We are located on a private 36 acres of mostly woodland. We abut 100 acres of conservation land and another 100 acres of private woodlands. Park at the end of the dirt portion of Farley Rd and it is a short 5 minute hike to the campsites. There is a marsh and a creek on the property that support myriad wildlife. There are owls, loons, eagles, hawks, hermit thrushes, robins, turkeys, song birds and herons. There are deer, moose, bear(don't leave your food out!), chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, raccoons(don't leave your food out!), skunks, minks, otters and many other species in our neighborhood. We live at the end of a dead end road with very little traffic. No potable water provided, bring a filter and filter fresh water while you are here. Outhouse is completed and has a separate trail off of the white blaze trail. Just before the Quiet campsite there is a trail for the outhouse on the right. Thank you!

Sweet Song Acres is 100+ acres of secluded forest nestled along the Little Sugar River, at the base of Perry Mountain. Located in rural Unity, NH and Charlestown, NH, just across the Vermont state line. Southernmost point, located in Charlestown is one of two campsites. The other is Shady Grove, located in Unity. The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so. The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".

The name wolf Swamp comes from the Pony Express Riders that carried Mail from The Canterbury Railroad Station to The Northfield Station. There were many Wolf Sitings reported on the Trail through the Swamp by The Riders, so it was named The Wolf Swamp. We are located on a private 36 acres of mostly woodland. We abut 100 acres of conservation land and another 100 acres of private woodlands. Park at the end of the dirt portion of Farley Rd and it is a short 5 minute hike to the campsites. There is a marsh and a creek on the property that support myriad wildlife. There are owls, loons, eagles, hawks, hermit thrushes, robins, turkeys, song birds and herons. There are deer, moose, bear(don't leave your food out!), chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, raccoons(don't leave your food out!), skunks, minks, otters and many other species in our neighborhood. We live at the end of a dead end road with very little traffic. No potable water provided, bring a filter and filter fresh water while you are here. Sweet Song Acres is 100+ acres of secluded forest nestled along the Little Sugar River, at the base of Perry Mountain. Located in rural Unity, NH and Charlestown, NH, just across the Vermont state line. Southernmost point, located in Charlestown is one of two campsites. The other is Shady Grove, located in Unity. The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so. The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".

The name wolf Swamp comes from the Pony Express Riders that carried Mail from The Canterbury Railroad Station to The Northfield Station. Very quiet with great swimming and lots of hikes right from your sites. 2 of the Brookside Sites (Wishbone Left and Right) are close by (2.7 miles) where we have another 1/2 mile of river frontage and can handle bigger groups as Conservation land on Sunrise Farm only allows 4 campers per site. Sunrise Farm Sites 1 and 2 have oodles of space and Spectacular 50 mile views of Mount Monadnock with no house lights out there in the evening except the party string lights we provide. Site 1 (with entrance 70 yards south of the farmhouse) is best for camping in with up to 20 foot trailers or multiple tents …on the large flat spaces in the 25 acre field to choose from. Great Well water available near farmhouse. Biodegradable soaps Only if used in the ponds. Double Olympic sized Swim Pond we stock with Rainbow Trout to keep clear. We have been advised Not to allow imported firewood (can import Wood Beetle dangerous for our forest). - PLEASE use the Firewood bundle tubs we provide ($12.50) - pick up at the farmhouse or pull wood from the woods (and make it safer for use). Beautiful and plenty of wildlife nearby... as well as Outhouses are marked on Map we provide with solar lights marking them at night. Do Not Leave food out when camping or away from site. Bears are rarely seen but it is wild country. Sites have locking garbage lids. Unique and lovely as well as being next to trails and roads to miles of remote spots with very few if any ... people. In Winter we request only AWD vehicles go down to this site or park up by farmhouse and hike in so you can easily get out. When wet park up by the road if you have 2 wheel drive. Gorgeous location! What a cool spot. Directions brought us right up the road that runs between the two main houses- Your classic white antique farmhouse on the left & the newer house on the right. Just past the house & down around back, we loaded up 2 big bins of firewood & headed down the hill to the campsite entrance on the right. There are 2 ponds along the road where RV's & vans can park, no fire pits, & kind of out in the open for us. The lower pond & camp site was lovely, but little tricky to get our little schoolie parked in close to the fire pit area, plus it was a bit wet & mushy, (understandably, in late November) so we decided to walk down & see if there was a dryer option. We found a few more drive-in campsites each with picnic tables, fire pits, a little outhouse & level, nicely woodchipped, tent spots. It's all pretty obviously marked with painted signs & little solar lights. Its adorable. We parked our bus down there since it was cold as heck & we wanted to be very close to a bonfire! This area was also more private, in the edge of the woods under the trees. We had the whole place to ourselves. We had a huge bonfire, while it lightly snowed. Beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful campsite along a little pond. We had some surprise visits from a couple horses, Emily and Sunny, from a neighboring farm which put a great big smile on our faces. Dwayne, the man, the myth, the legend himself brought us two very large bags of wood which we happily burned throughout the cold night. Still one of my favorite sites for its convenience and scenery. Although the highway is right next to you, after a little bit it turns into white noise and helped me sleep like a baby. Thanks again for a great stay on our final trip of the year. See you guys next year!

A beautiful well maintained campsite. Kathy and Tim were very friendly and helpful. The eggs they gave us on arrival were delicious and there was plenty of firewood for us to burn on the cold October nights. Everything was immaculate and clean, especially the out house with some luxury touches. All the extra details show how much they care about their guests camping experience. The property was fun to explore as well as visiting all the animals on the farm. Easy to explore the area from their place, loved the small town general stores and local creameries. Look forward to visiting in warmer weather.

One of the oldest properties in town the Day Homestead (as it is known) dates back hundreds of years and our house was built in 1810. It was run as a successful trout farm of 70+ years. We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.
