Small Acreage (23 Acres) High Dessert Property. Beautiful views and an amazing night sky. Completely primitive and the ground is mostly rocky terrain. However, there are a couple of great camping spots right off the road. If you are adventurous there are even more spots a short hike away down into the valley. Rules: RV onsite is not for use Absolutely no hunting or discharging of firearms Fire needs to be contained to fire pit Be aware of property boundaries Have FUN! Attractions close by: Kickapoo Cavern Devils SinkholeAbout Us Overlook ranch is my little slice of heaven on the outskirts of hill country. It's primitive camping at its finest. Fantastic views which overlook the entire valley. The stars are bright and go on forever! Upon booking, I'll provide a detailed map along with directions and property info. You can camp right off from the road in a designated areas or pitch a tent wherever you find a spot on the property. Terrain is rocky (very) and steep in some areas. However for tent camping I recommend three areas - At the top next to my trailer, just below the old fire pit off the cul de sac is a nice dirt area or if you're up for the adventure - take short hike into the valley. What you can do: You can hike, mountain bike, or just sit and enjoy the scenery. At night the sky lights up with the most amazing stars. Bring a telescope. Rules: Keep gates locked and closed No electricity or septic No dumping - septic or other RV on site is not for use No hunting or discharging of firearms on property Keep fire in the fire pit Don't do anything stupid and HAVE FUN!!! Campers must sign a release of liability before accessing property.   Things to do nearby: Kickapoo Caverns Devils Sinkhole Garner State Park

Just spent one evening out there. Great views. It can get windy. Just make sure you anchor your tent and it will be just fine. Very nice. I will be staying here again. The information provided was very helpful in finding the place. I really enjoyed my time out there.
