For those who are brand new to the rv/travel trailer/camper/“tiny house” living community, this is a perfect way to experience this lifestyle without making the commitment. Visiting Kennedy Space Center? We are only 5minutes away. Going on a cruise and need a place to stay before you board? Spend the night in our cozy camper that has more amenities than most hotel rooms have. This is a family-friendly Dutchmen Colorado travel trailer complete with bunkhouse, fully stocked kitchen, nice size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, gas stove, AC and heat, indoor shower, compostible* toilet, and electric fireplace. *We decided to upgrade the toilet to a compostible toilet. It’s easy to use. This is a stationary trailer parked on a driveway in a residential lot. It is ideal for small families or 4 adults or less. There is a master bedroom (with queen bed), a bunkhouse with 3 smaller/kid sized beds, and a futon/couch in there as well. There is also a couch in the living room area that converts into a bed. The dinette also converts into extra sleeping space.Guest Access The front yard is available for kids to play. The backyard is currently under construction so will be off-limits for the time being. Interaction with Guests We are available through the app 24/7. If you need anything (extra towels, linens, etc.) just let us know. We also have extra kid/baby items (baby bathtub, baby gate, etc.) available if needed. Other Details to Note: Because this is a trailer, we are limited to the capacity of the (2) gray tanks. We encourage guests to be mindful of water usage because the tanks will only be emptied periodically, unless you tell us otherwise. We are open to long term stays, but will have to work out a cleaning situation with you ahead of time. Included during your stay: >Fresh linens, bath towels, extra blankets, extra sheets. >Kitchenware, plastic ware, paper plates, paper towels, pots, pans, air fryer, coffee. >Cleaning supplies provided to clean before the end of rental. >Local recommendations also provided if your visiting from out of the area Basically, all you need to bring are your own clothes and food! Neighborhood: The neighborhood is very quiet. Neighbors keep to themselves mostly. To give respect to our neighbors, QUIET HOURS are implemented after 10pm. Please be respectful of this rule as we hope to maintain good relationships with our neighbors. There are absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. PETS are also NOT ALLOWED. Due to the small space, it is extremely difficult to manage with pets. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside period. A friend of ours lives in the back building. He sometimes helps manage the place. Don’t be afraid to say hello! Feel free to message them if you have any questions. Driveway is shared. Park anywhere, we kindly just ask that you don't block anybody in. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. We will take the trash out so no need to worry about it.

Perfect setup for those who just need a place for a night. Clean and comfortable. We were happy with our stay before we left for a cruise.

The camper is very nice and she does a great job of it looking clean. The composting toilet is an absolutely never for us. The order from that thing is noticeable and to think other peoples poop is in dirt right below you made it where I couldn’t use it. The bowl is small and sitting on it your privates are touching where people pee. I am not sitting and holding my privates. The host is super nice and as I said the camper is very clean. Bed was comfortable and she has the camper stocked with lots of items. If the toilet doesn’t bother you then this is a great place to stay.

The camper was very clean and pretty comfortable. Everything was labeled and easy to use and the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

Great location close to Cocoa Beach

Excellent! Great location close to Cocoa Beach and Space Coast! Camper was super clean and wonderful AC and quiet and comfortable. Labels on everything helped a lot, easy checkin.

Great host. Welcoming. Place was clean and very comfortable. Spent one night to go to the space center. 8 mins away. Great price. Can't beat it.
