We have a group site with dispersed camping. There is a portapotty available on site. This is our family retreat. Very calming and relaxing. Our season opens 5/15/2026 and ends September 20th.

Vital Farm is 25 acres of waterfront property on Clear Lake, WA. 18 acres of the property is agricultural land that is open space. The owners have a small garden and some fruit trees that are for owner's use only, but you are happy to walk around and tour the garden. Approximately 5 acres of the property is mowed for recreational use. There is a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. The lake is open to boats, but no jet skis are allowed. You can bring your own water toys and play on the lake all day. There is open space for camping but no running water. The property has a firepit and porta potty for campers use. You will likely see wildlife like eagles (nest nearby), deer, geese, ducks, birds and of course clear, starry night, skies. *This is a working farm so while often you will have the property to yourself and other campers the owners may be present, occasionally, to work on farm projects and property maintenance in the periphery. We will always be respectful or your space and keep our projects to reasonable hours. If you are sensitive to noise this may not be a good location for you. We live and work on the property (our house and shop are both ~100 feet from the Island Oasis site). Swanrise deck was the perfect spot for a night away with our two dogs. The spot is private, with a beautiful deck to enjoy the view and birds going by. We also enjoyed walking the trail along the dike. We’d love to come back!

Jill greeted us on arrival, showed us the water and electrical hookups and the guest house, then left us to our own devices. No other guests, so it was really quiet (as long as the Navy base jets weren't flying overhead).

Camp site is really nice and has plenty of space for a big group. Perfect spot for a families who enjoy outdoor activities. Good for beginner campers. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained, there is hot water you can use with no additional charge. Jill was very welcoming when we arrived. Overall we had a great time and would come back again!

The campsite was in a great location. We stayed in the rv/tent site. The site was large enough to spread out. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Jill was on site and very helpful with any questions we had.

Just what we needed to relax. Large grass area with, fire pit, chairs, picnic table and dock to access lake. We did lots off SUP and swimming. Dogs enjoyed the freedom and swimming in the lake. Host was super nice and responsive.

Our group really enjoyed camping at this beautiful lakefront site. It was lovely to wake up to a view of the water and surrounding hills. We had fun paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. We appreciated having the space all to ourselves. Picking some of the most delicious blackberries on site was a bonus! The only downsides to the site were a porta potty that needed servicing and some frequent noise from a power washer and other equipment being used by the host.

This is a lovely RV site! You can hook up to water and electricity without the busyness of an RV park. The site is just a few minutes drive from Deception Pass state park, making it a really convenient place to stay. The property is easy to get to, but felt very quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend staying here, especially in the summer, when the blackberries are ripe!

We stayed at the lower group camp area and could have fit way more than just our 2 trailers. It’s a lovely wooded area with 2 picnic tables provided. There is a short walk up the drive to the restroom/shower building. We enjoyed meeting Jill, she was so very accommodating and kind!

We really like our stay at Jill’s camp ground. We went on a Sunday night and stay over for 2 nights, with our 3 kids and international students. Jill and her husband are really welcoming and make us feel at ease. There was only one other camp taken. Camping is large . The bathroom, shower and kitchenette is really nice option. We were surprised by the army aircraft training that come to disturbs such a quiet place. But nothing too annoying and only comes and goes few times, and it is kind of normal when being so close from the Naval Air Station.
