Wonderful little spot. Very neat and clean. Hostess was very good about giving us plates and making sure we had access to a number if we had issues or questions. We got in late, so it was dark when we pulled in. The instructions say to let the hostess know when you'll be arriving so they can go over parking options. Unfortunately, we missed that when reviewing the instructions and the road has a quick drop off to the driveway, so our hitch storage thing got a bit scraped up, but it all good! That's what happens when you arrive late and in the dark. My only complaint, that they can do nothing about, is they are very very close to the major highway. So if you're sensitive to noise, be mindful this has a constant background of vehicle noises. It was so nice out that we were able to skip the tent and put our air mattress right on the wooden platform they have available, and slept out under the stars. It was perfect for our one night stay.

VERY well maintained, clean, with dry toilet and available water. Sheree was responsive to needs, flexible, communicative. For me, proximity to I-84 was a real plus! Private space!

I had such a great experience here! The bed platform was well built and the bathroom was super clean. There is some highway noise but you can't beat it for the price! The hosts were incredibly kind and gave me fresh peaches and eggs. I'd definitely stay here again!

Spent a wonderful night in our tent at the Heroes Pass at Kingswood Ranch. Will happily stay there again when we're in that area. Sheree was wonderful to work with, quick and friendly in communication! Sight was clean and organized and easy to find. Thumbs up from both of us! 👍👍

I stayed here with my 6yo and 4yo while road tripping from Portland to the Idaho Falls area, and this was well located as a stop on our trip.
I add my voice to the other reviews that the hosts are warm and friendly, and Sheree was incredibly patient with my young children as she introduced them to her animals.
My little ones often refuse to use outhouses, but they were both comfortable with the very clean composting toilet.
We also found a playground and a wonderful pizza place called Garbanzo's within a short drive.

Very easy to find. Stayed just one night as passing through. Near highway, but far enough away that the noise did not keep us up. In the morning there are farm yard animal noises, which we enjoyed. The parking space is level and situated between a garden and a horse corral. There are neighbors, but they are far enough away to still feel private enough. Everything was clean and well cared for. We slept great and carried on in the morning.

It was a super fun place to stay. Sheree is such a wonderful host and quick to respond. She loves having guests and will make sure you are comfortable. She has fun stuff for you to do that would be especially fun for kids. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay long enough to do much. The area is beautiful with a corn field near by which makes for a nice walk by. The small outhouse she has can be a little uncomfortable but is kept really nice and clean so you don’t have to worry too much about that. The trailer can get hot and stuffy but overall I would highly recommend.

Amazing spot to stay at. Beautiful skies and very nice host's. Got to pet one of their horses and sit around a fire and talk to them. 11/10 recommend staying at their property. Will be back with the ex lol.

You should absolutely stay here, the farm is beautiful, the owners are the bomb. They invited me to join them for HH on there back porch and we chatted it up!!! This place was wonderful.

We loved staying at Sheree's property! After a tiring week away at a sports camp, we found Sheree's listing on HipCamp, which happened to be a good halfway point in our trip home. We have always used AirBnB or hotels when we travel, but couldn't find anything worthwhile, so we looked for alternatives. The reality FAR exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many camps, hotels and homes, in and out of the country, and the hospitality of Sheree and Le Roux was amazing.
First of all, the property is a well-cared for ranch with horses, sheep, chickens and dogs. Sheree and Le Roux allowed my children to meet, pet and feed the animals. The Great Pyrenees dogs and the Pittie mix are the happiest dogs I've ever met, and my 8-year-old was in love with them. He is now looking for ways to "earn" one. The trailer was well-equipped, even with a kitchen and BBQ, had we brought food to cook with. The camping toilet was private and clean. The ranch is beautiful--you can tell they love their home and animals. The trailer had a bed that was big enough for 3 of us to sleep comfortably, and there was a solar-powered fan to keep us cool.
You have everything you need here, even if you don't bring your own camping supplies (which we didn't). There were even tiny touches that made it even more great--solar lights and a hand-washing station.
Our hosts were quick with communication.
We will be back the next time through!
Come and visit this ranch. You won't be disappointed.

Site was very well cared for. Super cute trailer with all the setup you need. Ee stayed in our camper but Sharee has a place to set up your own tent or stay in her trailer. A few minutes off of highway but quiet. Lots of very near farmland.

Sheree was extremely kind and quick to respond to questions. We had planned on sleeping in our tent, but the wind picked up before we got there and continued through the night. Sheree let us sleep in the trailer that functioned as a latrine and we didn't have to battle the wind to set up camp.
We just used the site to break up a roadtrip, but I would definitely consider staying again.

This place was excellent! Nick and Sheree were very kind and accomodating host. The site is only accessible via an off-road capable vehicle, but the host were kind enough to take both my party and our belongings up to the camping area!
The camping site was awesome. There is a latrine, table, hammock, fire pit, and even corn hole! They also provide a trash bin for your to despose of your garbage. They are also people, so be sure to keep the site as clean as when you first get there!

What a great place! Wonderful private camp spot in the Ramona wine country. The place has great views and a peaceful setting, and a very cool historical structure near the campsite. There are Some private trails to explore. Very close to an abundance of wineries amongst other cool things to check out. The host were very attentive, clear, and thorough with directions and instructions for the stay. They provided an outhouse, fire pit, picnic table and corn Hole game at the site as well as trash can/bags. The road to get to the site once you’re on the property is the only thing that will limit who can get to the site without hiking up and having your things brought up by the host. I’d be impressed if a 2 wheel drive vehicle could make it, you will need 4x4 or AWD with some decent clearance to wind up the Sasquatch trail to make it to the site. Overall for me was a 10/10 for a private campground.
