Larry and Dolly McMurtrey purchased the Delveccio farm in 1975 next door to this farm. The farm offered an exciting new venture after retirement. The McMurtrey's had many fun and unique ideas. They purchased truck loads of scrap glass to resell as fish glass, which is still seen today in the parking lot. They grew bamboo and sold imperfect veggies that farmers were going to throw away. Eventually they landed on Christmas trees. To expand their ventures, they leased this land for many years then eventually sold the Delveccio land and purchsed this farm in 1998.
Today, Larry and Dolly's daughter and son-in law, Jana and Pablo Sifuentes have grown the family business to provide wonderful memories to the community during the holiday season.
This year the farm will start a small u-cut flower field then add the pumpkin patch in September and November.
We are excited to see where the future of the farm takes us and thank the community for their love and support.

We are 5 minutes from Bailey's Corner Store, Whidbey's best burger joint, which has great music various nights of the week, and Ogres Brewery which also has great entertainment and beer. Langley and Freeland are each 20 minutes away.
Note that all sites are TENT-ONLY sites. There is no car, roof-top tent or RV camping availability.

The parking lot is behind trees, approx 50 ft from the main road which has regular daily traffic and noise driving by at the top of the site. It quiets down after work in the evenings. Dogs bark because they are dogs, but when you go deep into the forest you can barely hear the road or the dogs. The parking area can only be located there, in order to maintain the ecology of Ames Creek.
The entrance is down through either of two driveways from the main road, on a horseshoe loop drive-through, to the L-shaped parking lot. Tent camping is 4 to 6 total soft pads in the forest near the parking sites. Note: Ames Creek does dry up in mid-summer.
For large RVs maneuvering skills are required to park on the level 23 ft long parking pads in the parking area down the hill from the road. It is a U-shaped drive-through, flat at the bottom of the small driveway hill.

Everyone who sees it remarks that this forest is beautiful. It has a main trail and many small pathways between ferns and hillocks. In an effort to preserve and protect this wild habitat, we have already planted 200 + Western Red Cedars, Douglas Firs, salal, snowberry, native current, and other native vegetation.
This is a great private spot for an RV or similar vehicles and 2 tent circles.
A firepit, and porta-potty next to each pad, another firepit in one of the 2 tent circles for each RV parking pad site.
A completely natural untouched Pacific moss rainforest about 30 miles inland on the foothills of the Mount Baker–Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State. Some areas it is likely no one has ever walked on.
Bring mosquito repellent. Be aware of kids and dogs near road entrances, as well as near the creek in the winter.
It is located near major fun sites, it is a wilderness playground!
Ames Creek dries up mid-July and returns in Sept/Oct. There are a lot of little paths crisscrossing the creek, likely raccoon and deer trails.
We are happy to have your dogs visit - they will love it!
Please remember to bring an extension cord to access power.
There are fire pits. When possible firewood is provided gratis in the woodshed. There are bundles of wood for sale at the Ace Hardware store in Carnation.

7.5x15.5' (cozy): Comfy convertible bed/couch complete with linens, a small table with 2 chairs for playing games and eating, puzzles, games, snacks, hot water kettle, coffee maker, bluetooth speaker, electric fireplace, books, sketchpad with colored pencils, and more!
A rustic wooden floor (with some paint splatters) and a braided rug give you a feeling of comfort and home.
On site we have a private portable bathroom complete with hand-washing station, and an outside combination fire pit and charcoal barbecue with a grill top and s’mores sticks provided so you can cook over a wood fire or coals!
And an outdoor table and chairs that are super comfortable!
The house itself is heated, insulated, and has working electricity/outlets for computer or phone charger.
Clean bedding and pillows provided, washed in fragrance-free detergent between each guest.
We provide a full water jug with spigot, hot water kettle, teapot, assorted teas and 2 mugs.
Private area of the yard with plenty of room to relax.
We have a disc golf goal and discs to use as well.
Firewood is available for purchase onsite for $10/milk crate full. This comes with a kindling kit. Territorial views of the tree line and sunset views to die for! We are located near Meigs Park as well as a 10-minute walk from Manitou beach and an easy bike ride to the ferry that goes to Seattle!

We consider our listing to be “glamping”. Also our property borders a local 2 lane highway and you can expect road noise mostly during the day and evening.
While it is a private setting you can expect to hear the road.
Weekends and evenings it is quieter, and when the door is closed it is quiet.
The Hobbit House is suitable for 2 guests or 2 adults and a small child that can share the bed.
The bed is a queen size, and we can't allow sleeping on the floor as the door opens inwards and is a safety concern.
However, additional guests are welcome to bring a tent and camp outside, for $20/tent, up to 6 additional guests or 2 tents, whichever is smaller.
Let me know when you are booking that you'd like to bring additional guests and we will adjust the costs accordingly.

A creek to your right and chickens to the left, this camp is out in the rural country side on a couple acres. The creek is beautiful and you'll hear it from camp. In November the salmon come up to spawn so you might hear them splashing. The Centennial Trial head is about a mile away where you will find a long railroad grade paved trail excellent for biking and walking. There are tons trails in the North Cascades up the Mt. Loop Rd outside of Granit Falls which is just 15 minutes north of camp. These are also hiking and mountain biking trails at Lords Hill Regional Park 15 min from camp or up the highway 2 corridor. Enjoy downtown Snohomish's restaurant scene and breweries, or head over to wine country in near-by Woodinville.
This site can accommodate up to a 40' RV and there is plenty of room for tents too. There is water and a 50 amp outlet, plus a regular old 20 amp plug in. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Our home is about 50 yard away. We will be out tending to the chickens and building our garden space. Maybe riding bike around with the kids. Our dog puts on a guard dog act but really just wants you to throw a stick for him. Dogs are okay but they should be on a leash to keep them off the road and out of the chicken coop.

This is a stand alone structure that is separate from our main house. There is no shower in this dry space, but there is a camping sink that functions like a normal kitchen sink with hot water capacity. The shed has an easy to use composting toilet with clear instructions if you’re a first timer. Also, “Ms Pacman's Backyard Glampsite” is a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, so don’t bob your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows available. Everything is washed with free and clear laundry detergent for any sensitivities.
We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove with pots and pans for light cooking, coffee making supplies (reusable keurig pods or pour over coffee along with creamers and sugars), wine openers, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors.
You will be one block away from Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. Less than a mile north, you can explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. Only two blocks south of the property is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. You’re also walking distance to downtown White Center, which has a microbrewery, a roller skating rink, a gay bar, a plant store, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

There is a fullsize high end queen memory foam bed on the upper floor. Yes, this is a 2 story treehouse! On the second floor there is also a children's sleeping loft which overlooks the rest of the bedroom. This loft is suitable for a small child or 2 but headroom is only a few feet. We found it also requires some youthfull agility to get up there.
A beautiful knotty alder slidding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private bathroom with pedestal sink and odorless composting toilet.
There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge, induction cooktop, mini crockpot, and enough dishes and glasses to enjoy a simple meal or drink. Water pressure in the kitchen and throughout is good!
There is a soaking tub on the main floor near the fireplace and TV with free Netflix. This luxury tub is sure to be a favorite amongst guests. I designed a non traditional floor plan knowing that this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. You can literally be soaking in the tub and watching TV by the fire while your significant other is preparing a meal in the kitchen all in the same space. We find the layout very romantic and unlike anything else out there.
There is also a large hot tub avalible for our guests near the main house. You are welcome to use this hot tub anytime if you don't mind it being by the main home.
Free Wifi. No cable TV but we supply Netflix on the hi-speed guest network. Guests will have free parking in our large circular driveway suitable for cars, trucks, or even RVs under 31ft.

Larry and Dolly McMurtrey purchased the Delveccio farm in 1975 next door to this farm. The farm offered an exciting new venture after retirement. The McMurtrey's had many fun and unique ideas. They purchased truck loads of scrap glass to resell as fish glass, which is still seen today in the parking lot. They grew bamboo and sold imperfect veggies that farmers were going to throw away. Eventually they landed on Christmas trees. To expand their ventures, they leased this land for many years then eventually sold the Delveccio land and purchsed this farm in 1998.

The parking lot is behind trees, approx 50 ft from the main road which has regular daily traffic and noise driving by at the top of the site. It quiets down after work in the evenings. Dogs bark because they are dogs, but when you go deep into the forest you can barely hear the road or the dogs. The parking area can only be located there, in order to maintain the ecology of Ames Creek.
The entrance is down through either of two driveways from the main road, on a horseshoe loop drive-through, to the L-shaped parking lot. Tent camping is 4 to 6 total soft pads in the forest near the parking sites. Note: Ames Creek does dry up in mid-summer.
For large RVs maneuvering skills are required to park on the level 23 ft long parking pads in the parking area down the hill from the road. It is a U-shaped drive-through, flat at the bottom of the small driveway hill.

Everyone who sees it remarks that this forest is beautiful. It has a main trail and many small pathways between ferns and hillocks. In an effort to preserve and protect this wild habitat, we have already planted 200 + Western Red Cedars, Douglas Firs, salal, snowberry, native current, and other native vegetation.
This is a great private spot for an RV or similar vehicles and 2 tent circles.
A firepit, and porta-potty next to each pad, another firepit in one of the 2 tent circles for each RV parking pad site.
A completely natural untouched Pacific moss rainforest about 30 miles inland on the foothills of the Mount Baker–Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State. Some areas it is likely no one has ever walked on.
Bring mosquito repellent. Be aware of kids and dogs near road entrances, as well as near the creek in the winter.
It is located near major fun sites, it is a wilderness playground!
Ames Creek dries up mid-July and returns in Sept/Oct. There are a lot of little paths crisscrossing the creek, likely raccoon and deer trails.
We are happy to have your dogs visit - they will love it!
Please remember to bring an extension cord to access power.
There are fire pits. When possible firewood is provided gratis in the woodshed. There are bundles of wood for sale at the Ace Hardware store in Carnation.

A rustic wooden floor (with some paint splatters) and a braided rug give you a feeling of comfort and home.

And an outdoor table and chairs that are super comfortable!
The house itself is heated, insulated, and has working electricity/outlets for computer or phone charger.

The Hobbit House is suitable for 2 guests or 2 adults and a small child that can share the bed.
The bed is a queen size, and we can't allow sleeping on the floor as the door opens inwards and is a safety concern.
However, additional guests are welcome to bring a tent and camp outside, for $20/tent, up to 6 additional guests or 2 tents, whichever is smaller.

A creek to your right and chickens to the left, this camp is out in the rural country side on a couple acres. The creek is beautiful and you'll hear it from camp. In November the salmon come up to spawn so you might hear them splashing. The Centennial Trial head is about a mile away where you will find a long railroad grade paved trail excellent for biking and walking. There are tons trails in the North Cascades up the Mt. Loop Rd outside of Granit Falls which is just 15 minutes north of camp. These are also hiking and mountain biking trails at Lords Hill Regional Park 15 min from camp or up the highway 2 corridor. Enjoy downtown Snohomish's restaurant scene and breweries, or head over to wine country in near-by Woodinville.
This site can accommodate up to a 40' RV and there is plenty of room for tents too. There is water and a 50 amp outlet, plus a regular old 20 amp plug in. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Our home is about 50 yard away. We will be out tending to the chickens and building our garden space. Maybe riding bike around with the kids. Our dog puts on a guard dog act but really just wants you to throw a stick for him. Dogs are okay but they should be on a leash to keep them off the road and out of the chicken coop.

Also, “Ms Pacman's Backyard Glampsite” is a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, so don’t bob your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows available. Everything is washed with free and clear laundry detergent for any sensitivities.
We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove with pots and pans for light cooking, coffee making supplies (reusable keurig pods or pour over coffee along with creamers and sugars), wine openers, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors.
You will be one block away from Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. Less than a mile north, you can explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. Only two blocks south of the property is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. We are a first generation, working 16 acre homestead in Langley, WA on beautiful Whidbey Island. We've only been building up our homestead for about 2 years, so the farm only covers a few acres - the rest is naturally regenerating wilderness. Around the hill and below in the "wild meadow" we've cleared out a vehicle trail to a secluded spot for camping. Though we raise chickens, goats, a cow and a pig nearby, you would never know it from your camp site.
Our property is far enough from the city to feel remote and surrounded by wildlife, yet we are a 15 minute bicycle ride from the beach and the town of Langley and all the benefits that civilization has to offer. Beachcombing, wine tasting, concerts, hiking, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, and dining, just to name a few.
• Dogs are welcome, but not allowed to roam freely. Please leash while exploring and please pick up after them.

We can't wait for you to experience this tiny house in the woods. Check back weekly to see our progress photos! We call this a treehouse but it's technically supported by posts (nicer to the trees). There is a fullsize high end queen memory foam bed on the upper floor. Yes, this is a 2 story treehouse! On the second floor there is also a children's sleeping loft which overlooks the rest of the bedroom. This loft is suitable for a small child or 2 but headroom is only a few feet. We found it also requires some youthfull agility to get up there.
A beautiful knotty alder slidding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private bathroom with pedestal sink and odorless composting toilet.
There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge, induction cooktop, mini crockpot, and enough dishes and glasses to enjoy a simple meal or drink. Water pressure in the kitchen and throughout is good!
There is a soaking tub on the main floor near the fireplace and TV with free Netflix. This luxury tub is sure to be a favorite amongst guests. I designed a non traditional floor plan knowing that this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. You can literally be soaking in the tub and watching TV by the fire while your significant other is preparing a meal in the kitchen all in the same space. We find the layout very romantic and unlike anything else out there.
There is also a large hot tub avalible for our guests near the main house. You are welcome to use this hot tub anytime if you don't mind it being by the main home.
Free Wifi. No cable TV but we supply Netflix on the hi-speed guest network. Guests will have free parking in our large circular driveway suitable for cars, trucks, or even RVs under 31ft.

My property is located in beautiful Big Valley, conveniently only 12 minutes away from Down town Poulsbo, 10 minutes from the Hood Canal bridge, 11 minutes from Shine Tidelands state park and the Olympic Peninsula.

This is our first rv spot rental through hipcamp and Lacey’s spot is just as described. A creek on one side and a quite delightful hen house on the other. We appreciated the kindness shown by Lacey and her family. The chickens were some of the most beautiful and well cared for that I have seen. Would def stay again.

I had a great time staying at Alicia’s campground!! it was private and perfect for what i needed, and Alicia was very responsive to messages. When i first arrived, she oriented me to her property and where my camping area was which was very helpful. There was a fire pit that i got to use on my first day and it was very lovely. there were also some horses on her property which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Alicia’s camp ground to other campers and would be glad to stay there again if i’m ever in the area :)

What a hidden gem! This campground is incredibly relaxing and spacious - the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Each site feels private and peaceful, surrounded by nature and plenty of room to spread out. The walking trails are absolutely beautiful, winding through lush, old-growth forests that feel almost magical. You can hear the birds, smell the fresh pine, and completely unwind. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves quiet camping and stunning natural scenery.

We spent 12 nights here in September and absolutely loved it! We used it as a base camp while visiting family in Seattle. Their horse trail connects to a wonderful public trail system. The campground is scenic, secure, quiet, and private. We definitely plan to camp here again with our 26’ travel trailer. HELPFUL TIPS: 1) There is a dump station only 5 miles away at Carnation Storage Center for $9.00. 2) The entrance road to Rockin Z drops a very steep 10 degrees off of Hwy 202…out of an abundance of caution, I’d recommend disconnecting your weight distribution/load bars before arrival and departure to eliminate the remote chance of folding your A-frame (an event that wouldn’t be covered by your frame warranty.)

Simple and easy space with a clean porta-potty. The space is on a lovely farm to visit and walk through. We were there when she was setting up for a pumpkin patch event. Things were hustling and bustling and looked very cute. I wish we could have stayed to check it out but we were up and on our way early. Jana was a lovely host.. She was responsive and very friendly.

Jana and Pablo were awesome! Their working farm is amazing and we will definitely be back. A huge bonus....they have a groomed walking trail that takes you to Chateau St Michelle winery, so if you are going to an event. This is your go to spot to make it into a relaxing over nighter.

Sally and Berry were amazing hosts. They have a beautiful property and our spot was nice and secluded. The porta potty was clean and convenient. Josh's hideaway is an awesome spot but my tent was definitely to big. A smaller tent would work better because there isn't a big level area. There are lots of trails. We were going to a concert at Remlinger Farms and there is a trail great for biking or walking to get there. Berry showed us how to find it. I would absolutely stay there again. We appreciated our hosts kindness.
