Enjoy an outdoor shower on the edge of the woods with on-demand hot water. You’ll also have your own custom made steel fire pit with fire wood available for purchase (or you can bring your own). We have an outdoor picnic table as well as a table inside the tent for late night card games. There's a lovely little bathroom with a composting toilet and a sink with running water. We allow up to 6 people (absolutely no pets) and request that parties respect the limit so that our composting toilet can keep up with the demand with minimal servicing while you are here (to maintain your privacy). Please contact us to set up a time for a guided tour if you are interested in seeing the farm up close. Please no U-pick or tours without guidance. We’d like to make sure to point out that there is convenient and dedicated parking for campers but the camping spot is about 200 feet from the parking area and over uneven ground. We have a fenced-in chicken paddock, fenced-in garden area, 2 horses living their best life as pets in the lower pasture, peafowl in the pole barn, and lots of wildlife around - finches, blackbirds, hummingbirds, barn swallows, doves, other song birds, Canadian geese, ducks, frogs, dragonflies, wild bunnies, field mice, bats, hawks, crows, occasional visits from a river otter family, an eagle, or a herd of elk (usually seen around dawn or dusk), and on the less desirable side we also have gophers, moles, voles, wasps and mosquitos - and the possibility of a coyote, mountain lion, or bear though those sightings are quite rare. You are welcome to roam the property and explore. Please don't enter the chicken paddocks, the peafowl enclosure, or the horse pasture for your safety and the animals' welfare. We typically have plenty of eggs from our chickens, who are fed a soy-free, corn-free diet with lots of table scraps - just let us know if you'd like us to stock the frig with some (available seasonally from spring to fall)! During the summer there may be garden produce available as well, and in August you are welcome to pick blackberries from the ever-present blackberry bushes that are found in many places around the property. Please take care around the pond - there are fish in there, and it's quite mucky. It's not suitable for swimming. There is no fence or gate around the pond - or the hot tub for that matter - so please watch your children carefully. We have an 8-person patio dining table and some comfy patio furniture out on the back deck of the lodge that we are happy to share with you, as well as a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub.

Weekend Trip to Airstream Glamping 1

This was the perfect option for my husband and I’s cozy weekend staycation. Clear instructions/directions, host was quick to respond, and thoughtful amenities. We loved having the option to cook our own food using the outdoor kitchen. We would have loved to take advantage of more out there but it was pouring down rain. Close enough to local eateries that we were able to grab breakfast on Saturday morning while we were feeling lazy (highly recommend The Kettle in Enumclaw!) It was a fun experience to stay in an airstream style camper. We would visit again in the future.

Weekend Trip to The Khohay Farm

Staying at the Sweetheart Cabin was the PERFECT autumn weekend getaway! It was stormy and rainy outside a lot of the time, but that just made the cozy cabin even better with the wood stove, string lights, candles, and blankets. The cabin as well as communal spaces were clean and everyone was so kind. They said that the number one rule was that we felt at-home :) Thank you so so much Jenel and Khohay, my partner and I had a beautiful time at your farm <3

Weekend Trip to The Khohay Farm

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sweetheart Cabin for a night during our first trip to rainier and it was excellent! Khohay was super friendly and talkative and an amazing host. The cabin was super comfortable and cozy. We heard elk at night too which was super cool! Definitely recommend for anyone trying to escape the city and explore Rainier and the surrounding nature.

Weekend Trip to Steen Strawberry Farm 🍓

We had a really nice stay here on a sunny weekend in the fall. Kory was very friendly and brought us a bag of freshly picked apples and pears. The tent and bed were comfortable, it got chilly at night and the bed was very warm and cozy. The location was convenient, less than a mile into town.

This was the perfect first camping trip for our 3 young kiddos (ages 2-6). They absolutely loved it and did not want to leave! Jodi was a lovely host, the beds were comfy & warm and the bathroom / outdoor shower were lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

The yurt is awesome… well kept, lovely bed and futon plus two tables one for eating or playing cards. There is a cool shower and toilet setup. The toilet is compostable. The only downside is no sink to wash hands, but hand sanitizer provided. Owner is lovely and very welcoming.

Megan’s property and Yurt is absolutely STUNNING. Not o my did it feel clean but it felt like a space that someone has but a lot of time, effort, and love into. Megan herself is also very kind and accommodating and made us feel so safe and at home! The outdoor shower is also a magical experience! This is not just a Yurt, it feels like a whole little retreat on Vashon Island.

Weekend Trip to The Schoolhouse Farm

A frame was very comfortable, easy to move the two beds together for a comfortable sleep. It was also easy to open the side up for some breeze but we did leave it closed most of the night to keep the bugs out. Completely out of the hosts control there seemed to be teenagers camping across the river in the public campsite making noise until fairly late. Again, nothing I would ding the host for.

Weekend Trip to Orchard Botanicals Farm Stay

We loved staying in the cabin on Jene's farm! The accommodations were very comfortable - great open layout for the living room and kitchen, comfortable bed, picture windows of the forest, reliable wifi. The porch was a nice place to sit in the sun and relax. Highlights were walking around the farm to explore the diverse range of things they grow, from dahlias to peaches, strawberries, and herbs. Hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. It was a treat to purchase their jam and we'll be looking for them at farmer's markets in Seattle for their flowers, tea and jam whenever we can. 10 minute drive from groceries, restaurants and the Southworth ferry yet secluded and quiet. Friendly to dogs on a leash. We'll be back as soon as we can- can't wait to stay in the schoolbus.

Wonderful stay! Very easy to find, cozy and private. The A frame felt like a micro hotel room. Very comfy and built thoughtfully with shelves to put small items on. Amenities better than expected. Hand washing station with full plumbing and phone charging cables. Porta potty well maintained. Host and wife greeted us upon arrival to show us around, which we appreciated. They had freshly picked blackberries for us in the unit. We asked for eggs and each egg had the hens name on it :)

You cant go wrong with a tiny home, in the vicinity of mount rainier, with cute animals! my partner and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Khohay’s Farm. It was a highlight. We could see the beautiful stars and have a quant little getaway. The hosts, Jenel & Khohay really made it shine though. They put so much work into the farm, and their animals are so cute! I’m talking goats, sheeps, pig, and chickens!! everything was so clean and just well put together. HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
