We’re located along two miles of riverfrontage, deep in the heart of the Monongahela National Forest. Winter brings great local skiing and snowboarding. Come and spend a quiet weekend in your own heated cabin, complete with pellet stoves. Spring and summer bring fishing, tubing, hiking, the WV Mountain Rail train rides, and many more outdoor activities. We are a great retreat any time of year! We have facilities available year-round, comfortable cabins complete with heat, a full kitchen, hot tubs, and bathroom facilities, perfect for a getaway. The Pacific Yurt is situated on along 2 miles of frontage on Shavers Fork of The Cheat River in West Virginia. This rustic yurt is a circular vinyl structure with a dome skylight situated on a bluff by the railroad tracks for privacy and scenery. Indulge in comfort featuring a spacious full-sized futon, a queen-sized bed, a cozy couch, and a full-sized mattress in the loft. Unwind in your private oasis complete with a private bath, an efficient kitchen, and a wrap-around deck boasting a private hot tub. You’ll also find a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. If you’re the fishing type, trout stocking is done in season. Additional activities you can take advantage of during your rustic yurt stay include fishing, hiking, biking, and river tubing.

Located on the deck is an outdoor hot tub for soaking after a day on the river or on the trails. Once you step inside the cabin you will find a beautifully renovated interior; a beautiful fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable dining room with a large open floor plan. You'll also find a Blackstone gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The living room has plenty of seating for watching TV or movies on the flat-screen TV or to just sit and relax. Enjoy the pellet stove during the winter months. We provide the pellets. If you’re the fishing type, trout stocking is done in season. The kitchen has a wood burner, microwave, refrigerator with all your cooking supplies including dishes and pans. The bathroom features a full bath/shower combo. Both bedrooms feature cozy sleeping quarters with one queen-size bed and a full/twin bunk bed. The second level loft is accessible by an iron, spiral staircase and features two double beds. You’ll also find both a charcoal grill and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Full futon in living room. This luxury cabin retreat opens up to a full covered deck with hot tub with views of the mountains and Shavers Fork River. Bring the entire family, as the cabin sleeps 11. Great Cabin

Little Bear Bunk House

Stayed here over this past weekend and was very impressed. Price was very reasonable and accommodations were significantly better than expected - everything was very nice and included an excellent grill, good furniture/bedding, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials (pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers [Keurig and regular coffee pot], and so on). The cabin itself is at the end of the other lodges - so it's a bit more private - which is also nice. Additionally, when we first arrived the hot tub was not hot. I called the front desk, and they came out with 30 minutes and fixed the issue, and it warmed up by evening. Great service and the staff were super friendly. Also, the river is only about 30 feet away from the cabin. We did lots of fishing and it was awesome to have it so close to our location.

A Peaceful Escape- Hot Tub & Nature

I had a great stay here! The hosts greeted me with a sweet birthday bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. The yurt itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could need, including cooking pans and utensils. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they even included directions to the yurt, which made everything seamless. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in the Yurt!

Pacific Yurt

My fiance and I (along with our two dogs) booked the Yurt for our of stay while we explored the beautiful mountains of WV after a fresh coat of snow. We had booked our stay during the middle of a significant winter storm and delayed our drive. We messages Shawn and Catherine and they were very quick to respond back to us while we figured out our travel plans. They even started the pellet stove so that we could get some much needed warmth in the well-beyond zero temperatures outside. Our Yurt was very well maintained and came with all the necessities for our stay. We enjoyed the Roku TV they have set up so you can cozy up in bed or on the pull-out futon. We also got to have the experience of going out to our hot tub while the wind chill was in the negatives! Check out was very easy and Shawn and Catherine gave use plenty of instruction for our check in and check out. Overall, I think this may have been one of our best “camping” experiences. This was our first time staying in a Yurt as we typically stay in a dome. The pellet stove was an absolute necessity and we had more than enough fuel to fight the cold. Shawn and Catherine were fantastic hosts and we look forward to our next stay here!! Thank you again! Clay & Jane

We really enjoyed our stay with Revelle’s campground! The yurt was everything we needed for a weekend get away. The accommodations were cozy and enjoyable after a cold, snowy hike on a near by trail.

Camping with kids!!

Little Bear Bunk House

Spent a weekend during the fall season of 2025. Perfect cabin tucked away in a different section away from most of the RVs. The river runs next to it which will be wonderful during rains and when the water levels are up. We traveled as a family of 4 whereas the cabin can sleep 9 - 2 bunk beds for 4 kids. Elkins town is about 10 -15 minute drive for all groceries - Kroger, Walmart and all essentials. Strongly recommend for people who love to enjoy an RV park but want to maintain their own personal space..
