The view was beautiful, the portable toilet was clean. The host communicated and helped with electrical challenges via phone. It was quiet and we slept great, didn’t really see anyone. We didn’t unhitch because it was just an overnight, and in trying to reach electrical and water we parked on a slant. Would recommend a long 30 amp cord -50’ or better & if airstream on site isn’t rented you can hookup to the 30amp. Otherwise 15 amp is available. WiFi was available also.

We stayed at Tyler's spot with our Class A for one night on our way down to Utah. Having hook ups out there in the middle of nowhere was really nice! The grassy area for our dogs to run around on was fabulous. Nice view, weather was great, close off highway but far enough you can't hear or see it. Not much to do in the area so not sure you'd stay here for sightseeing, but it's a perfect spot to stay on your road trip for an overnight. Should we come by again I will definitely keep in mind to stay here on the way to our next adventure!

We had a great stay! The campsite was clean and I loved the large picnic table and built in gas fire pit that was at the site. The site is plenty big enough for our 32’ 5th wheel and the setting is very peaceful. It was easy to get to and Heather, Tyler’s wife, did a great job showing us around. She was so kind and treated us like friends! I definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot and was exactly what I needed as I was working remotely and needed to spend my time outside of work driving. Tyler’s place was beautiful, quiet, easy access to the highway / Boise, and plenty of cell service. Tyler was super nice and I felt very safe and peaceful there!

Tyler was a great host! I failed to book properly and got the RV site when I meant to book the Airstream. Lucky for me that no one had booked it for that weekend and we were able to work it out!
I loved sitting out at the picnic table in morning to look over the valley while drinking coffee. At night it was a glass of wine under the stars and the twinkling lights of the city off in the distance.
It was peaceful there and very restorative. I loved watching the sky with all it's variations of weather off in the distance. The surrounding properties were distant and quiet.
One review mentioned the freeway, and you could hear the traffic, but it was far enough away that it was easily tuned out while listening to the birds twitter and call.
The place was easy to find with gps.

This was the first stop on my best friend's 7-state 30th birthday road trip, she had been driving us straight from 8:30 AM til we arrived here right before sunset, and it turned out to be everything we needed after the long journey! Tyler got everything warm, clean, and comfy for us before we showed up, and even shoveled paths and the picnic table area for us (quite a task, given the ~5" or more of ice-topped snow). The outhouse was also very clean, and not even particularly cold, somehow. We had a nice dinner with silly YouTube videos, thanks to the fast WiFi and nice little TV, and scoured our dishes clean with the snow. The couch and bed were both very comfy, and we both had plenty of space to sleep in the latter (definitely could've fit a third person with ease). Perhaps the best part was how beautiful our surroundings were in the morning; the Sun rising over the vast, misty, white landscape felt being in a modern cowboy dream scene, and you can see all the way to the distant city from the door of the airstream (which was also a pretty sight at night). Tyler told us we were the first Winter guests they've had, and we both give the experience full marks and would definitely recommend it to everyone else!

It fit our needs for the night. It’s a patch of grass by a shed in front of the hosts house. Nothing wrong with that it was just an odd experience. My only issue was there was a thorny plant in the parking space that stuck to our shoes and dog paws.

I slept here overnight in a long car trip. The location right off the interstate was perfect. It was easy to find, but far enough to not get a lot of interstate noise. The spot was well tended, and comfortable. The dumpster is also an awesome feature.

Tyler was very welcoming when we first arrived making sure we had everything we needed. The space was wonderful. Had a great grassy area that was well maintained. The view is amazing on top of a hill. We had great cell service right at the camp spot. Definitely recommend!!

Great spot! I drive a camper van and most of the dog friendly campsites in the area require some off roading/4wd capability. Tyler was very nice and accommodating.

Liked the view and the quiet country feel. Tyler went out of his way to help us when we needed it. Nice gravel pad with a nice grassy tent site area. Location is close to the interstate which made it convenient for our one night stay as we ventured to Oregon.

I had a great stay at this spot. the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The airstream was clean and set up well. plenty of amenities here. felt very private since the opening of the door to the airstream does not face any properties. the bed was super comfortable for me and I was warm all night. it was peaceful and beautiful. would love to come back again.

Tyler's place is exactly as advertised and only a couple of miles off I-84. Even though we arrived after sunset, it was easy to find and equally easy to park and hook up! A great place to spend a night while enroute!

Easy to find, nice grassy area for camping and ample parking. You can hear the freeway at night and it is near a working farm road so there are a few early morning cars and barking dogs.

We enjoyed our stay. The views were nice from the hillside site, and it was peaceful and felt private. It’s nice to find a hipcamp site with water hook up and 30 amp service for RVs. This site had both. There are not a lot of hip camp options in that stretch from Ontario Oregon down to Boise, so this one was nice to utilize, being easy to get to, just a short distance off the freeway. Tyler was very responsive. He greeted us and made sure all our needs were met.

Tyler and the spot was great! Very responsive to every message and question. He met us at site made sure we had all hook ups for our RV figured out. Spot is very quiet and awesome view of the valley. We will be back and use it in the future.

Just wow! The spot was so beautiful and clean, pristine actually. Very private. We loved the gas fire pit, because if it’s not safe for a camp fire you still get a fire! Soft grass, just lovely and our host was so kind and responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved it! Can’t say enough good things!
