We have great places to pitch your own tent and enjoy the rustic pleasures just being outdoors. The sites are rustic and access to trails are nearby. We also have a wonderful covered outdoor kitchen with propane grill, microwave, and coffee pot. A safe place to gather with family. Bring your RV and park and have a large site to yourself. You have room to spread out your awning without hitting the next vehicle. Each site has its own picnic table and fire ring. Also if you are in the mood you have a covered kitchen to meet and mingle with other guests. We also have a big screen tv in the kitchen so you don't miss the Seahawks games. Drive in and enjoy a lovely view of unspoiled woods from the deck of your canvas tent. Enter the door into a spacious area with a king or queen size bed and small kitchen area. Each tent has its own heat source for your comfort. Each tent has its table right outside on the deck but it you are feeling social come enjoy our outdoor kitchen. We are open year round and It is different every season Our guests love staying here "This site has absolutely everything you need. You'll want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but I think that was the only things I noticed I'd want. They even had firewood for us, no extra charge! David, his wife, and everyone else that helps maintain the property were SO sweet and welcoming. Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. You NEED to check this place out."

Be sure to leash your pets and keep a good eye, as there are wildcats, coyotes, and bears in the area. Learn more about this land: Pull your RV or trailer onto this lot and take in the beautiful southwestern view of Mt. Jupiter ridge and a peek-a-boo view of the Dosewallips River! Listen closely, and you will hear the sounds of the river below. The lot is equipped with power and water hookups! Please be aware the water hookup is near the main gate entrance and the power is about 40 feet apart, so you may need a long hose (see pic). Enjoy the view from the large deck, firepit, or picnic table overlooking the river, valley, and mountains. This lot is truly a little slice of heaven! Within a few minutes, find yourself at Rocky Brook falls (see pics) for a spectacular view and even a swim if you so please! Pleasant Harbor Marina (also shown in pics) also within 10 minutes! You will also find many hiking trails and parks nearby! There is weak cell service on the lot, so you may or may not be able to connect. I get 1-2 bars with Sprint. While this property is not very far off the Dosewallips road (35 mph), it is generally very quiet and peaceful. You may hear cars and motorcycles from time to time, but very faintly. The lot is at about 350 ft. elevation, so you may get noise traveling up the valley from the residential community below (to which I belong), such as dogs, people using chainsaws, etc. There is hunting allowed in the national forest, so you could potentially hear guns in the distance during the day, but that is rare. There are a few close neighbors, so please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evening. Please bring your own firewood when campfires are allowed and please do not forage for firewood on or around the property. Lastly, while the sightings have been few and rare, the neighbors have seen bears, cougars, coyotes, and bobcats near their homes and this property. So keep an eye on your children and pets, especially if off-leash (your pet of course!) The property also slopes a bit where the deck starts, so again, keep a close eye on the kiddos. You have a very good chance of seeing the local Roosevelt Elk that travel in huge herds around Brinnon (See pics). They sometimes lay down and hang out on the grass on the property! Make sure your pets have their flea and tick updates!

These sites are tucked away with a comfortable amount of wooded space between them. At the center of this loop, there is a shared space to enjoy if you choose. This can be a nice space to gather for a meal at the large picnic table or have a game in the grass. There is also a large firepit that can be inviting to stand around and enjoy each other's company. The river is what really makes this property special. You will have access to a private stretch of river, just steps away from the camp area. A short trail takes you down to a level landing just above the river with plenty of space to gather. A few more steps down and you can dip your feet in the cool water that has made its way down from the Olympic Mountains. Each site is equipped with its own parking spot, firepit, and level areas for a tent or two. Besides the river, there is no running water or other utilities. There is access to a portable restroom that is a short distance from the campsites. There is additional parking near the entrance if you have a second vehicle, or if you have a small camper trailer to leave at the site and need a place to park your vehicle. Another major benefit to this property is its general location. Stay and enjoy the camp to its fullest or use it as your home base and go explore the Olympic Peninsula. There are multiple hiking trails nearby in the Olympic National Park and nearby State Parks. You can also find yourself at multiple beaches that are only minutes away. If you enjoy a swim, there are also multiple lakes within minutes of the property. The small town of Quilcene is just a few minutes away and offers a couple little stores, a gas station, restaurants, a laundromat, post office, and a National Park Ranger Station. The historic town of Port Townsend is approximately 30 minutes away. You can also enjoy the incredibly beautiful drive down Highway 101 as it navigates along the edge of the Hood Canal.

Weekend Trip to Cedar+Fern

Jill was such a wonderful host! We had such a lovely time on the property, and were just a short drive away from Port Townsend for some brewery hopping with the dogs on a rainy day. The short walk to the river was lovely and the port o potty was very well kept! We were the only ones on the property for the weekend, so no concerns of noise from other campers and the sound of the river was the most wonderful white noise at night. We had such a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone!

Jerrett was a gem, and his campsites are just as groovy as he is. We are so fortunate to have had a weekend out at his very PNW property with our puppy before camping season really hits - had the whole place to ourselves! We will be visiting again. ❤️ The sounds of the water, the starry sky, easy access to a coffee stop, and thoughtful amenities Jerrett placed around the sites made our stay peaceful and something we are looking forward to, again. Everything was considered for us beforehand. I am thankful for those nights in the trees and I’m looking forward to visiting again. I will remind all campers to pay for the wood you burn ❤️ and perhaps bring some of your own bundles, too, just in case of late evenings - it’s easy to want to stay up with a campfire crackling in a beautiful place like this.

Great location to explore the area including Port Hadlock, Port Townsend, Discovery Bay, Sequim, Dungeoness Spit as we searched for a retirement location. The site is nestled among other homes but we hardly saw anyone and definitely didn’t hear anyone. We had 3 dogs with us and it was nice to not have other dogs barking and agitating them. We were able to relax and enjoy the view. The site was well kept and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful site to spend a couple of days. It's clear a lot of hard work went into making this campground as lovely as it is. We would absolutely stay here again!

It’s a nice secluded camping site, the kids loved feeding the goats and I personally enjoyed sleeping with the frog croaks from the pond nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Has a fire pit and a propane grill in case of burn ban.

This is a new campground with work in progress easily accessible from the highway. Although it's close to the highway, traffic noise was not an issue. We were late arriving but Jeff communicated where to find our paperwork. The facilities and grounds were well taken care of. There is a dog area and play structure. Only negative is there is no shade. It's close to shopping, dining, ferry to Victoria, BC, and the Olympic Discovery Trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! They’ve got a nice lil washing station for dishes, as well as a very clean porta potty. Short little walk from site 1 down to the river. So much gorgeous moss to stare at. I hope to come back here during the warmer months! Would recommend :)

Beautiful peaceful place to stay.. while we were there it was very quiet. We loved the deck and the fire pit.. it was exactly what we needed!! Easy to get in with a big trailer and level..

This hammock is set up close to a drop. It's above the creek that flows through so you can relax and just listen to the water below.

We had a wonderful time here. I’ve passed this place dozens of times over the years but never stopped by, I wish we had sooner! Clean, quiet campground with tons of amenities. Staff were wonderful and it’s close to tons of great hiking trails! Full RV hookups. WiFi, great cell reception with AT&T. They also had a nice hot tub, laundry facilities, and a dock across the road with some great views of the water.

Perfect stop 1 on an Olympic Peninsula. Tons of space with gorgeous open views. The deck was perfect for pulling up a chair and taking in the scenery. Easy to get to with a few conveniences 5 min away.

Fantastic little site! We were the only ones there and though it rained on day one it was dreamy. As other reviews state, it’s pretty tight and the “don’t hit that!” sensors went off a lot going through the gate and driving around the little loop with our Toyota van. Clean and gorgeous.

Weekend Trip to Little River Hideaway

My fiance and I really liked this site, it’s hidden away in the forest with a nice river near by. The sound from the water was peaceful, but not too loud. Quiet place, you’ll rarely hear any cars driving by and we never heard any other people around us (we were the only ones on the property that night, but we never heard anyone surrounding us). Also easy to find! The instructions made it hard to miss. Simple to navigate, and the bathroom was clean and not fully of spiders, which was a pleasant surprise. Great work guys :)
