Great property and location! Will stay here for all Gorge shows. It's quiet, close to the Gorge from Silica Road and has nice amenities. The bathroom is useful as is the covered seating area. Definitely the preferred Hipcamp in the area if you want to be close to the Gorge but not in the loud party scene. The owners were great at communicating and helpful. Thanks!

Camp at the lavender farm was quite peaceful. We had a very friendly cat come and join us for coffee every morning. The property was lush with green landscape. The lavender was in bloom and the fragrance was abundant. The rest room was clean and close to where we parked our camper. It was the perfect location to camp outside of the Gorge. I highly recommend Dave’s site.

He and Oso greeted us on arrival and Philip gave some tips as to how to get the best view from his location as well as wineries he prefers, etc. It was nice to be a little further out of town, yet close to town and other activities. We were able to walk to the Whitman Mission. I would definitely stay here again!

Directions are a bit confusing though- it would have been helpful to know that we turn left right before the first Deer Creek sign (there isn’t really a road - just drive diagonally across the beautiful front lawn towards the next Deer Creek sign.
