Picturesque meadow on what once was a tobacco farm. All campsites are waterfront along the year round babbling creek. Stocked with trout three times a year. Property located very close to Max Patch for hiking or just to watch the amazing sunset. Each site comes with a fireplace, picnic table and charcoal bbq. Porto potty and outdoor shower on property.

We loved tent camping on Phillip's land right on the cutest little creek! It is truly a beautiful spot. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely piece of calm pie. Being able to set a chair in the creek and read was lovely. The amenities were great - sink to wash dishes, hot shower, and toilet. There were other campers but far enough away to still have peace. Would recommend.

The location was perfect! Stargazing was perfect, everything was peaceful, and even the porta potty was pretty clean all things considered. We did see a water snake while playing in the creek (to be expected when you’re out in nature) but just a warning to keep your eyes peeled if you’re playing in the water.
