I really enjoyed David’s place. It’s a couple of acres of gated land out in the country with 3 rv spots.
The location was key for me to be close to family during the holidays. It’s only a short drive to a few lively cities but might not be ideal if you want to be in Dallas daily or don’t have a second car to drive thats separate from your rv. Even though it’s in the country I was still able to get Ubers, and Walmart delivery.
There are some factories across the street. You can occasionally hear semis, trains, roosters and the neighbors enjoying themselves. It didn’t bother me at all and outside of that it’s pretty quiet.
Overall it’s a GREAT value and a nice place to stay. The price for full hookups was worth it and the hosts were very responsive. I hope to come stay here whenever I’m visiting my family.

Clean and well kept with every detail considered. Bathrooms are easily accessible and also clean and welcoming. Sauna is the Best! (and they even provide bathrobes)! Despite the quick Texas-style weather change (from 75 to 40 overnight), we were warm and cozy inside. Our weenie dog even felt like she was home.

I was welcomed by friendly goats and lil pig. Since, it was a thanksgiving day - I only saw three people in the area. Our tent was superb! Perfect spot for our camping but unfortunately we have to leave after 3 hours of stay coz my son has an anxiety attack. He just got tired from our previous camp (this is actually our second spot). I believe we need to come back here again soon and explore the area. The communication w the host was great. All the instructions were given clearly and the suggested trail to explore.
