We offer cabins, full-service RV sites, and back-country camping nestled in the heart of the West Virginia mountains at the confluence of the Holly River and Grassy Creek overlooking our stocked three-acre fishing pond. Conveniently located near the best outdoor recreation in Appalachia: Fishing, boating, hunting, hiking, trail riding, and climbing. 

Festivals and beautiful day trips on winding roads abound. Music lovers enjoy music on our pondside stage, or you can rent it for your own special event. We have about 130 acres to roam around on! Such a peaceful place to relax and enjoy! Our treehouse is about 1/8 of a mile up the hill from our home. We take you up there in our side by side. That is unless you have a 4 wheel drive .then you can drive up!  There are two twin size beds and pretty much everything you will need to cook and eat with. There is no electricity,running water or indoor bathroom! It’s almost like camping except for sleeping in a tent on the ground. We also have a fire pit outside that you can cook on. And an inside 2 burner propane stovetop.  We have lived and farmed here for over 25 years. We love the peace and solitude of living here! Iots of reviews on Air bnb

Just purchased this land and I set it up to camp on. I personally use it once or twice a year and thought I’d rent it out when I’m not using itLearn more about this land:Front part is flat. Back part is hill. Trees all around you. 100 ft of rd frontage. Black top road.Camp area is mowed and there’s water and electric hook up. No sewer.

Hello Campers & Glampers! Our property is 16.5 acres, two of which are along the Tygart Valley River and the rest are within forest canopy on the mountainside. We are in the low foothills of the Appalachia. We have 4 riverfront sites and we are continually changing our space around This year we will be adding a tiny house on site 4 and a sweatlodge with soaking pool on Site 1 additional camping spots along the property near outhouse

Each site is equipped with a steel fire pit/grill and a picnic table. We have been busy building hiking trails and more primitive campsites on the 14.5 acres on the hillside across the road from the riverfront for all to enjoy.  

Step outside your tent and enjoy natures bounty —outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, hiking, bird watching are all at your fingertips and much more. There are 300+ acres of public land less than one mile away with miles of ATV and hiking trails and stocked ponds. If you're a fan of waterfalls just 4 miles down river is Arden Falls, one of our areas best kept secrets. The Tygart Valley River is one of the top kayaking rivers in the country. Audra State Park is less than 20 minutes away with lush forest trails with caves to explore.  Well known hiking trails such as Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, and the Dolly Sods are all within an hour drive. Go to Nelson Rocks for the ultimate climbing experience on the Via Ferrata.

We are the perfect place to come to explore the wild beauty of West Virginia without the crowds. A hidden gem!

Czar Haus Cabin and RV Sites

Czar Haus is located in the Central West Virginia Mountains. 
We have over 2000 feet of frontage on a Native Trout (Brook) Stream which is also stocked with Rainbow Trout by the WV DNR.
ATV/UTV roads and trails abound.
We are also 3 miles from the Helvetia Hutte Restaurant and less than 10 miles from Pickens.
Access is by two lane highway but many gravel roads converge in Czar for access to hundreds of miles of off-road trails and dirt roads.

All of the sites are in our large 10 acre field.
