My land abuts the 700 acres of school property behind me and I have trail and path access right from my yard to many miles of an old road bed for walking, biking, hiking, or exploring the length of the brook. We live in the beautiful wooded area in fairlee vt with beautiful views of the ascutney mountains . Learn more about this land: You will be camping at our cloud 9 campsite which private and peaceful! The site is located behind many large pine trees in the upper part of the field across from our house which is hidden and cannot be viewed from the campsite. You can connect with wifi at the wifi sign near the beginning of the campsite road. We have a few hiking trails on Blood brook road one of which you can walk to from our home and it’s only a very short distance away. We are located 3 miles from Lake Fairlee Public beach also known as Treasure Island so bring your swimsuit! We are also within 5 minutes of the Lake Fairlee boat launch so feel free to bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy a paddle around our beautiful lake. We enjoy hosting both families and large groups looking for a place to unwind.

Nestled in the forest at meadow's edge, Cold Spring Cabin has an outdoor shower and indoor tub. Perched on a hill near the Farm Pond, Ripley Hill Cabin has an indoor shower and tub. The cabins are rustic, but clean and airy. The luxuries at Forest Echo Farm are not inside the cabins; they are found in the light that fills the forest in late afternoon, the silence of an evening canoe and the moonlit sparkle of dewdrops at midnight. Forest Echo Farm includes 360 acres, extensive shore to a 26-acre protected pond, numerous trails, and half a mountain. The Farm Pond offers a refreshing ‘dip’ to cool off. A hike from each cabin leads to Tiny Pond, an unspoiled lake where canoe, kayak and raft are available for shared use. Hiking trails are on the property. In addition to local trails, the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail are nearby. The surrounding area is chock full of restaurants, antique stores, country stores, bakeries, farm stands, farmers markets, general shopping, historic sites, hiking, swimming holes and scenic drives. Weekend Trip to Campers Welcome to The Wolf Swamp.

Absolutely beautiful campsite along a little pond. We had some surprise visits from a couple horses, Emily and Sunny, from a neighboring farm which put a great big smile on our faces. Dwayne, the man, the myth, the legend himself brought us two very large bags of wood which we happily burned throughout the cold night. Still one of my favorite sites for its convenience and scenery. Although the highway is right next to you, after a little bit it turns into white noise and helped me sleep like a baby. Thanks again for a great stay on our final trip of the year. See you guys next year!

Weekend Trip to Campers Welcome to The Wolf Swamp.

This farm/campground, perched high above the valley, offers a beautiful landscape, private and spacious sites that can accommodate many, and clean portapotties (picture signs, decorative lights, air fresheners, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc). It is easy to see that much care and thought has gone into the entire campground’s set up. I don’t know if there’s a section about the hosts so I’ll mention it here. Elle and Duane(Dwayne?) offer the exact hospitality one looks for when welcomed to any property. There aren’t enough words to express how much we all enjoyed the weekend.

I love staying at Fernando's cabin with my dog. They had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The hot tub in the sauna were a real bonus. Loana and Ben were not in the least bit intrusive, but we're quick to respond when I had a question. Their sweet lab Simon greeted us as we were leaving. Would definitely return.

Cabin was private, cozy, and had everything we needed! Scott & Rose made everything super easy and welcoming. A hot bath in the morning followed by canoeing on Tiny Pond, a drive out to Woodstock, and stargazing in the meadow at night was an unbeatable experience. We had a lovely camping trip! Couldn’t recommend more.

We really loved our time at the cabin. The property is easy to access and the setting is peaceful and quiet. The pond is a nice added bonus and our dogs enjoyed exploring the trails in the woods. Our second time here and once again we had the BEST time! It is so peaceful and quiet. The cabin is stocked with everything you need and way more. We loved the bathroom remodel. We went during a drought but was provided with plenty of water to use (we also brought our own for backup) we loved sitting in front of the fireplace at night reading and doing puzzles. We enjoyed nights around the campfire and cooking dinner. The bed is very comfortable and the brown couch is perfect for naps. Being October we didn’t sleep on the porch bed but I can imagine how nice it is in the summer. Porch swing view sunrise is beautiful. Love taking a walk down to tiny pond and enjoy the use of the kayaks. Can’t wait to come back next year and bring our kids to experience this beautiful place. Scott and Rose are so welcoming and there for anything if needed. Thank you for this amazing place!

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back.
