Welcome to The Landing at Index - located on the South Fork Skykomish River, in the western foothills of the Cascade Mountains, off of Highway 2. We purchased this from Chad in 2025 and continue the great Hip Camping. Welcome to our paradise and enjoy forest bathing which can reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve sleep quality, which our guests are saying they experience here. We offer 2/3 of an acre with 150' of riverfront access. Breath taking views of Mt Pilchuck framed by tall trees along the Riverbanks. You have access to the whole property including the cabin porch, firepit and BBQ, and direct access to the river. River fish include Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Steelhead, Salmon, Chinook, Coho, and Sockeye, Dolly Varden, and various minnow species. Things to do from our spot: -Enjoying our Paradise. -Floating, Wading, swimming, -Trout Fishing. -Wildlife Watching. RV's: * I suggest you use the far side of the road and, line your rig up to my driveway when you go in and out of the gate and be mindful of Trailer rear end swing when going through the gate. * Your RV spot is in front of the vacant 5th wheel. If you need help log in to my WiFi and call me, I’m very experienced and can help direct you from my Ring security camera. * There is no RV water or sewage dump hookups. Feel free to use anything in the yard or porch deck including the Deck... including the games and things at the rear of the 5th wheel including the Dog Poop picker upper. Fire Ban is usually on during the Summer, but small camp cooking fires are still allowed. DO NOT leave fire unattended. Enjoy our bit of Paradise.

Our grandma was a very kind woman who was one of the most generous people you'd ever meet, so much so that she was often taken advantage of when it came to the amount of space she allocated of the farm to people's stuff, after she passed the family has spent over 2 years to remove over 15 tons of items that didn't belong to us. We are now so happy to present the Delightful Farm. A hemp experience that is quite the turnaround. We now have 4 pigs, 20 baby chicks and 30 full grown layers who are proliferating the farm pretty quickly. Our hemp which is definitely a mainstay is now over 6-8ft tall and growing and smelling delicious. Come on out and see what the buzz is all about. You're guaranteed to have a magical experience. What a lovely view and open space to enjoy! It was a treat to see Lisa with her horse and pony riding in the light of the setting sun. A bit of magic. The directions were clear to get there. Loved being close to the beach and lighthouse to stroll to. The Bird King was close by as well. A lovely stay.

We had a lovely Fall stay this weekend in our little camper. We loved the sounds of the coyote calls through the night. They were quite talkative but it was fun to hear the wildlife around us! My dog really enjoyed having the freedom and space to run and play. The quaint town of Duvall is super close so we enjoyed a beautiful brunch before packing up for home.

Loved the site, will say be on the lookout though on wild animals as we had an overnight visit from some coyotes so keep that in mind for small animals if off leash. Only con is mainly a 1 way road once in property so when we arrived there was another vehicle trying to leave so caused some issues. Overall beautiful and clean worth the trip over!

This was one of the best places we have stayed (25 ft Motor-home) with a gorgeous view, super quiet and a fairly empty beach to walk down to where the dog could run free. Will be back since this is a great place to play and Vashon is fun to walk around and get some goodies. On the way , Point Defiance is a great park to check out too.

The whole place is fantastic. Up over a ridge and then down so well away from the highway. Look like all the campsites had easy access to the water. Campsite 6 is amazing with a permanent tent and outside cover area. Well stocked with a gas BBQ and utensils. Everything is well built and very well maintained. If the weather is iffy, this is the campsite to book. David is very responsive and a great guy. Five stars and we will be back. For large groups booking campsites 1 & 6 together would work well R

Great spot, especially if you're attending Remlinger Farms events or want a conveniently located and private quiet and beautiful space to relax. The hosts were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and respectful.

Sally and Berry were amazing hosts. They have a beautiful property and our spot was nice and secluded. The porta potty was clean and convenient. Josh's hideaway is an awesome spot but my tent was definitely to big. A smaller tent would work better because there isn't a big level area. There are lots of trails. We were going to a concert at Remlinger Farms and there is a trail great for biking or walking to get there. Berry showed us how to find it. I would absolutely stay there again. We appreciated our hosts kindness.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with a view of the Sound and Mt. Rainier. That’s what you’re paying for. The extra amenities I’ve experienced at other group sites would’ve included a porta-let and a safe fire pit area. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

Lisa’s land made our first time car camping adventure special. The pond site had a lovely beach front view and short trail down to the beach. The directions could have used some landmarks like Turn left at the barn.
