My 30 acre farm has two campsites, (they are not close to each other) both allow pets and campfires (outside of burn bans). One campsite is a beach on the North Fork Stilly, it is shaded most of the time, the sun lovers can paddle with their kayak or wade across to sunbath on an island across the river. tent campers can locate their car or truck on dike and move their supplies on to camping area.. trucks with campers can set up right on dike over looking the stilly. Rigs can set up in the field by the dike!! the outhouse is back for the season!!! The second campsite is on 4 acres you will have to yourself by a creek; Rhodes River Ranch Restaurant is walking distance away to go enjoy dinner; the Whitehorse trail for biking or walking is only a mile away; Enjoy the view of Whitehorse and three fingers mountain. Lake Cavanaugh is nearby, and regional activities include biking, boating, fishing, hiking, , paddling, wind sports, and off-roading. Eight minutes off SR 18 lies 11 acres of mostly undeveloped land. Dean's is a beautiful, bare-bones place to rest. Our main driveway is CLOSED this year for repairs. We have alternate arrival instructions for you after you book. These instructions add about 7 minutes (totaling 8 minutes) from SR 18 to the campground. Our location is convenient. We are just minutes from Auburn city limits. Road noise, planes, Pacific Raceways, and freight trains are audible here even if muffled by the trees. Our distant neighbors occasionally indulge in target shooting. We have a brand new neighborhood in construction on one of our property lines. In order to provide safety and peace, hosts live just outside the campground and closely manage happenings. All our sites have 2-4 persons occupancy in hopes of deterring parties. Our quiet hours are 8pm-8am so we can rest up for the next day’s adventures. Propane stoves are welcome during fire bans. We do not have a check in cut-off time. Reservations do need to be made before midnight. We have zero tolerance for hateful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward people, belongings, and wildlife. The 40+ year old trees and distance between the campsites provides space for you to bring and create your own vibes. Hosts should only approach you with safety or quiet hour concerns. What a beautiful campsite! I stayed here with my girlfriend and our pup for a single, rainy night. There was plenty of flat space for our 22-foot van and a large space that was "our own," which included a fire pit and table. The forested area in the back had a path that led to a creek, which, combined with the rain, created an amazing ambience. On the way out in the morning, we picked up some apple cider from the small "shop" at the entrance. It was delicious! Although I think it will be many years before I'm back in the area, I'll certainly be looking to stay here again when I am.

Trails through the woods, little nooks and crannies to explore with treasures left like hammocks and tables overlooking the valley. Very clean, very safe, very secret, and very affordable. It was a little tricky getting in with our 29’ trailer, but my guy is a great driver and managed it. The eggs and cider add-ons are also highly recommended. Opie gives it two paws up!! Jacob’s spot is very beautifully setup. Gracious and kind hosts. Nice grassy area and a creek across the street. Note for dog owners - the area is not fenced and there is a vehicle traveled road that is accessible by dogs. We have young and energetic goldens so it just wasn’t the best fit for us but I think it’s a wonderful spot for most.

Marlee went out of her way to accommodate us, including changing our reserved site to one that would fit our vehicles, as well as adding an extra night when our plans changed. The directions she provided were precise and got us exactly where we needed to go. The toilets were very clean. All the camp sites are well marked and even at night, there were no difficulties finding our site. The camp area was as immaculate as you can get in a forest; there were even chairs set up around the campground overlooking various interesting spots (next time I think I will book Eagle’s Nest!). The campground was quiet and I really enjoyed the peace. If I’m in this area again, I will book a stay here. Two thumbs up, Marlee!
