This little bit of jungle homestead farm paradise has about the best view imaginable. The whole house is open except for kitchen and bedrooms, so you always have the view. The house is super solid, built up on the hill (walk up from Rabbit Hill Road or have a 4x4), with prominent 4x12 x50' beams. Look down on the farm full of coffee, bananas, avocados and other tropical fruits like loquat, jaboticaba, curry leaf, starfruit and citrus trees. Help yourself to anything that looks yummy, there are almost always bananas ripening on a rack hanging up outside the kitchen, birds and geckos nibbling on the ones you don't get to in time. The sun shines, the rain comes in the afternoons depending on the season, the clouds roll in and out, geologic time unfolding before your eyes.
