. I will definitely swing through and come visit again. Make sure to go into town and tour. It's a beautiful little town.

Christine's spot was perfect for its proximity to the highway, level ground, and beautiful views out my left window (if backed in) of the corn fields, sky and a nearly full moon last night. She was VERY responsive and the ability to plug in was wonderful.
My single "negative" experience was that after it became dark and I was settled in, suddenly their dogs - one with a very deep, loud voice - were next to my van barking and it startled me. The gentleman of the house called them away after a few moments.
All in all a great stopover and would still recommend it to others.

Chelsey's farm was chill. The sites are both basically on her front lawn and the bathroom is in the house, so that's worth knowing, but not a problem as long as you're comfortable with the proximity socially. She offered me a cup of coffee in the morning and sold us some fresh eggs.

Chelsey is a stellar host, and the property is just beautiful. A perfect lil getaway a great distance from the twin cities. We stayed in Site 1, the hookups were as described, and there was a nice fire pit available to sit by the fire and watch the sun set over and through the trees. Would definitely recommend, we’ll be back!

Chelsey's farm was nice and chill. She gave us eggs from her chickens. She had a few dogs that would come and visit and a cute little kitty. She was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. She and man even hung out at the fire with us.

Chelsea was very friendly. Our site overlooked a pond. Easy hook up to electricity. Dogs loved getting out & running.
We only spent less than 24 hrs. There on our way out west.
Would be good to include restaurants & gas stations nearby.

Chelsey was an extraordinary host! We were welcomed, our questions answered, and made to feel at home! Beautiful property and 2 curious, friendly and lovely dogs visiting on occasion.
You could hear some traffic noise in the distance and some chicken noise in the morning but with our fan running it wasn’t noticeable.
We felt refreshed and well rested after our stay!
We highly recommend staying here!!!

What an enjoyable experience camping on Chelsey's land! The setting is beautiful and it was so quiet overnight. I got a great night's rest! I awoke to the sound of birds and filtered sunlight through the trees in site #1. Chelsey is very inviting and made sure I have what I needed. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience on Chelsey's property. Her and her family were so friendly! The farm was beautiful and very convenient to the highway. It was a stormy night and she made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we were passing through!

Overall a great experience! The hosts were lovely, human and canine alike, with a sheltered spot nice and close to the highway. Though, with a wet spring the mosquitoes were pretty rough.

Two sites.
One with nice shade, and the other was in full sun. Each site has 30 amp available with portable water accessible. Hosts were great at accommodating any needs.

Driving with my travel trailer from Vermont to Montana, I needed an overnight site with power (for fridge and AC if needed). This was perfect! Only a couple of easy miles from I-90. Site one had trees, but site two, which I had chosen, was quite level without doing a thing. The views of the surrounding countryside were a plus. This is a neat and tidy farm, I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect spot right off the high way while we were traveling through! The host was extremely easy going and communicated well. The spot was easy to find and she left a light on and a hose and cord out for us as we arrived very late. It was a peaceful, safe place to sleep traveling through! Thanks for a lovely evening!
