Nestled within 3 acres of tranquil surroundings, this idyllic retreat offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As you unwind amidst the beauty of our natural setting, you'll have the opportunity to observe the local wildlife, including deer, birds, and other creatures that call our property home. With expansive views of the night sky, stargazers will be treated to a breathtaking display of stars and constellations, making for an unforgettable celestial experience. For those seeking recreation, our property features a covered pickleball court, providing the perfect opportunity for friendly competition and outdoor fun. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, pickleball is sure to add an extra element of enjoyment to your stay at The Labyrinth. The court is shared with guest of the cottage. To access the property, pull in the first gate to circle around and pull through, when you exit, you can pull straight out through the gate in front of you. Throughout your stay, please use the second gate to come and go in order to minimize intrusion on guest at the cottage. You can leave the gate open. Please use local wood and confirm with Edwards County as to whether there is a fire ban or not. You have your private patio overlooking the river and there is a firepit there, River Cliff Trail. You have your private designated area, but there could be guest at the cottage and the river is not private. Please respect the neighbors by observing quite times from 10 pm - 10 am. Also, the river is yours to roam, but venturing very far off the river might be trespassing, unless of course, you are on the Labyrinth. You do not have access to the cottage yard area. Whether your idea of relaxation involves active pursuits or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, you'll find it all here at The Labyrinth. Camp Cold Springs is a newly renovated RV park situated on 14 acres along the Frio river with approximately 450 feet of Frio river frontage. Located 2 miles north of Garner State Park at 1101 Cold Spring Ranch Rd Concan, TX, we offer 50 full hookup RV sites with 30 and 50-amp connections available at every site. We have pull-through and back-in sites that either live in the shade or soak up the sun. There are two private river access points on the property for guests that lead you down to the cool, refreshing, gorgeous Frio River. Alongside the river, you will notice our spring-fed pond where many of our junior campers enjoy fishing. The river frontage at Camp Cold Springs is perfect for all ages with easy access walking down to the river. We have a large, generally flat, shallow area that is great for little ones to roam around or guests that enjoy lounging in the refreshing Frio waters. The rock island is enjoyed by our more adventurous guests that like to take an aerial approach into the river, while on the southern part of our river, guests enjoy the 2-4 foot deep swimming areas of the river. Camp Cold Springs is pet-friendly and has amenities such as a bathhouse, an office with a store, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and other lawn games.
