Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The view is beautiful! We were lucky to have arrived after a few inches of snow had fallen and it stayed on the trees the whole time we were there-it was absolutely gorgeous! We saw deer cross the road, heard owls and coyotes. Trails at the end of the road. As it states the cabin is small but Kathleen made excellent use of the space and 2 adults in there was just fine. Very cozy, more than enough wood to keep the woodstove going and have campfires. Everything you need is already provided. Was cloudy when we were there but on a clear night it would be a fantastic place to stargaze. Kathleen was a wonderful hostess. Very accommodating, very responsive and just a sweetheart all around.

Weekend Trip to Bent Apple Farm

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Birch Grove on a particularly cold, rainy, and windy Halloween weekend and Nick already had a large tarp set up over the easiest tent spot.... plus a cow skull and a few candles for the ambiance. Incredible site with multiple pitches spread out around the land. We were lucky enough to be put on the beat site...on site 7 (despite booking the field site). What a view and great facilities. Fit pit with grill for cooking whilst watching the stars and white mountains. Camp cooking kitchen and shower near the main house. Fire wood for sale. Compost toilet at each site. The only problem was we wished we could have stayed longer! Look out for the friendly moose and check out the little boat on the pond. Fab site 10/10.

We loved staying at Kathleen’s place! The cabin is very private, feels completely safe, and the view is fantastic. Everything was very clean and nicely organized, and the minute you arrive you have everything you need. Even though the weather was cold, we stayed cozy and warm thanks to the wood stove, which was surprisingly efficient. Kudos to Nick for preserving this beautiful property for generations to enjoy especially in the face of constant development and expansion northward. It truly is a sanctuary. Wildlife is terrific and diverse. Lots of deer, birds, Moose and great privacy between sites. I'll return for sure!
