Lovely cabin. Definitely would do it again when the appliances work. Bed was really comfy and kept us warm through the night. They have an electric heater, not a wood burning stove just fyi! Lots of ticks so stick to the grass path.

The Woods cabin was just what we were looking for. Directions were clear and Lindsay was an awesome host. Cabin was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated how there were things like soap/toilet paper/paper towels/firewood/extra blankets already there. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Despite there being another cabin on the property, it’s far enough away that we felt like we had plenty of privacy. We’ll be back for sure!

Meadow Cabin
Super nice hosts! The property grounds were well kept and beautiful - our cabin in the meadow was lovely, quiet and peaceful - we especially enjoyed exploring the little stream across the street. Would visit again!

This was an amazing experience. Everything was exactly as described. Including no service 🤣 which for us was perfect. Definitely would stay here again for sure. The views from the trails on the property were amazing, the wildflowers were fantabulous! Picked a lot of those for the cabin to enjoy.

Beautiful and peaceful. Nicely tucked away felt very private but a short drive several towns. The hosts were gracious, check in- check out seamless. The cabin was comfortable and warm it had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t.
Hope to visit again some time soon.

This was such a gorgeous property to stay at! Due to the info provided in the listing, I knew going in that the fixtures inside the cabin did not work, so there were no surprises when we got there. When I had questions about the amenities ahead of time, the host was very friendly and quick to respond. The cabin had everything we needed, including a propane heater that warmed it up quite quickly. We got in late and had to leave fairly early as we were on our way to Maine, so we didn’t stay long but we absolutely plan to come back and stay for a few days!
A couple of travel notes— if you try to use the latitude and longitude before you get to the farm, your gps *may* try to take you on a chunky gravel road that turns into the equivalent of a dirt bike trail (something I found out at 10pm in 45 degree weather on a full sized adventure motorcycle 😅). However, the name of the farm shows up in navigation and will get you to the farm entrance, and the host’s directions are clear and will get you from the farm entrance to the cabin. Using that method after our first mishap, we got to the front of the cabin with no (additional) issues.

I loved my stay here! I booked last minute when I was having a hard time finding a place to stay (peak foliage weekend) and Lindsay was very accommodating! It was a chilly night but I made a fire in the wood stove that kept us very warm. I’m used to camping so this was a treat for me! Lindsay had most supplies you’d need including warm blankets, firewood, headlamps and flashlights, paper towels and toilet paper, dish soap, some plastic cutlery, a jetboil style camp stove. The porta potty was literally brand new and very clean! The property was beautiful and my dog and I loved exploring.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, off-grid escape in Vermont, this cabin is the perfect spot. Tucked away in a private, serene setting, it’s the ideal place to disconnect from the world and immerse yourself in nature. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the simple yet thoughtful touches, from the wood stove to the beautiful views of the meadow. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation, with plenty of opportunities to hike, explore, or just unwind in the quiet. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility and a true off-grid experience! Note there is a portapoty, not an outhouse as pictured, nonetheless it was clean.

Meadow Cabin
We had a lovely stay! It’s very private and serene and we were lucky to have beautiful weather. I really appreciated some of the thoughtful amenities they had like a few lanterns and headlamps inside, conveniently stocked firewood, and even bringing up an additional mattress for our kiddo. would certainly come again!

We loved our stay here at Riverledge! The land is beautiful and we had a great time! Bikes were available for use and the cabin was perfect! Highly recommend staying here. If you see Ledge the cat tell him we say hi!

My husband, our dog and I stayed at the Meadow cabin in late August and were blessed with impeccable weather. Clear skies meant excellent star-gazing, the nights were cool and comfortable and the days dry and warm.
On Google maps, we would’ve been better off putting in “Riverledge Farm” but platforms seem to differ as to whether it’s on Grafton Rd or Townshend Rd. Anyway, it’s 2 miles outside the village of Grafton. The second driveway has a sign, the first has two granite fence posts.
We initially parked in the small parking lot per instructions, but after climbing a steep hill with a load of camping equipment, recalled that other visitors had driven up to the cabin - a big relief! If you come in the winter and need to park at the bottom of the hill, pack light!
Our dog loved the stay overall, and since we drove up to the site, her path never crossed with the cows, chickens or sweet barn cat. However, one morning a German Shepherd and a black Lab came trotting past the campsite on the ostensibly private trail. Our dog loudly shooed them away and to their credit they left without a fuss, but visitors should know that dogs do roam the property.
The outhouse was a little intimidating so we were glad the village was so close by.
Everything else was wonderful. We had beautiful views, lots of peace and quiet, and the cabin was a great back-up for tent camping. The private trails were absolutely lovely and I wish we’d gotten to explore more.

Cabin in the woods but in a good way! We went for a weekend stay here and loved our experience. Despite arriving in the dark (I do not recommend), we were welcomed to the property by 2 friendly cows and made it up the steep hill to the cabin’s meadow. Our car was able to be parked right out in front thankfully. So many butterflies, farm animals, and a serene secluded glamming experience! We would love to come back and highly recommend this site.

This was a beautiful and peaceful site. It is in a great little village and walkable distance to swimming. The cabin was furnished with a great stove for a chilly night and was big enough for 3. Everything was just about perfect except a mouse had nested in the outhouse. I chose not to use it.

Our stay at the Meadow Cabin Campsite was exactly what we needed. We were a last minute booking on a spontaneous weekend getaway. Our hosts were so kind, generous, and welcoming, their property is stunning. It feels like you are tucked away in your own private meadow and the sounds of the rain at night were lovely. Love that firewood is provided. Make sure to shut off all the lights at night so you can see all the firefly's- it was great. We had a really good time. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting again 😊

Beautiful space, very isolated and peaceful. The cabin was nice and cool even in the summer, and the fire pit was perfect to cook on. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely time! We will definitely return.

I can't even begin to describe how much I loved that cabin - but in short, I really loved it, haha.
The inside is so bright and inviting. The bed was super comfy, hammock hooks were awesome, and the area to cook was great. The view of the meadow and mountains is straight out of a movie. I spent a lot of time on the porch watching the rain and looking for wildlife. The birds come right up and land on the lights so all I had to do was relax.
As always, I love meeting the hosts and this bunch was no exception. Joe, Lindsay, and Molly were so sweet and down to earth. I loved hearing about the property, wedding venue, and their plans for it in the future. I am really excited to come back, bring some friends, maybe even get married, haha.

This lovely cabin had everything we needed to enjoy an evening in nature, while being cozy indoors with a comfy bed. The wood stove kept us warm. There were a few books for every age, a deck of cards and a couple of other games, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, plastic cutlery, and a lantern. All the chopped wood was laid out for the wood stove. The outhouse was tidy and nearby. Everything was just a delight!

We spent one night at the Meadow Cabin and loved it. The location was perfect with fantastic meadow views and room to run for the dog. The bed was comfy, and the hammock was a nice touch. The woodstove kept the inside nice and warm and we were very relaxed during our stay. Thanks again!

We loved staying at the meadows cabin! Lindsay (host) was very communicative - gave clear instructions, answered my questions promptly, etc. and really made us feel welcome/comfortable! The town of Grafton is so cute and gives that wonderful small town Vermont feel. You are definitely off grid once you enter the town, so as instructed, make sure to download/save any directions for offline use! There is WiFi available at the cheese shop, market, and close to the main farmhouse on the property.
The cabin had everything we needed, including a fire pit with cooking grate, fire wood, lantern, etc. Don’t be fooled by the small size of the wood stove, it heats the cabin very nicely and we were surprised at how little wood it took to get the cabin warm. The views are wonderful and our dog enjoyed the meadow and exploring the wooded area.
It was a bit of a walk from the parking area (you are warned of this in the listing) and if you go in the winter, I’d recommend bringing snowshoes as it will definitely make the walk easier! The cabin gets great natural light and I loved that you can hear the brook/stream from the cabin.
We visited the cheese shop, market, and did a hike at the outdoor center right down the street. We loved everything about the town, people, and cabin…we will definitely be returning soon and visiting during other times of the year.

Had a great time at the cabin. It is very cozy and offers a beautiful view of the meadow. My dog enjoyed running around in the meadow. The host's thoughtfulness in providing essentials made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We had the BEST weekend at the Wood’s Cabin. Lindsay and Joe quite literally saved our anniversary weekend. We had gotten rained / flooded out at our original site and found Riverledge Farm and booked the woods cabin at the last minute. Lindsay was so sweet and accommodating and didn’t seem annoyed at my 800 messages! Haha They were so warm and welcoming and offered us a tour of the INCREDIBLE grounds when we arrived. We had the place mostly to ourselves and had so much fun exploring. Our dog was in HEAVEN. The rustic cabin was gorgeous and had many creature comforts (linens, water, and firewood are all included). There’s a clean porta potty out back. The fire pit area was beautiful and has a picnic table and awesome rock slab bench. The porch was perfect for our morning coffee. There was plenty of room in the cabin to set up our little guy’s pack n play. Our absolute favorite part was swimming and exploring the river across the road from the property. It was incredible and refreshing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Even our 3 year old asked “can’t we just do ONE more sleep in the cabin?” Next time we will stay longer!

Very nice quiet area, stream across the street was nice! Bring lots of bug spray though and stuff to cook on/eat on or camp fire grate! It was nice and quiet and no one bothered you! Stars were nice at night! Look up stuff to do before you go in area as you won’t have service at cabin!

My wife and I stayed for one night at Lindsay’s cabin and it was beautiful. The meadow was perfect for our dog to get his exercise in and the fire pit made for a nice evening looking at the stars. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a secluded getaway.
