This is a Beautiful Marsh front Community. Very Private, with no homes build... Yet, so you have the place all to yourself. It's a Fun and amazing piece of paradise.

Very Private and Open Area. Fantastic Location! It's Actually Lot 84 In Sawgrass Dunes Marsh Front Community. Zero Homes there so you are by yourself in a Big and beautiful place. Close to everything. You will see my property signs and it has a nice tree at the front of the lot. It is a Nice flat lot, Super easy to setup. walk to the Marsh and look at the views of the Shallotte River. And you are very close to the ICW boat ramp & a 10 min drive to Holden Beach. Super fun location. No Utilities or Hookups.
